Nope, 0.8 is the multiplier with which your reward is multiplied - meaning you get 80% of your reward because there is a 20% penalty if you miss 1 submission, which you did.
Considering that in your case 5th place in regular season wasn't good enough for a cash reward, you get 80% of 0, which is still 0

Fee for Division 2 is 0.75 mBTC for the next season, so that's all that you need to pay for participating in Div2 next season.

Notes:
First 4 cup positions are not final
Division 1 playoff is not over so fees for new season are maybe not correct for involved
BTC Rewards were lowered as per rules for those that missed deadlines (1 miss 20% lower, 2 misses 50% lower). Amounts taken are auto added for new season.
Free bets rewards weren’t lowered since we did not think that part trough. We can’t lower most of them and then it wouldn’t be fair to lower just for some people. Rules will be changed for new season regarding penalizing free bets.

Regular fee for new season is taken from your reward automatically. This is the moment to let me know if you are not playing anymore. It is possible I have missed someone.

If you need some side bets settled, now is the time to tell me as well.

Division 2 participation fee is 0.75, it is auto deducted from rewards if you have BTC rewards, you are one of the few people that do not and have to pay. Minus in the table means you are owning money 

That being said, you paid evil fee, I forgot to include that. Will double check but if it was 1mBTC and you submitted all rounds which I think you did I will add that to your balance and you will be 0.25 in the green.

Yep, I paid 1 mBTC evil fee and afaik I haven't missed a single round.

Btw, since it worked so well for me maybe you wanna consider it a mandatory thing for Divison 3 where people tend to slack from time to time which then cause you issues.

It confused me as well at first but its actually penalty point multiplier so 1 means we didnt get any penalties. Its in the formula though

There are no direct entries to Div1 and Div2 if that's what you mean, all new players start from Division 3.
LMS format will be added, it will be similar to the one we're having for Euros but not the same. It will be a side competition, regular BSFL won't be changed at all.

Unfortunately something wasn't quite right with betting markets, I think nobody was able to bet.
Usually we are able to take care of such things easily but due to Euros and Wimbledon we kinda dropped down a bit on the priorities list

Most definitely but coming into this tournament England were one of the teams I was so intentional about watching this year, but they’ve been a super boring team so, the entertaining aspect of the game would indeed be a factor determined by Spain, just like it was France, a team that has been equaling boring, perhaps not as much as England though.

Spain, obviously ticks all the boxes as the winner here but given how England have moved so far, I’m afraid Spain could get their heartbroken as well as all the lovers of good football.
