Great to me to see the Saint Ettiene and Nice making a draw that makes me score a point which is NICE to be redundant Cheesy

So now we (me ad my rival of this round) have only 3 more questions left to play with diferent answers ahead, lets see if i can start to seal the round or not.

Is gonna be a super good win if i finally take it since it can put me between the "contenders" if later i dont make silly mistakes.

Okay, I missed that, there are actually 5 different questions, but there aren't that many, so every correct answer could make a difference. As you said, having more different answers is more interesting, but in this case, small details can make all the difference, and if someone is one step ahead, that alone could be decisive, but we'll see.

1/2 for the first questions, identical score with my opponent too. We have somehow slid into a relegation scrap and now have to fight for every available point. Still a fair bit of different answers to go starting with the Conference League final today. I say Palace win a low scoring game against them not winning also in a low scoring game.

We also went differently in the UCL final. I was always going with Arsenal winning, even if that is the more unlikely outcome. I hope to have a lead by the weekend.

I'm glad my opponent and I have the same answer for this Conference League game cause man this shit is tight as hell, might be a first to score will win type of game and its hard to tell who will be the victor here, but no sweat off my back for this one which I'm ok with still have a lot of questions left tonight these Brazilian squads need to win for sure though. Just logged in and thought I’d check how I’m doing in this round so far, after forgetting to submit last week and incurring a 3-0 forfeit loss with a -1 points deduction.

To my delight, mitchr4 forgot to submit which means I get a 3-0 win by default, haha. Sorry mitchr4 buddy but this made my day Cheesy

Oh well, shit hits the fan real fast for me in this round, I would have been completely fine with Crystal Palace not winning the title at rather than win it by a low scoring encounter, I really was hoping for some kind of magic after Palace took the lead in the 2nd half, now any chance of the win the round is out the window already, the most I cam hope for is a draw 😞

Guess it really was a first goal win type of game man Crystal Palace held it down and Rayo couldn't get nothing going I couldn't watch the game so don't know but from what I saw on flash score man Rayo didn't have a chance why didn't I look at CP??? Grin

Damn, I'm really paying the price for not trusting myself this season. Initially I had Palace to win and under 2,5, but honestly felt Palace would go 2-0 up which would open up the game so I changed it.
Lost many, many bets on Palace to win with a handicap as well, odds were too good not to give it a try.

Ole! First blood. Palace did the job, badly, but they don't care. They now get to play Europa (which if you recall they missed out despite winning FA Cup because of football shittery and confllicting interests in ownership). I try not to hate football but there you go. Now all I need is Norway to progress in hockey and I wrap this up early. Won't be easy though, Norway are the lowest seeds left in this last 8, but they're on a hot streak. Latvia's been scoring like crazy though. Come on fishcakes!

So, now that Crystal Palace won the title yesterday with Glasner (an Austrian like me, congrats!), you’re one point ahead. There isn’t much on the schedule today, but this weekend I’m hoping my picks for Oklahoma come through and that the PSG match ends in a draw. But for now, we’ll just have to wait and see.

That was a crucial point for my team, but no time to rest.
My team must now defend the NBA prediction.....the odds favor San Antonio but it feels like a coin flip.
I also looked at LMS and just decided not to stress about it Cheesy

Didn't know that I was playing against leea-1334 this week. And didn't wish you good luck—even though I'd say you don't need it. You are already 2:1 up, and only a miracle can win me the round. I need the last question to go my way, and there I'm at a slight advantage, but Arsenal to beat PSG—I went with that as a fan, and it could seal my fate. The only tennis pick that was different in our case was Medvedev, and he lost, so that's an extra point for you.

I don't remember ever having 3-0 lead, and what's even more significant, its done against one of the best teams in BSFL.

Its not over yet though, because there are 3 different answers left between me and vd309, and 2 out of them are h2h. First chance for a win is if Norway beats Latvia tonight, but it won't be easy as from what I saw, Latvia has been beating them lately.

Latvia is also the one I need to get the advantage. Bookies consider it 50-50 currently, Norway was the preferred one a few days ago.
I feel Latvia is a better team and I hope they prove it today. Norway was terrible against Denmark when it mattered.

I also need Spurs to win today but Oklahoma is an outsider so I plan to hedge that, especially if Latvia loses in the afternoon.
