Companies that offer licenses are much less likely to give any information about customers who purchased a license from them, no matter what the circumstances. There is a very large process to go to court even if you have the monetary resources. I doubt anyone would go through that process unless they had a valid and sizeable claim, not just to extract information. Problem probably is misconception of KYC purpose. Reputable online casino teams' information are publicized and if not, on their license, on the usual which is to lessen the worry of their players.
