When we talk about climate change and extreme weather, we cannot avoid it. But for some developed countries there must be a solution for that, for example gardening with the help of technology that can manipulate the weather.

But the problem is, how can these poor countries find solutions for themselves? I think the most appropriate step is for developed countries or rich countries to provide assistance to poor countries. Because poor countries have almost no way to solve their hunger problem because the economic circulation there is very limited, the exchange rate is low, and the wages of workers are also low.

There is way to survive  food in the poor countries in world the reason I'm say is,let me there are some countries that is not good in Agriculture. The government assist the country with Agriculture, Agriculture is a sector is the backbone for food security and a strategic developmental objective for a nation to survive and end poverty in future. Don't think too much about people who are lazy and refuse to work so that they can help themselves in living their lives. You only have to focus on your own goals and don't need to pay attention to other people, although it wouldn't be wrong if you wanted to give a few suggestions for those who are lazy to work and save money so they have a better future. yes, maybe it will help in terms of bookkeeping or accountability and or other matters related to administration, but the most important problem in this case is climate change which cannot be handled haphazardly and is also very difficult because it is not under direct human control and takes time which takes a very long time to control because it is influenced by the environment and shifts in nature itself, the more the earth gets hotter from the impact of technological advances and the depletion of the ozone layer, it will be very difficult for farmers to get good results in their agriculture because global warming changes soil temperature and fertility. , especially if the soil has been contaminated by chemical substances, there is little hope for farmers to produce good food and meet market demand.

It's not even just about the fact that farmers should be able to get loans easier, it's about the fact that you need to make farming a very profitable business, doesn't mean it has to be the old fashion way, just find a way to optimize it. There are so many farms in the world that is incredibly inefficient that we are suffering because of it, sure the farmer failed to make it more efficient and it's his fault, but why am I paying more for their inefficiency.

From vertical farming, to better machinery, to better optimization of the crops both in sizes and planting methods to every single detail including poison for bugs, everything should be better, and if they don't do it, government should both help and force them to it.

But I am sure that genetically modified plants are contributing to an increase in agricultural productivity.

It will for sure increase the productivity and aid the global food shortage, however, the long term effects for these kind of process are for sure gonna reduce the average lifespan of a human being. Depending on where you live, I live in the countryside and my family grows our own raw vegetables, we don't use any pesticides. In reality, it is true that when we do not use fertilizers and growth drugs, the yield will not be as high, but in return, it is clean and healthy.

The overexploitation of our resources has been going on for so long that there is not a quick way to fix this, and this is especially true for agriculture as the amount of farmland and freshwater is limited.

And unfortunately the ones that will suffer the most out of this process are the poorest as the rich and the middle class can always afford to pay more for their food while the poor cannot do so, so this is going to be one of the biggest challenges we are going to face during the next decades.

I personally prefer to manage it independently, I mean I start to produce myself like small farming, even though it's not much, but most importantly it will be enough to support the needs of the family. Indeed, things like this are more difficult to do, but if we do it well and with the right farming methods, then it will help.
