That blunder the goal keeper made was really crazy. With just 40 seconds needed to secure the title, I still don't understand why he rushed out to punch the ball, because his teammates was already aiming to nod the ball out. Hadn't been they didn't draw , a title win against Al Hilal would have been great. Now they will have to wait till next week before they can Damac. Surely I already see them winning the title, there's nothing Damac can do to win them. Even their recent head to head Al nassr has won them. This was the real concern. Al Nasr played well the whole match. But I can not understand why their legs started shaking during the finish. They had a lot of opportunity to score goal. But their strikers squandered even those easy chances. At this level if they failed to be a master of scoring goal then there is no point in just possessing the ball.

Al Nassr is now just one step away from becoming champions. They must win their final match against Damac.

It's a shame that Al Nasr couldn't beat Al Hilal in this match,, because basically if Al Nasr could beat Al Hilal in this match, the Saudi Arabian League title would have been guaranteed to be Al Nasr's right now. The most secured way to win the league now is to win their next match while they hope Al Hilal lose or draw their next match. The good thing about this is Al Nassr remaining match is against a relegation struggling team that they can win with comfort to become the champions.

I can bet that more than anyone, Cristiano Ronaldo is determined to become a champion with Al Nassr. They are still sitting in first place, but after that recent 1–1 draw against Al Hilal, the title race has really come down to the wire. I agree with you that the title race is still on, and it will be careless to just conclude that Al Nassr are champions already. Al hilal were suppose to win yesterday by my expectations but instead they couldn't. If they had won the match, they would have put more pressure on Al Nassr and still have chances of winning the league. Al Hilal are now set to create another history for themselves by not losing a game in the Saudi pro league this season. The last time they suffered defeat was April 2025 against Al Nassr. I am sure that if not for the huge amount of draws they have this season, they would been crowned champions by now. Anyways, there is always next season, I am sure they will do better.

I don’t think there are words to describe the disappointment of Al Nassr fans after this match, they had already started celebrating. It happened not in the final minute but in the final seconds, it was truly tragic. On the other hand, the players have fought hard to get this far, even the coach looked visibly frustrated over a goal that should have been prevented. The chance to win the title was almost within Al-Nassr grasp, but a small mistake ruined everything. It's hard to predict who will win between Al Nassr versus Al Hilal because both teams have been on a long rivalry this season. It would have been easy for me to say that Al Nassr will win but for the fact that Al Hilal hasn't lost a single match in the SPL so far is what is scaring me because they will likely won't to maintain that unbeaten record even if they don't win the league title. This match is very crucial to Al Nassr because this is the match that will determine if they will become Champions after about 6 seasons when they won it the last time and Cristiano Ronaldo hasn't joined them that time because he was still playing at Juventus. Everyone wants Al Nassr to win or draw so that Ronaldo will win the SPL before his exit but i just hope that Al Hilal won't give them the nightmare they never bargained when they are almost close to winning the title.

Al Nassr have taken the lead through Moahamed Simakan's 37th minute goal. Al Nassr have been the better side in this game and I honestly think that they're the better side to win this particular game. their visitors Al Hilal aren't sitting back, they're also trying to find the back of the net. If Al Nassr can protect their lead till the second half or probably add a second goal, then in don't see anything stopping them from grabbing all three points

Al Hilal managed to equalize the score in the stoppage time through an own goal and they ended in a 1:1 full-time draw. This draw confirms the rivalry between both teams despite that Al Hilal won by 3:1 when they met at home. By this draw, it is clear that Al Nassr will have to wait until the last match before they can become Champions but if Al Hilal fail to win their match in hand against Neom, it will become advantageous for Al Nassr. This match was really tough and i like how both teams played professionally without any much controversy. Al Nassr should have won so that they would have just finalized the title winners today but anyways, it's good to keep people in suspense while waiting for the final match of the season which is against Dhamak. Al Hilal will likely end the season unbeaten because this match against Al Nassr was the toughest which they should have lost their first match of the season but they couldn't lose so i don't think they will lose against Neom in their next match nor lose against Al Fayha in the last their last match of the season.

The most interesting part of this game, in my opinion, was the game that came before it. Al Hilal turned up after their win in the King's Cup three days ago. They were buzzing. Meanwhile Al Nassr had just gotten smacked 3-1 by Brendan Rodgers and Al Qadsiah a week before. It marked the end of a 20-game win streak. So, there's two entirely different mental sets crossing into here.

And you can see it in how Nassr played after scoring. Simakan puts in this beautiful volley at 37' and instead of pushing for a second... They just stopped. Instead of "let's finish them", the whole team agreed that it was "ok let's not lose this". But it's not Bento's fumble that did them in, it's the change in mentality.

Actually Joao Felix is contributing more goals this season than Cristiano. And Nassr have won literally every single match Ronaldo didn't play in. So when Jesus subbed him off and people lost their minds... Maybe, the coach saw something the rest of us didn't want to see?
