I can understand that casinos want to reduce their expenses and if they can reduce some of that load with the use of bots that is OK, however there are some companies that take this to the extreme and replace completely their customer support with bots and this is not a good idea, as there are limits to what a bot can solve, and when that limit is reached then humans need to take over and give a response to the gamblers and solve their problems as soon as possible.
its very annoying to see a casino using a bot as customer support its really bad for me and usually if a casino uses a bot to reply to all the customer complaints i tend to stay away from the casino. because if customer service uses bots and provides answers that have been designed in such a way as possible but cannot solve customer problems or complaints that will extend the problem solving time.

I prefer casinos that have genuine customer service or use humans, so any problems will be resolved quickly compared to bots.
so if there is someone who wants to create a gambling site, must consider this matter.
They use bots for customer support because their common questions are answered very quickly for customers so they set up a bot to answer some common questions.  But when you ask something beyond that common question.  Of course a person will answer your question but you have to wait for some time. But currently AI is widely used and now customer support is going to be more easier.  So you must first be sure that you got the correct answer to your question. In that case, it doesn't matter who answered it, human or bot
Using bot for customer services seems not ideal to me because it should be a live interaction with a client  with live response and not a programmed bot to answer a real complaint from a client. This does not augur well as some times if the complaints are not well received by the bot puts the conversation hanging as it can neither give you a concrete answer.  This aspect makes gamblers uncomfortable as they do not get derived satisfaction from the customer care sometimes, gamblers do chat with customer care before they decide to deal with casinos and in a situation like this when a bot is the one responding to them what do you think they would do? I have had that experience so it does not make any sense you wanting to play a game and to your greatest surprise upon interacting with customer care and you find out it is a bot responding to you. It would be assumed the casino is not ready for business.

I will explain again what @Chikito meant when a casino uses a bot in customer service it will only answer general questions such as how to deposit or how to withdraw funds.
but when you ask questions outside of the usual questions such as delayed deposits for several hours or delayed withdrawals, surely you will be redirected to real human customer service.

ChatGPT is the first big successful project that is attracting everyone to AI and creating hype for AI.  And we know that after something new is launched, many alternatives to it start to appear in the market. Similarly, technology like ChatGPT will start coming and it will be used in different places.  It is natural that this can play an important role for any live support as well. Using GPT-4 for customer support can probably be a viable solution for any platform but only if it can be customized and additional information can be fed to it.

Additional information about the platform, its products, and services, terms, and conditions, etc. will help the AI to provide accurate and on-point responses to customers' queries and will help increase the customer support level of the platform.
Actually both still have drawbacks, it's just that at this time GPT4 is superior to Chatgpt.
There are many differences from the features and maybe from the accuracy, but GPT4 when used in casino support is very effective to help the support team to serve customers faster and more efficiently.

Yes, you are right in that part, but there are some casinos that do not do such a thing, but rather cut off the client telling them to come tomorrow or that a ticket is opened that lasts 24 hours to review the case and that they can follow up and when the status changes Approved is when what was requested can be done, so this robot thing is good, but it is better for the casino to SPEND a little more money to give jobs to people who work 24 hours a day, with rotating hours, nobody cares , but one of the things that casino customers look at a lot is that they are well attended.

I haven't found any crypto casinos that use bots in customer service but if there are crypto casinos that use bots it must be boring and irritates customers because being able to get more precise answers takes a little longer in contrast to customer service which the team immediately responds to.
I once used a fiat casino whose services used bots, when a problem occurred my complaint was not resolved immediately but only told to complete several stages that were not important and wasted time.
Customer service is a priority that should not be underestimated, like only relying on bots.

What would be the main relevance of ChatGPT for casinos? On what part for it to be integrated? I cant see for it to be possible for it to be that relevant in speaking on application.
Yes, we know on how revolutionary Chatgpt is but we know that it would really be that relevant on an industry which it isnt really that including gambling.There might be some key areas

I haven't found any crypto casinos that use bots in customer service but if there are crypto casinos that use bots it must be boring and irritates customers because being able to get more precise answers takes a little longer in contrast to customer service which the team immediately responds to.
I once used a fiat casino whose services used bots, when a problem occurred my complaint was not resolved immediately but only told to complete several stages that were not important and wasted time.
Customer service is a priority that should not be underestimated, like only relying on bots.
If AI is used instead, it wouldn't be like that, and the service will obviously be much better and faster, and the responses wouldn't be the same repetitive messages sent by traditional bots but they will be precise and helpful responses generated through machine learning algorithms and backed by real-time data analysis. AI can really make a change in this regard if adapted and used well.

ChatGPT still has its flaws and can sometimes provide inaccurate information, I haven't used GPT-4 yet but I heard that it is way too advanced compared to ChatGPT on so many levels especially when it comes to quick and more accurate responses. Using GPT-4 for customer support can probably be a viable solution for any platform but only if it can be customized and additional information can be fed to it.
As ChatGPT is a new and big project it is natural that there have been or will be issues but they are slowly fixing these issues.  ChatGPT first launched the beta version to find out what people really want and what uncommon questions they might encounter.  And they is very successful in this strategy.  They are slowly upgrading them.  It sounds like they did their Hughes correction on GPT-4 and it works great. So I think it is going to play a big role in gambling too in the coming days.
What would be the main relevance of ChatGPT for casinos? On what part for it to be integrated? I cant see for it to be possible for it to be that relevant in speaking on application.

All online gambling companies who are currently looking into AI adoption for their online casinos should halt for now, ChatGPT is good and we have OpenAI, now many new AI techs are showing up, and GPT-4 is now the currently most advanced one but will this be the same in few more months? What if something better is built again? It could be ongoing alreday as we speak, who knows? Your idea of bringing in something different in the gambling industry from the convention casinos we all know and patronize isn't a bad idea at all as long as in practice it works according to your detailed explanation.
but the problem is ? this isn't an easy task creating new way to attract gamblers because we already knew that there are almost similarities to all gambling games and ways as there are existing for how many years now and creating new is really hard.

From the point of anyone starting a new casino, using (ChatGPT4 or 5) as a helpdesk could be way more efficient and less costly then any current helpdesk in any casino.

Hiring enough staff to work 24/7 and training them constantly to keep up with the job and only to see these people end up doing menial tasks that AI would do in a fraction of a second is pretty self-evident equation that favors AI. Naturally there would be an option to talk with real human if everything else fails but there would be far less need for human interactions.

I don't know if this is a good thing in the long run but it most likely will be unavoidable if markets decide what's best.

we know how chat gpt gets more powerful this recent day because of its capability of it but in terms of gambling it will just give possible solutions, data and information to the people who are asking but in terms of starting a casino with the chatgpt without having a prior knowledge how does it really work I guess its far from reality because its an open source so better to get into a reliable programmers or just get your own programmer if you want to build at your own casino.

ChatGPT is the first big successful project that is attracting everyone to AI and creating hype for AI.  And we know that after something new is launched, many alternatives to it start to appear in the market. Similarly, technology like ChatGPT will start coming and it will be used in different places.  It is natural that this can play an important role for any live support as well. AI is able to work faster than humans because it is a bot so if it is used it will be possible to get faster support.  Support reply doesn't matter whether it's human or bot.  Because getting the right information and finding something is our main purpose

In the end of the day I think it’ll be quite easy to put AI out of the gambling scene by building good systems where the house edge is maintained

I would think that most persons prefer to talk to another instead of interacting with an AI which can  give you a bunch of solutions that do not apply to your problem, however the ones that decide what kind of system they want to put in place to deal with their customers are the casinos, and there is little doubt that as time passes we will have to interact with AI more and more as it is way cheaper for them to do this than to pay several employees to do this job.

Talking to AI is really a problem, need to create a good support service urges many companies to try out ambiguous solutions, like AI in support service. It takes much more time to get a problem solved, and in most cases ends up talking to a person from support team, but many entrepreneurs still think that it's a brilliant idea to swap support teams with AI.
This is simply about money, I am sure many business owners know already that people do not want to talk to an AI, but what can we do? Business want to increase their profit margin and one of the best ways to do so is to reduce the amount of people the have under their payroll, and while they cannot fire the people that develop and keep the website safe from hackers, they can try to reduce the number of their employees when it comes to their customer support.

Yes, I also read that there was chatgpt 4 now which is x2 better than V3, maybe let's see what they can do to help.

Because to tell you frankly, it may be helpful but it may not be, because leaks were found in the first chatgpt even in V1-3 that's why there was a V4 chatgpt.
