Wild.io is operated by Nonce Gaming B.V. And they have taken the license from Curacao Antillephone. There is a license validator link at the bottom of the website. You can also verify it here.

Wild.io are scam artists, they embezzled my 0.0047 BTC deposit and 0.005 BTC winnings!
They also run a bonus scam scheme!

What happened with the bonus there? I just checked the terms of the bonus of Wild.io. Have you placed bets with deposited funds before the bonus was credited to you? Their deposit bonus terms are strange if it doesn't get credit automatically.

At the deposit page, they offered me a 100% deposit bonus up to 0.0047 BTC which I agreed.

After I deposited 0.0047 BTC my account balance was over 0.015 BTC, so they added another 120% bonus without asking me and without my consent.

I played Black Jack and won 0.005 BTC without touching the bonus money.

After a while I checked how much of the 40x I have wagered and it was 0%.

In the bonus section there is a link to the bonus terms, so I read there and saw that bonuses only clear when playing slots.

So I cancelled the bonuses and the scam artists at wild.io also cancelled the 0.005 BTC won from my money.

Then I requested to wthdraw my deposited 0.0047 BTC, but the scam artists did not process it claiming that I need to wager 10x of the deposited amount, which is contradictory to "instant withdrawals".

12.10 In accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, enhanced due diligence may be done in respect of withdrawals of funds not used for wagering. We provide a player with a withdrawal only when the sum of bets made since the last deposit is more than three (3) times the size of that deposit in slot games or ten (10) times for live and table games. If a player requests a cash out without fulfilling this condition, the cash out will be declined till the conditions are met. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Casino.

I can understand if it is coming from bonus, but yes, the casino should think about not putting wagering requirements for the tournaments.

In a local palance where I come from, this kind of situation is called " monkey dey work, baboon dey  chop" you do not expect the casino to allow you withdraw a bonus given to you just like that, do you want them to run at loss. 1.10. Any bonus and winnings will be forfeited if a player has an active bonus and attempts to use the funds on any of the games that do not contribute to the wagering requirements.

You can not forfeit winnings because I played games which do not contribute to clear the bonus!

The only legitimate reason to forfeit winnings is if I touched the bonus fund and derived winnings from it and then cancel the bonus before the wagering requirements are met.

You yourself state it in paragraph 1.15, 1.16 and 1.17:

1.15. When a player places bets with an active bonus, the real money funds will be spent first. The bet amounts will be taken from the player’s real money balance. When the real money balance is empty, the bet amounts will begin to be deducted from the bonus balance.

1.16. Players can request the withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the wagering requirements, but please bear in mind that the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

1.17. Any bonus can be removed before meeting any wagering requirements. Please contact  Wild.io customer support for more details or use the ‘Forfeit’ bonus button within the bonuses section of your account. Please keep in mind that forfeiting a bonus/wager will result in bonus funds and winnings derived from it will be subtracted from your balance.

So you yourself clearly state you will substract only the bonus funds and winnings derived from it.

But as I never touched the bonus funds I can not derive winnings from it and you can not substract the winnings I derived from my deposit!

Despite from the point that you mislead me to accept a bonus because you do not state that bonuses only clear when playing slots.

In such a case you need to state "Slot bonus" at the deposit and bonus selection page.
