He is very lucky he got back his funds from them due to his persistent communication with owl games. Their customer service is very poor and that is one of the selling point of every organization be it casino,   centralised exchange etc. You see, it is one thing to build and another to destroy and mind you, it does not take much efforts to destroy and that is the part owl game is towing which is not good for their business. They started by locking their thread here without any tangible reasons for which they had reasonable number of participants from this platform and another mistake they are making is not responding to their customers via their customers Service which is the only option they have left open for members. I would not be surprised when owl casino will start loosing value as a result of customers neglecting the casino. They should better seat up and live up to their expectations if they want to still be relevant in the game.

I don't think they don't want to respond to you quickly, maybe they want to research more deeply about your case so it will take time for that, so lucky you have got your money now and withdraw it immediately from there, I can't say either that OWL is a scam because of accusations whatever because I'm not an active user there so not too much about the services in it including their support services and others. Owlgame is still part of Bitcointalk whether they like it or not, they launched a signature campaign here if I remember two times already, and they create a buzz on their token and their platform because of their competition against Betfury who investors and gamblers are comparing because of their token and casino features.
So if ever one player has issues about payment or anything he will likely come here to file an accusation, they are still relevant to this forum, because of the existence of their thread here, which is not moderated but they locked it, that's the only thing they can do on their thread.

This correct. Most the cases like this is support taking their time to avoid premature decision too. I remember that one of their affiliated casino Sandboxcasino do the same and result to a loss because they send wrong blockchain tokens to the players address. as I said elsewhere that if something happens a problem at the casino site it usually takes a long time. and when support responds to complaints without providing the maximum limit for solving the problem, the customer has the right to pursue to immediately process the problem and solve it quickly.
usually catch up by sending complaint tickets continuously until support gives a definite answer when the maximum limit will be completed or maybe if you are lucky it will be immediately resolved.

So far this casino has no proven fraud action involved or else their Bitcointalk account will have an active flag. They received multiple complaints before and all was solved despite it took some time. This kind of issue is normal to occur on casino since most of the casino even the big one has a lot of complaints if you check the scam accusation of the forum.

I think the support slow response is always the issue in this casino some user report that their message takes too long to be read and answered by live support. Live support usually answer within few minutes but Owl take sometime even days just to get a reply. It’s just bad that they choose to focus communication in their live support even thouh they have bad reviews about their response time.

So is there any open allegation against them ? None i guess as far as i know. There may be some delay in withdrawals but overall nothing to panic so far. Also, I just keep track of their own token and is also performing well in recent days. You may say it is dumped in the last one or two days but that is because of the bitcoin dump, the whole crypto market is bleeding.

1xbit is still very active in the forum and they casually have signature campaign here yet they are scam and keep ignoring all complaints on the ANN thread. Being active here is not a good basis. Only their reputation and good service history is the best criteria to spot good casino because they can always ignore complaints and make it looks like they are dealing it on public but the reality is just they are prolonging the case to make the user give up on the money.
