In history there are very scarce people who can be both legendary player, then achieved the same in coach career. The Saudi Pro League are mainly not for some mediocre coaches, it's build for clubs that have stand their ground and will do anything to survived and stand firm on ground. The reason why these young coaches in the system are not doing well is basically clear and simple, they don't learn from the appropriate managers, we look at failing coaches like Wayne Rooney, Vincent Kompany despite bringing Burnley to EPL back but they're still going to be relegated because they couldn't meet up. Then for better mentorship, look at Mikel Arteta who learnt from Pep Guardiola how to manage a full elite team, although he's not succeeding but he's trying more than others. You're right about that, I would blame most of these players that are trying to further their career by aiming to becoming a potential coach, when we know fully well that they don't have what it takes to survive in the space.

Since Al Hilal hired Neymar they couldn't use this player a lot and he was mostly injured.

Steven was a garbage coach. how the hell ishe doing in the ettifaq? gerrard was the worst coach and no doubt that there's no EPL club that was willing to recruit him anymore to be a new coach It's caused by gerrard has no passion to become a new coach.
The ettifaq has very stupid management and this may become the main reason why ettifaq was not expelling him from the club. If i was the management of club the i have sacked him a few weeks ago.

But in fact, being a great player and also a club legend does not make the player successful when he becomes a coach and as with Steven Gerrard, I think there are quite a lot of failed coaches from England. Let's just say that those who have worked as professional coaches, such as Frank Lampard and Wayne Rooney, have all failed in managing a club and this continues to create a bad record for their careers as coaches.

This is Neymar's problem, namely discipline. There were even rumors he was throwing parties while he was recovering. This may interfere with the healing period of the injury. It's not just Brazil that suffers. Now the club is the one who suffers the most when he is very new to Saudi and ends up having a long injury. He hasn't shown his role at the club yet. Coaching is one field that requires its own kind of tutorial and not trying to enmass your footballing tactics inside the world of coaching. If you check, most of the coaches falling short of their jobs are the mostly footballs who turned into coaches overnight, We still have some past footballers who are doing well such as Xabi Alonso and his Leverkusen side; we’ve also got Arteta and his Arsenal side. From this 2 coaches one thing is common in both; learning, tutorship. They both had to lay aside footballing talent and go to learn afresh and that’s why they’re doing well

The worst and most boring part about Al-Hilal is how little resistance they experience from their opponents. Ronaldo will probably score the most goals this season, but they won't have a chance to close the gap again and have a say in the fight for the title.
