There is a revolutionary change being implemented in PSL for this season. Each of the teams will pick two different XIs for a particular match, and they will chose any one from these two after the toss. This is a really good suggestion and the ICC can consider implementing it for international game as well. Nowadays, toss plays an important role in deciding the outcome of the matches, especially in Day/Night encounters. Having the flexibility of having two different XIs to select will give a lot of freedom to the participating teams and it will make the matches more competitive.

It's true that no one will back PCB to neglect that shit things but yeh Atleast they can shift PSL window to somewhere else not overlapping with Indian premier league, so that's how player once selected thier will be the part till end

I also don't know why PCB is conducting PSL alongside IPL. If PSL is not overlapped with IPL then we can lot of foreign players playing in PSL. IPL offers huge money and that is why IPL is first choice for every cricketer of the world.

LQ is playing PSL from its very first edition, while its first game of HHK in PSL. Its unfortunate for HHK that they they were not able to perform well in their first PSL match but still they have lot of games left to cover this loss. Think you meant Quetta Gladiators?? Yesterday was a match between Quetta and Karachi kings in which karachi won the match. It was more of a thriller than the last match because the last match was really one-sided. This match was a little better with a close runs of the teams. At start Quetta seemed to have their grip on the match and their run rate was better than karachi but it was till the  15th over and when rossouw got out the team couldn't balance, I loved Hussain and Mcdermott's batting but he couldn't finish. Good to see some good cricket and hope to see more in today's match of PZ and Multan.

I hope Quetta Gladiators will dominate and if we check the head to head for both of the teams against each other based on the previous season, previous edition they faced each other couple of times and Karachi dominated couple of times but hope so this time we will see some changes in plan and difference in game as well.

May be they want to utilize that exclusive window where rest of cricket boards avoid scheduling matches and most of thier player were fully available to play league like Indian premier league.

There is no doubt that both squads displayed their full performance and made their best effort to win match but Karachi Kings score was quite good. Karachi kings squad was begun match first with batting inning and batters were managed to collect 181 scores off 20 overs inning. Special thanks to David Warner and Moeen Ali batters both were top scorer and top performer of this match and both played wonderful inning and collected 35 and 48 scores respectively.  Quetta Gladiators squad was quite close to win match but they fell short by 14 scores. Hasan Ali played crucial role in getting victory and he played wonderful bowling inning and he picked up 4 significant wickets of Quetta Gladiators squad and restricted them to low scores.

Tomorrow, the second match is between Islamabad United and Multan Sultan. Recently, Multan Sultan had a very bad incident due to issues with PCB and their previous owner, an auction was held, and Multan Sultan was replaced by Sialkot, and then again Multan Sultan returned.

However, let's see whether Multan Sultan can make it win tomorrow against IU. Because Islamabad United have many international players and also such Pakistan champion players, which makes them feel interconnected and leads to having the upper hand.

We have seen Lahore Qalandars perform regularly in PSL. At least in the last two seasons and this season too, they are a very strong team. I expect them to make the finals in this season too, because they have built a balanced team with world-class players in all departments.

Moeen Ali's last minute heroics saved Karachi Kings yesterday. After David Warner got out, their scoring rate had dipped. Saad Baig and Azam Khan were unable to find the boundaries. Ahmed Daniyal and Usman Tariq were chipping in, with wickets at regular intervals. But Moeen made sure that they get a 180 plus total, and this derailed the plans of Saud Shakeel and the Quetta Gladiators. Shamyl Hussain and Saud added 79 runs for the first wicket in just 7 overs. But after that the Gladiators batting line-up collapsed like a peck of cards and they eventually lost the match by 14 runs.

In the last season Shahnawaz Dahani was playing for Multan Sultan but this time he is available for Peshawar Zalmi and I hope today he will play because most of the time he never disappointed with his wonderful bowling, it is his quality that at least if he struggles, he try his best to have wickets, if not possible, then prefer defending bowling. Let's see if he will play, then what will he do? Overall, I am expecting good from him because he gets very few chances to play for Pakistan.
