Yeah, it was great game and I look at it as coming back from 0:2 to win 3:2. Those last 2 question we had same answers and they helped for LMS but were useless in our duel. I got it on H2H questions, even without Havertz scoring last goal I would have had enough but I must admit Musiala scared me. He played one hell of game.

I had absolutely no idea about this competition and was therefore hoping for one or two draws, and I was amazed myself today that there were so many draws yesterday (and i also grab my first point this week), but last week I also won the first round and I was very weak in all the others. The week is still a long one and there could still be a lot of surprises, as there were so many different sports to choose from this week.

In general, this is IMO, all the cups no matter England or Spain or Italy wherever, if you don't have a very big squad in the top division, you won't be sending your best team down to play, just reserves. Whereas the smaller team sees the cup as more important, so send their best team.

Coco Gauff played on Sunday, and I believe her match har started even before the question was posted, so technically if you didn’t submit on Sunday, then she sure has been eliminated even before you answered the questions.

Coco and Sabalenka were strongest in the same side to the final. I was 99% sure one of them would be the finalist. So my strategy was to pick 2 people on the same side to ensure I get 1 right in the final. Now I see my only hope is Sabalenka loses to get a draw.

Coco was still active I saw the questions saved all my answers in the form and when I submitted I just looked at the draw, she had not played yet. In fact she played Sunday your time I guess, but it was Monday early morning for me. And I think the reason I didn't see it was the draw didn't update yet, now I'm looking at the time, it makes sense.

Oh, right! I hope that Roglić will win this. I went with O'Connor but Ulven with with "someone else" so if we both lose that point, I still win this round All in all, it will be an ugly win for my team (2-3 out of 10 points), but a win is a win.

Ended with a super dominant win in the end, very few of us needed it, but still was nice to rack up points for LMS, I'm happy I rebought because now only 3 points from the top.

I would like to congrats to Trofo, jayce, hosseinimr93 the only guys who didn't need to rebuy.

Thanks for working out the questions so quickly, it was very tricky for me with the Esports questions as I have absolutely no idea about them and had to read up on them first, but it was more of a guessing game than having typed with a clue.

My opponent in the Cup is hakan2217, which won't be an easy task, so I'll need a lot of luck with my tips.

I think easiest would be if he just continues to update your scores as if you were still in the competition. Only partially though since we in the game fully can't loose H2H point against you. That is for sure extra work for him and maybe he has some better way to do it.

I know he is super busy before the weekend so if you don't get your response now, ask again on Saturday. I will try to remind him as well but no promises

Sorry guys, as Trofo said I'm basically non-existent before Thursday. I'll hopefully remember to submit the Cup answers tomorrow, but that's all the time I'll have.

I will add yours during the weekend, and will keep it separate but you'll get the points in the spreadsheet. I'll probably just make all your points negative, so you'll always be at the bottom and not affecting the leaderboard while still being there with a correct points number.

What is the tie-breaker if they are still tied after the 8th penalty? I know that's unlikely, but that's possible and it may happen.
Maybe, the winner will be the one who submitted the answers earlier? Or any other kind of tie-breaker?

Penalties are rare in itself, but I basically do a quick check whether a draw is possible before them. Never happened that it was, but if it would be I'd probably just add an extra question and send it to them.
Then again, first submission rule makes sense as well - although I always hated the 'coin toss' rule in sports and this looks similar.

We'll discuss it and let you know - if we don't, first submission takes the win.

Well atleast you had your first win before our game. As for myself, it was my 1st win of the season so Im in no better shape either compared to you. Both of us still at risk for relegation for sure. 9 rounds to go and if technically I guess getting 20-21 points should be safe for relegation though so thats 17-18 more points for either of us.

For esports, I went with one of my favorites. Tempted to go for 2 favorites, but I remember Liquid let me down a lot in some past questions so this time I tried to ignore them, even though actually the odds also put them as a major favorite.

A lot of new names I didn't recognize but the toughest for me is FIBA. I know which are the favorites but basketball seems to be a lot of 50-50 picks even with 1.5 odds to my experience.
