True. Word of mouth spreads quickly when it comes to better services. There're lots of gambling sites already and all of them  offers the same, it only depends on what bonuses they give and some perks alongside different marketing strategy, but most them have a common problem which is customer support. I have been watching the sidelines on those gambling sites and sometimes do gambling or bet whenever I feel betting, and most common things I encounter is because of lack of customer service.

That's why I think that investing in customer service is more important than investing in advertising, and maybe even more important than investing in some sophisticated site design. Make it simple, but without bugs and properly working, and gamblers will be drawn to your site by things that are more important to them: a good customer service, fast withdrawals and stuff.
Mate, you have said well. I personally prefer gambling or casinos to really put efforts or spend some resources on their customer care service because it has the power to make or mar any organization be it casino or others. I have gradually followed up cases and complaint on this platform and majority of them are customer care related by which some customer care are not responsive in any way. Customer Care Service is one of the strongest department of any business organization because they attend to customers mostly at every hour of the day. So therefore it is pertinent to say that the success and failure of every organization lies on them. So it is advisable that organizations give attention to their customer care department so as to know what is happening. It takes a whole time to build but just a little effort to raze down every thing you have built. The customer care service is very much effective and should be properly taken care of.

That's why I think that investing in customer service is more important than investing in advertising, and maybe even more important than investing in some sophisticated site design. Make it simple, but without bugs and properly working, and gamblers will be drawn to your site by things that are more important to them: a good customer service, fast withdrawals and stuff.
that's what most gamblers are looking for. a site with a simple design but very easy and comfortable to operate. hire experienced people for support, to provide good service to members.
the most important thing is that members are happy and comfortable playing. then they will continuously deposit their money to play.
creating advertisements will bring in new members, but good service will keep members loyal. If the two can be worked together, it can grow the casino even bigger.

For me, the major turn on that will make me a loyal to a certain platform is if their customer service is great. If not, then I'm off to find another one. This is because during the entirety of your usage on that platform, minor inconveniences and major issues could happen. These circumstances could only be solved if a company has a good quality of service provided to their clients. Otherwise, the complaints will just pile up and there would be endless of them which will affect the company's reputation soon after.

Word of mouth is a powerful tool to either make or break something. They surely know how to run a great business. Those listed by you, and several others presented on this forum. The question is why should they be giving such advises? A millionaire setting up a casino is far different from the experience of a middle class person who want to set up or make his own casino. It would be basically hard for a middle class person to establish his own casino especially if it's a crypto casino where the competition is very steep. A lot of money need to be invested especially putting up money on your starting bank roll. Though there are ways such as doing crowd funding, start up, or basically searching for investors to partner up with you. It would be an advantage if you are the developer itself and run things in the casino. This way you can lessen the cost and can deal with casino problem like bugs with no extra hassle. But yeah no one can run a big casino with just a one man team no matter how good you are.

The competition will never stop and that is how it is in other business so a casino that want to gain the mindset of gamblers would have to improve in there quality services to gamblers and with bonuses and adding new games so that more gamblers would keep joining the platform and make bet. I had not seen things like you , it is as if they opened my brain , what I have thought is that the more publicity there is, the better because it has more visibility and reaches more people, but as I see it now it is better to have the best support for that they may really want to continue Playing when there is a problem, there is nothing more pleasant than when you have a problem in a casino and they solve it for you , that is something that produces comfort and makes you stay there in the casino , few casinos have good support.

You are not discouraging anyone, I think. You are being realistic.
I have said it before, but people underestimate how difficult can be to start a business on internet, specially something which requires as much as attention, money and reputation as an online casino.
Even if the number of gamblers increases around the world, thanks for the globalization and the availability of internet, there is nothing stopping someone from South America, Africa or Asia to gamble on the same big casino of the moment. Good support, good publicity and  instant withdrawal would be all useless if the site do offers shit games or doesnt really give out that good user experience in speaking on the selection of games and overall

I must say, your point about the customer service scene in the gambling world is quite the head-scratcher. Although, I'm not entirely convinced that a business's triumph or downfall is completely hinged on it. Are you pulling my leg, or what? (Ha!)

But seriously though, I get that customer service is a big deal in any enterprise, and especially in gambling where the satisfaction of clients can seal the deal or break it apart. It's too bad that some of the reps just don't get the memo and offer lousy service to the customers they serve.

But before we start slinging mud, let's give these reps the benefit of the doubt, shall we? Maybe they're going through a rough patch or are simply swamped with other things. Or who knows, perhaps they're multitasking and playing a game of poker on the side!

So, to cut to the chase, it's an absolute must for gambling outfits to make their customer service top-notch and above all, make sure they're keeping their clients pleased as punch. It could take some time and effort, but the payout is well worth the effort!
Being a former customer care representative, I know how important customer service can be and how much pressure and effort is put by a company or a platform into their customer service to provide their consumers with the best services they can and assist them with anything they need to know or have resolved within the shortest possible timeframe.

So if a platform, whether it's a casino or any other service provider, doesn't have good customer service, they are likely to lose a lot of customers in the long run which is not great for business. It takes a whole time to build but just a little effort to raze down every thing you have built. The customer care service is very much effective and should be properly taken care of.
This one can't and shouldn't be overlooked as I've also been one strong person advocating for a better customer service in gambling platforms.
Over the period and time I've spent over here on the platform, one of the major anger of gamblers is an irresponsive customer support system and I also support the fact that casinos should rather invest more in getting an active customer service system before going dullu into marketing as one thing is sure in gambling that customers will always have something to complain about because most times customers don't have the patience to read the terms and conditions of a company before jumping into it.
