Any such rule will be difficult to implement. And such rules need to be accepted by the cricket boards of other countries, to make them more effective. For example, all PCB can do against these players is to ban them from future editions of the PSL. But they don't care as they will get higher salaries in the IPL and numerous other franchise T20 leagues around the world. Also, new leagues are propping up everywhere. Even Belgium is now coming up with a franchise T20 league, in which players such as Rassie van der Dussen, Faf du Plessis, Andre Russell and Shakib Al Hasan are taking part.

It seems very obvious that PCB can't do anything to stop players from leaving PSL for IPL because for that PCB need to take all other cricketing boards into confidence. No board other than PCB will do anything against IPL. A player who is migrating from PSL to IPL will suffer only in case he is not selected by IPL in subsequent years.

Good news for Nepal is that eight of its players are selected in EU T20 League Belgium including their skipper Rohit Paudel and vice-captain Dipendra Singh Airee. Nepal players will get more exposure from this league, which will help them in improving their cricket in international matches.

It's true that no one will back PCB to neglect that shit things but yeh Atleast they can shift PSL window to somewhere else not overlapping with Indian premier league, so that's how player once selected thier will be the part till end, anyway today we have first game of PSL 11th edition between Lahore and Hyderabad where more excepted Hyderabad potential squad to surprise the defending champions but shockingly Hyderabad lose by huge margin although they have huge depth in batting order but still they failed against Lahore pace trio. Honestly after performance at first clash I consider Lahore as one of highlighted side to lift the trophy and be the defending champions.
