Developing or having Artificial Intelligence as a customer support representative should not really be a threat to a casino's budget at all since they are more cost-friendly than human operators in my opinion since all you need to do is only spend some money initially and once it is all ready, you don't need to give it salary or anything except for the maintenance which can be done internally by their own developers.

The reason that AI is more affordable for the long term is probably why many people are afraid that industries will soon replace human workers with AI-powered robots only to save money in the long run.

I don't think that's how it works, you really need to pay and share a % with them, that's how they works. I think you can just hire a good developer or developer from other countries that are cheaper and create your own gambling site or crash game, in that way you own your own script and you don't need to pay anyone plus a share of your profit. at least in my opinion what has happened is that many casinos when they are created do not have a legal department that understands international laws, and that is why casinos have simply copied the TOS of other casinos and as a consequence when we come to read the TOS in we come across many tiresome letters, and when we go to other casinos we find the same scenario. for example, I read somewhere that when casinos are licensed in Curacao, it is up to each casino to put the criteria it deems convenient for KYC, the most important thing is that the casino does KYC... even in that part it is very simple, but it becomes a big problem and headache when the casino has no legal department to assist you so that the casino chooses the best way to ask KYC from its customers

Im really guilty at this when we do speak about reading up terms and conditions then it is something that i do really missed out on doing so because i dont really like to read up that huge pile of  text on which i do only snipped out on whats important because most of the time those terms are really just looking the same to each other if we do speak about with other casinos as well.They do share up almost identical terms and condition but of course there would be some alterations which is something you would be needing to point out.
