I really agree with you regarding De Gea who also once rejected a very big offer from Al-Nassr. But we don't know whether this time he will change his mind or not. But the reality is that we are talking about an impressive talent no matter how hard he trained. Because reading some of the posts of how he was not born like Messi and had to work for everything, it implies that everyone working as hard could become like Ronaldo (which I highly doubt) and second of all it also implies that Messi didn't work as hard. But to be honest how do even know how hard Messi worked? He is just not the kind of guy who posts his training routines all over Instagram. I couldn't tell for sure whether Messi worked less hard than Ronaldo. Maybe they worked on different things.

That Ronaldo stands out in the SPL after he played for all those clubs is really no surprise. I doubt that anyone thought the opposite could happen and he would be sitting on the bench because he becomes so bad.
