Does Bounty really pay?

Sometimes I find myself being added to Telegram groups where they are doing bounty campaigns for new coins but at the end of the day, people will start complaining that the project is dead. In most cases I exited from the groups immediately I find myself there because I feel they are prone to defrauding people.
This makes me to wonder if bounties really pay.

Most bounties really pay. Why? because if bounty manager failed to pay his/her bounty workers how can he/she take new bounty campaigns? Or may be he/she get negative feedbacks and then people will not participated his next bounty campaigns.

But most time when the bounty is over the project token is mostly 90% down. So the 10000$ price pool will be 1000$ then. So the bounty workers will get really low value for their work and time. This is the reality of the 90% bounty in this forum. Also some bounty mangers stole rewards from people, you can find lot of these kind persons scam in the scam forum also.

But there are good bounty managers are here those who mostly pay their bounty workers by Stable coins like USDT. For example Bounty Detective, J.Castilo and etc... I was also try few bounties but most of them paused before 2 weeks are gone bounty started. But there are few friends of mine those who working above mentioned managers couple of campaigns and they got paid fairly for their work always. That's why I mentioned those two bounty managers but there are may be more mangers who work fair and always lucky to have genuine projects with them. I just share my experience that I had with my friends. My advice is go for campaigns that pay stable coins if you want to try out bounty campaigns. Good luck

Bounties are mostly scams now, it makes me wonder that 90℅ bounties don't really pay. I have participated in almost many bounties but I haven't received payment from all bounties.I still have a lot of tokens paid from bounties that I can't do anything with. People who run bounty campaigns on the forums work hard but end up falling prey to maximum bounty scammers.The bounty has now lost people's loyalty.  But I have a favorite bounty manager (Brainboss) who pays their bounty workers after work.If the bounties could keep their integrity then the number of investors would increase day by day.

Very high of 50-50 because almost lot of bounty doesn’t pay hunter token. Therefore a few project going to success at this time so if a project gone to death then what the benefits for hunter token! Still have some good bounty like btc paid signature campaign with usdt. This is trustful money which lot of hunter interest want to participate.

I don't think that it is 50/50 chance for getting a payment for bounties. The chance is even lower because many of them are unlikely to pay whether they become successful or not.

But usually if they become successful, the chance is increasing but just take it that at most times they're the hardest to receive the reward that you should be eligible to receive.

If you are a bounty hunter, you need to understand that it's the dynamics going into bounties.

That's pretty much everything in this world, you either get it or not and nothing in between. But in reality and what we have experienced these days, most of the bounties are just bunch of scammers and even they manage to run the bounty for several months to engage the community better, in the end they are just the same they are achieving money but not the utility of those projects.

I have other job to do so doing bounties just for the bonuses for me, but for those whose primary source of income is through bounties then they are really getting affected mostly by this one.

Gone are the days when bounty use to pay. These days, they don't pay much, that's if they even agree to pay at the end of weeks of work.
Sometimes the project gets dead by the end of the bounty campaign.

yes they are the best bounty managers which in my opinion are currently very credible and help us as bounties hunters.

Yeah, bounty manager is absolutely important to get bounty rewards, reputed managers will never manage likes SCAM projects, there are high possibility to get payment in their campaign, and you know Detective's management most of the project escrowed, so there guaranteed payment. But without escrowed campaign even there are huge chances to deceived in reputed managers campaigns.

What can i say is sometimes you get your money from your work and sometimes not. The ratio is 7(not paying):3(pay) in my opinion. I've been doing it since 2018 and still doing it untill now, so you know if bounty doesn't pay i'm not stupid enough to doing it for many years.

As a bounty hunter it's useless to complain to anyone because there is no one to defend because there is no legal domain that will act, so the bounty organizer is not afraid of committing violations such as fraud to investors and not making payments to bounty participants or misusing data

Well, the safest way to really believe that bounty hunters are paid and it's worth it is to choose a bounty that pays using stable coins and escrow. this will guarantee that payments will still be made when the work is completed. Also, if you want to keep getting paid with tokens, look for bounties that use escrow in their payment system. Next is, if the bounty doesn't have an escrow, then try to choose a trusted manager. this will minimize the risk of not getting paid.

     -  If I base it on today, the only ones I have seen that are good and legitimate payers of bounties here on the forum are those handled by @cryptobrainboss, @julerz, and @bountydetective.

They are the only ones that I see that are bounty managers in altcoins that can see if I can also say that after the end of the bounty that they handled, it will only take a few weeks or 2 to 3 months before the rewards that the participants worked on in their campaign are sent. that was handled, I just don't know about other managers.

But hunters should participate in a real value gathering project because working on your bounty is a waste of time if there is no demand for tokens.

There are a lot of campaigns are circulating not only on telegram but also in other social media. A lot of new projects tend to be scam they are just active only during the promotion and if they had convinced investors to invest they closed upon reaching their target investment. But of course there are also a good project who do really pay during the bounty campaigns. You have to choose and evaluate which one is a good project or it is a doubtful project. So before joining evaluate first so that you will not regret joining the campaign specially if the bounty campaign did not pay at the end of the campaign.

In the past when Bitcoin was around $60k and the market was as good potential, mostly projects were paid through bounties but nowadays there are many scam projects. Which can only take work from the bounty participants but they didn't pay the hunter, and secondly they pay less than their promise.
