Honestly, my investment in altcoins is higher compared to Bitcoin when it comes to their DCA accumulation. Because I believe that the chances of me getting a big profit from altcoins are higher compared to Bitcoin.

Greed, simple.  People feel like they missed out on bitcoin and want to hit the next bitcoin.  People also think bitcoin is expensive and can't afford one so they like alts because they are "cheaper" and can buy a ton.  It's a physiological play as well.  Either way greed is involved and they want to catch the next run with a coin that can double, triple, etc their money.

Definitely the case when people sees how much money a regular person profit after having billions of SHIb with just less than $50 and then made it 10x, its a pipe dream come true. Another example of this was the users who has PEPE coins just weeks ago.

Countless of users made a tron of money since 2017 bull run. Some of us just got it from bounty campaigns. And because it was spread on social media, the hopefuls are investing.

I mean why would we invest in a certain field if we're not looking and seeing ourselves to get rich and make our lives more comfortable compared to what we have now. all traders must have a high risk if we do not make purchases on time. Bitcoin and altcoins both have a high risk. but why do so many people choose bitcoin because the growth of bitcoin every year always increases and always finds new ATH. and people choose altcoins because they are relatively cheap and also have good potential in some altcoins in the future.

Now in this bear market, bitcoin pumping gradually while people can make a lot by doing short trade of altcoins.
