buying coins in the big market as long as it's not after halving, it's never too late. unless there are events outside the norm, for example the luna incident which destroyed the coin price. if there are no strange events and it's not after halving, buying coins in the top bigmarket is never too late.

but we can never know when such incidents happen. the disaster of Luna was very sudden for the crypto community, and no one got a chance to save themselves. lots of people lost thousands of dollars because of that. in this crypto world, we can't know when something like that happen again. so it is better to always keep the possibility in mind when making investment decisions.
BNB and Binance were also attacked many times. see what happened with CZ recently. and then so much fud was created against Binance and CZ by haters, but Luckily that BNB survived that. otherwise, it could've been a disaster like Luna and FTX too. but we never know if it would survive more incidents like that or not.

It is not a misrepresentation of fact to say that BNB is one of the altcoins to reckon with and as a matter of fact, it was one of the most popular coins when it comes to how it performed dangerously bullish when it was moving higher until it gets to the current price. But we should never compare such like it to the likes of Bitcoin in our thoughts because they will never be appreciated by investors that way for long. I said that because BNB might have been getting to a crossroads where it will not perform as people think anymore. OP, perhaps you are a bit late if you are thinking of buying BNB now But if you are thinking of buying and holding it for the long term then no problem you can still buy it. On the other hand, there maybe a chance of price drop during or before halving event it may give you a chance again if you would be interested in buying at that time. well For the long term no matter as we buy and hold it until we fetch near to our goal points.

I am also expecting for it to move higher and that's what we can expect from it. We're not yet in the bull run but for sure that it's going to be higher than it was. The ATH is not yet close to the price that we're having currently but it is the goal of mine before I sell it. Well BNB coin has done some good gains now that we are in a 'bull run'. The price of 1 BNB token is now $380. The last time I did see the price of the token it was $300 so some good gains.

BNB is a great coin to hold long term, as we have seen so far. In my opinion, BNB is almost as good a coin as Bitcoin and Ethereum and has the same 3x price increase as both coins, especially in the long term.
And holding it is the right choice because in the long run BNB will give you good profits, but it is all about the movement of Bitcoin because BNB and other coins will follow its movement.

The opportunity to buy BNB is already missed. There were many opportunities to buy from BNB dip. If I had known earlier that BNB would improve its price a lot and get closer to recovery, I would have bought some BNB coins and invested and held them. At one point I bought BNB but as the price fell so much I sold BNB at a loss and bought Ethereum to hold. During this pumping season BNB price improved to $645 and some price improvement would have created new ATH of BNB coins in the market. But it is expected that BNB will recover its price and generate new ATH soon within this month. But those who want to invest can either invest or wait for the dumping if there is any market dumping.

Binance Coin BNB is currently in a better position. Binance Coin has recovered its price so much in a few days that it is hard to imagine. The BNB market rose to $645 when the Bitcoin market moved to around $74,000. From there I assumed that BNB would recover its price this season and generate new ATH. But after settling at $645, it came down slightly on market dumping and currently stands at $553.  When Binance CEO CZ was found guilty in an anti-money laundering case, the price was heavily dumped. Binance CEO CZ then appoints a new CEO to ensure that his platform does not suffer and passes the platform's burden to the new CEO. Later all the issues were slowly resolved and Binance Coin improved its price a lot.
