your opinion is very reasonable and it is true that Neymar has to experience other problems related to his increasing age so that his physique is not as strong as before and his performance declines more often and on one hand he is also a human being who, when he is old, will certainly have more sensitive physique and ultimately unable to make good contribution to team that paid him a salary.

You're right regarding Neymar's injuries. I think his age is crucial. As he ages, he takes longer to recover from traumas. Just biology, right? Al Hilal wants to win, not rest players. I think the better for mourinho to accept shabab's offer. He will be contracted by shabab for short term and he can also use it to fill his free time. After Jordan Henderson left Al Ettifaq, I know they're surely gonna find a world class player that's capable of replacing the England international in the team and I think they're on the right track with their efforts to bring Everton's Abdoulaye Doucouré to the Saudi club. Injury is something that we don't have control over or no one can predict when it can happen, Though Neymar's injury has actually become a loss for the club because of his absence in their games but what Al-Hilal should do right now is start to have other plans over finding a player replacement for Neymer and not wholly rely on his return or coming back because Neymar already started losing form right when he was with PSG due to same injury problem and so he will continue to lose form because of injury and age.

Al Hilal learnt from their mistakes, next time they wouldn't settle for big names in European football, the board should work on their scouts because they can't afford to make the exact same mistakes with Neymar to another player.
