Selling one of the domains could be a good way to raise money to continue your plans to create a casino. Maybe not much if the domain isn't very well known or has no prior history. It's better to start with one site than work on two domains at once because that costs more money.

Putting up a casino will require huge capital in the beginning. You can also get ideas from top and reputable casinos. It's a good thing that Op is sharing his ideas including the trial-and-error process. It's hard to polish things at first but I'm sure that through series of trying and exploring based on research, things will still succeed in the end but it will not just require an effort but enough funds or bankroll to start up and make everything work. How about you check on Fiverr if you could see a very good casino gambling developer that could help set up your perfect ready made casino for you. Because  I know Fiverr and Github to be the best place to find the expertise needed for this kind of job, and this will actually requires a lot of fund, which you will need to work towards it, including marketing's both forum and off forum promotion

We have reviewed some of the suggestions regarding developer and maintenance costs and it requires a very large amount of funding, so from the Op's explanation on the main topic it is not very convincing for him to continue his business because the capital of 2 domains is enough to create an online casino, instead of wasting time thinking about it it is better use the time to start another business. Since you have 2 domains you will be able to run a casino site but you must have enough funds and proper planning to run a casino site which is a very difficult task. And for this you can't accomplish anything alone you must have a strong team like big companies so first build a strong and talented team.  Then make a proper plan sheet then proceed according to your roadmap hopefully you can succeed in this way. If you have the desire and team ready just do what most projects do, start an ICO where people can invest in your idea for a future return. The problem with your idea is gamblers want to play in a casino where they can back up their winnings so they prefer to play in well-established casinos, majority of gamblers will not take risks playing in new casinos which they think are small casinos, and have small limits.
