~snip~
If only Al-hilal continue winning this league, perhaps we'll start referring to this league as the second farmers league. If there's no competition from other clubs, then the league becomes uninteresting to watch. Al-hilal has won this league about nineteen times, that's a double figure ahead of other clubs that won nine times. Hilal still has the best defence in this league that normally makes them unbeaten most of the seasons. Alnassr was lucky, they nearly lose it to Al Hilal again.
In every domestic league there strong team with the most titles, and this is perfectly normal, even though Al Hilal win the league again, SPL remains highly anticipated competition attracting many fans to watch every match, as it boasts wealth of top players and large fan base who will be eager to see their favorite players compete.
Meanwhile Al Nassr win wasn't due to luck they truly deserved it, thanks to their consistent performance this season.

Next season is going to be really competitive because not only Al Hilal and Al Nassr will compete, other rivals will join in the race but these two teams are the major ones that stand out.

Al-Hilal & Al-Nassr, most of us must only think about these two teams to be candidates for the league winners next season. They are like Barcelona & Real Madrid in La Liga, or like Liverpool & Manchester City in the Premier League. Basically, there are 2 other strong candidates, they are Al-Ittihad & Al-Ahli. While they will struggle to break Al-Hilal's dominance, it's still more plausible when compared to Borussia Dortmund's chances of breaking Bayern Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga.
I don't know how competitive the Saudi Arabian League have been before Cristiano Ronaldo joined but since his arrival, which was when I started following the league, it's been more of a Al Hilal and Al Nassr dominated league. Next season, I'll like to see other clubs challenge both teams and make the league more competitive because at this point, it's now a league with global attention around it.

Of course, since Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar joined this league, there has been so much criticism about this league on the world stage. Although Neymar is not playing in the Saudi league at the moment. But now is an opportunity to take this league to a higher level. If all the other teams in the league perform well and if they are able to compete with all the other teams, then maybe we will see this league at a higher level. This is the right time, because when Ronaldo is not there, the popularity of this league may decrease a lot, but if it continues from now on, then its popularity will definitely not decrease later.

People's attention has been in the Saudi Professional league since the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo. The Saudi Arabian league is getting more competitive every season because every teams there are going for quality players from European teams, which set a lot of challenges in the league. Al Hilal is the dominant of the Saudi Professional League but with the challenges they face now, other teams have started competing for the league title strongly. Last season, Al Ittihad were the champions and Al Nassr also have won it this season.

Thats the level of influence that Ronaldo has, he alone has single handedly made the league this competitive because since he came to the Saudi league they have been so much influx of attention and even high profile players that have shown their presence in the Saudi league and this sort of attention gets global recognition to the league which is good for the growth and development of the football strength in the country in general.

Since Ronaldo joined Saudi league, thats when their league started getting attention, nobody cares about Saudi league before, some people don’t even know their is a league like that, but immediately Ronaldo joined, attention is now shifting to the league, and they gaining global recognition, and we can now see different clubs in Saudi league signing too European players. The main reason why Saudi decided to sign Ronaldo is just that they needed global recognition, and they are already getting that now. Am sure they still going to sign some top European players before another season starts.

The Saudi league has always been seen as home for retirement where players have the opportunity to receive a higher salary payment.
Ronaldo definitely brought the light to the league, he brought attention to the league and Ronaldo joining has really had a great positive impact that has helped elevate the league. I couldn't name 3 teams in the league or even know the strength of each teams but now I know a lot of teams and their strengths and it's all since Ronaldo joined.

The Saudi's wanted global recognition and they knew they needed to sign either Messi or Ronaldo to help influence their league and surprisingly Ronaldo did even more than expected.

Yes I agree with you and finally Ronaldo got this title after waiting for several seasons, we know he has won many prestigious titles so this one will complete his achievements and become a new record, but this time it was a bit incomplete because Ronaldo didn't win the golden boot yeah he only finished in 3rd place. Now the question is, will he stay in the Saudi Pro League next season? I'm worried he'll move on and seek new success in another league, or maybe he will wait until his contract ends in 2027
I hope he stays there or they take him back to Europe, because he himself said in multiple statements that he will finish his career at Sporting, which was the club that discovered him. He said that he had to contribute to the team that saw him succeed, or the team that gave him the beginning of his success. Also, after this World Cup, CR7 could be crowned the best, or maybe he won't, but even if he does, he could do well and not win anything. But I hope he can win his World Cup.

You are right, what they wanted in the Saudi Arabian League was global recognition and they have gotten it by bringing Cristiano Ronaldo into the league. Many players who are still doing very well in the European leagues are coming to league which always creates more challenges in the Saudi League.

Honestly, I like as the teams in this league are competing because it draws people's attention to them, and if they continue like this it will among the top league to watch. MLS League is also getting this attention since Lionel Messi joined the league, but in my opinion there's more compensation in the Saudi league than MLS league.

Al Hilal is the best team in the Saudi League because they have won the title for 19th good times so i don't think that not winning the league title for a couple of seasons will affect their dominance in the league. They even tried this season because they were unbeaten in the SPL till the last match, it's not easy to keep such record. The Saudi league is attracting attention because of the professional players that are signed from European clubs so i won't be surprised if the league becomes popular in the near future. You're right that Al Nassr merited the trophy and not based on luck, they had moments they dropped points but they remained focus on winning the trophy so it's not luck in any way but complete hard work that earned them the title.

I also feel that Al Hilal is truly a great team right now. Although they didn't win the Saudi Arabian League,, they consistently played very well in every match. Achieving such consistency is clearly not easy. Therefore,, we should give high appreciation to the Al Hilal players and their coach, who have made Al Hilal an undefeated team this season. Furthermore, speaking of next season,, I'm not sure what the competition will be like in the Saudi Arabian League. Teams with large funds will certainly try to improve their teams by bringing in top players from Europe. So, considering this,, the competition next season will likely be even fiercer in the Saudi Arabian League.

However,, I strongly believe that Al Nasr, Al Hilal, and Al Ahli will dominate the league next season. Because currently, these three teams are performing exceptionally well. As we know, Al Nasr has won the Saudi Arabian League,, Al Ahli also won the Asian Champions League this season, and Al Hilal, although they didn't win the Saudi Arabian League, have performed exceptionally well this season. So, that's clear evidence that these three teams are performing exceptionally well,, and they will likely continue to perform well next season.
When it comes to answering "how good Al Hilal is?" question, the best way to express it would be the fact that Cristiano Ronaldo literally boycotted the league he is playing in, just because he felt that they got unfairly good. I mean Ronaldo literally believed that they got unfairly good and that is why he didn't play a couple games and that should be telling you enough how this is not really the thing we should be looking for.

I think it is quite great that the best part about that is the fact that Al Nassr still managed to win the league, even after thinking Hilal got way too great, but we should not be considering how this could be easy to handle for Al Nassr if they lost, because of transfers Al Hilal was allowed to make. In the end, next season could look very different.

Yes,, I agree with you, my friend. It's true that whoever wins the Saudi Arabian League each season won't be a problem. Many top European players play in this league, and that's a major draw. And as long as Ronaldo is still with Al Nasr, I think the Saudi Arabian League will still have a large audience. However,, if Ronaldo leaves the league, I believe the Saudi Arabian League will experience a drastic drop in viewership ratings. It's undeniable that Ronaldo is the main draw of the Saudi Arabian League.

I'm convinced that if Ronaldo retires,, the Saudi Arabian League will be quiet again if he can't create another draw. Therefore, the Saudi Arabian League must consider this issue to find a definitive solution. Regarding Al Nasr's victory this season, I agree that it's not due to luck, but rather to Al Nasr's excellent performance. Because Al Nasr's performance this season has been quite consistent,, it's no surprise that they're champions.

This season didn't go well for Al Ittihad; they finished in 5th place with 55 points, 34 games, and only 16 wins. We could say it was an accident or bad luck they had. But it gets worse when we look at the title winner versus Al Ittihad. While the title winner finished the season with 86 points, Al Ittihad finished with 55 points, 31 points behind Al Nassr. It was simply a disaster for Al Ittihad, and because of this, the Al Ittihad management and coach Sérgio Conceição reached a mutual agreement for him to leave the club.

Al Ittihad's squad was very weak compared to other top teams. After Benzema left, they didn't even sign at least two highly skilled players to replace him. Honestly, I don't know why they thought they could compete with other top teams with that current squad. The coach is skilled, but even he couldn't do much with that weak squad. Anyway, the question now is: who will be Al Ittihad's next coach?
It's undeniable that Al Ittihad's current performance decline is truly drastic. While they were promising champions of the Saudi Arabian League last season,, this season they've performed terribly in the Saudi Arabian League. This is clearly detrimental to their reputation,, as they are a well-funded team. Al Ittihad should be looking to acquire better players to compete with the top teams in the Saudi Arabian League.

Therefore,, I believe Al Ittihad must be bold enough to acquire more top players next season. If they don't,, they'll certainly be at a disadvantage in the Saudi Arabian League. The Saudi Arabian League teams are already incredibly skilled at building their squads. If Al Ittihad can't improve their performance,, they'll undoubtedly be at a disadvantage. We'll just have to see what happens next season. And regarding the coach who will replace Conceicao at Al Ittihad, I don't know for sure yet,, so maybe there isn't one yet.

The presence of Ronaldo and Neymar really gave that league some really good PR and attention as compared to when they where not there, to be more specific, Ronaldo did gave the league a very huge attention and following and they are trying their best to make the best of is presence because he will sure leave some day.

But by then they hope to have achieved a strong PR that is not very dependent on his presence and that is why they need to improve their play style and the way they league is been managed so that they will have a really good sustainability plan that will keep them relevant even thereafter.

Ronaldo winning the league was something he will cherish of course, while it is not one of the most important titles he has (dude has multiple UCL titles) it is important to remember that Ronaldo may not play anywhere else until he retires, and Al Hilal looks like a great team now, so next season it would be hard to beat them.

These all of them together means we are talking about Ronaldo having only one chance, which was this year, to win a league title with his very last team, otherwise it would not worked out that great. I think it would make sense if we can go on, otherwise it would not work well for them. Ronaldo got Felix to help him this year, and they did great.

Although Al Hilal won by a single goal in their away match against Al Fayha, that victory wasn’t enough to secure the championship for them. I was frankly surprised that they didn’t end the match with a more decisive result, even though they scored in the 4th minute. After all, your opponent might potentially drop points, so you need to secure a high-scoring victory in this match to at least avoid putting your title hopes at risk. Ruben Neves failed to convert a penalty kick in the second half. They finished the season in second place, two points behind Al Nassr.
Al-Hilal is the team which is struggling for the top position in the whole season but they are ending the season in the second place which is i think also a good development which  will definitely leads the team  towards the first place one time if they keep continue with the same spirits. They have to keep themselves motivated and determined to secure their desired positions. Al-Hial won their match with one gaol against Al-Fayha and I think its just ok that they win the match because they can secure or win the match with more goals as Al-Hilal is a strong team against Al-Fayha. Their efforts were very loud in throughout the season and  i think the important thing which is very good about them that the team is very dedicated and passionate. Because Al-Hilal is a team which is trying for the top position from the last 2 or 3 seasons which defines their goal and dedication.

His contract expires next year, and by then he would have completed 4 years at Al Nassr. I don't know whether he will agree to further extend it. As of now, he looks to be having great fitness levels. At the moment, he is the highest paid athlete in the world (contract is worth €200 million per year). Another two years, at the same salary can add to his retirement savings portfolio. Also, let's not forget the fact that Saudi Arabia will be hosting the 2034 FIFA World Cup. Ronaldo played his part during the bidding process, and it is likely that he will continue to support them in some capacity till 2034.

I think it would make sense if we can go on, otherwise it would not work well for them. Ronaldo got Felix to help him this year, and they did great.
Yes, basically,, although the trophy won by Ronaldo with Al Nasr in the Saudi Arabian League is not as good as the UCL trophy, or trophies in the top European leagues. But still,, that is not what makes the trophy won by Ronaldo with Al Nasr special. Because basically what makes the Saudi Arabian League trophy special for Ronaldo, it is clear because now he is old and when he is still able to get a trophy, it is clearly a very special thing. In addition, Ronaldo has also been at Al Nasr for quite a long time, and it was only this season that Ronaldo managed to realize being able to give a trophy to Al Nasr.

So I think that is what makes Al Nasr's victory this season so special. Then talking about next season,, I also feel that next season Ronaldo must be able to bring Al Nasr to be champions again if he wants to retire with an even more extraordinary sensation. Because if he could win a trophy and then retire,, that would be an unimaginable joy. But I still don't know for sure when Ronaldo will retire from football. What's clear is that Ronaldo must lead Al Nasr to victory again next season...

Next season should be Al Hilal, there aren't that bad if then we should be focusing on how things could change and if you can do that then you are going to get some crazy situation growing out of this and needs to be done a lot better. I understand it is not really that crazy but if you could do great with betting on them to win the league next season from the get go, which is not open yet, but it will do great.

We need to focus on that part which is going to be very nice with time if they can do longer. Al Nassr got lucky this season and kudos to them for winning but I am pretty sure that next season Al Nassr will not be as good as they were this season and Al Hilal hasn't been at the top for a while, so they will do their best to win.

Exactly, that's for sure Al Hilal secured a highly contested victory over Al Fayha in the final match of the Saudi Pro League season but you should observe that this season Al Nassr are the new champions and Cristiano Ronaldo's team secured the title by two points, so congratulations to them because the expectations of football fans like us have been fulfilled after this team became the new champion. This victory was deserved by Al Nassr because although they have played fairly well in other seasons, we all know this season they have played with the most enthusiasm and they were obsessed with winning trophies, from what I've seen, Al Hilal are runners-up in the Saudi league for two consecutive seasons, which is definitely a great development for them.

Cristiano Ronaldo needs no introduction and for me as a fan i don't think there was ever a possibility that he would have missed the opportunity to win another championship once again, of course the level of the teams has risen there too, but Cristiano Ronaldo, as every time, always proves to be the best.
