Looks like I picked the perfect time to take a quick vacation. I thought I will be getting another penalty for the season but it's the cup round and I'm fortunately Grin

already out of the cup. I'll have to get back in the rainbet beat the bookie tournament however, still in nough rounds to be competitive there.

Tbh, the only ones who think Croatia is good are the bookies, judging by the odds Rainbet set for that game.

The situation is complicated because finishing 3rd in the group gives you (potentially) slightly easier draw. If Ghana loses, they finish 3rd, while we need at least a draw to secure a place in the next round, which would also put us in 3rd. The problem is that it's too dangerous to play for a draw, as you could easily end up with nothing.

Historically, our record against African teams is good, but when I look at the alleged lineup (which includes Modric and Kovacic in the starting 11), I'm not too optimistic.

I checked the answers I have in my draft for the round 4 if I had qualified, and I would have remained pretty spot on with 5/5 on all of my decision, too bad I got screw by the penalties kicks from my defenders kicking the ball like Gabriel did for Arsenal against PSG about a month or so ago.

Yep, unfortunately no way to survive the Cup in such cases. Your opponent didn't do that great, meaning you'd probably be in the QF now.

It's gonna be a tight one and all outcomes are possible, I made my pick based on Ghana keeping a clean sheet in their last 2 while Croatia struggled to score against Panama. It's not the same Croatia as the last 2 World Cups, they could really use a Mandžukić or Rakitić right now. Also the fact that a draw is enough for both to progress, now will it be scoreless or not? We'll have to watch and see.

Oh no you won this we did not need to go to penalties. I really underjudged Croatia in the end, but still Ghana gave them a scare. I feel like its a waste for this team to progress, they are really not so good, then again neither is Ghana so I can't complain.

Sorry @buwa but my team is too good for you this World Cup and now I can enter R5/Quarterfinal in Both Road to Glory and BSFL Cup.

I have no expectations here,,, our priority is still to gain promotion back to the top division but I have to say the fans will not mind if we stay after winning a cup. Still too many rounds to start thinking of glory

One would hope this "Round of 32" will finally provide the quality we've come to expect from the World Cup, no?

Top 8 secured, and I can't believe we got a better cup placement this season. Hopefully, this luck carries over in the official matches as I need to recover from that R11 loss.

You'll notice that there aren't any games for Round of 16 - we don't know the matchups yet, the schedule is weird and all we could ask was the number of goals in these games - so we decided to skip it. Shame, because we'll potentially have Germany vs France.
We'll almost surely miss the full Round of 16 in BSFL - but it's just how it works and sometimes we pay the price. Many competitions running in parallel, so we'll cover it elsewhere

This cup round has got to be one of my worst rounds yet. Didn’t see why I should have made it to the second round with this sort of result.

Didn’t manage to get any of them questions right after answering 6 questions. The only time I could have gotten a green was in the H2H but even then, ralle14 still made sure we shared points and staled.

This resumption came at the wrong time, I was already very comfortable away from this pathetic club of mine and their lazy asses; I'm not sure the break would do us any good this season - there's literally nothing else to play for this season but to survive.

If only Slissy had sold his spot in division 1 to me and used the funds to settle the Mafias he'd still be here today. I guess he didn't know how valuable his position in division 1 was.

Don't blame me guys, if results can't get me up there, money will.

Not the kind of momentum I was hoping to carry into this round, but there is something about playing one of the mafia bosses in this round that gives me the courage, knowing fully well that a win here would surely be super important for how my team intends to end this must-forget season, there are 7 matches to go, which means 21 points possibility for the team, and they're going to be collecting every single one.

lol this is a derby round, a match between the second and fourth teams of the division and the fight for promotion to a higher division.
From the beginning, my team wants that promotion to a higher division and we go for victory in every game, and we are not afraid of anyone.

It was predictable that the questions would be dominated by the World Cup as there were still plenty of matches to draw from, and one H2H question was about Wimbledon. I felt like it was mixed up with the other polls

So, after a break I continue with these "six points" games. After winning the round against famososMuertos in Round 10, now my team is facing the top team of the Division 3. It would be great to win the round and maybe even make my way all the way to the top spot in Division 3. But I'm sure it won't be easy because HomieAllDay didn't lose a single round in this season. May this one be the first round that he loses

Man I miss having deadlines that you don't have to wait for results for, and now BSFL Wimbledon makes me remember, there is no such thing as sleep on Tuesday night especially if you are an unlucky soul who used up VARs lol

7 points from 1st, but also only 4 points to the bottom not counting Slissy, this is a dangerous league!!
