It was strange what happen with Verstappen car because i dont know if the car really have big damage in the underfloor or maybe the car set up is not so good to follow other cars? I remember Mercedes having this trouble when they had the dominant car, anyways i think it was a combiantion of both because the gap keep increasing and with some fresh air Verstappen was never closing that gap.

By the way McLaren brought really big upgrades for the Miami Grand Prix. Norris used it in the best way obviously.    Next time the same thing is expected by Ferrari. They had a decent race in Miami but that position loss for Sainz made it worse. But Ferrari looks promising for the future. For Imola Grand Prix, I will consider giving a chance to at least one Ferrari driver. But it is always better to make predictions after seeing practice results.

The only luck was that SC entered just in time for Norris to take the lead after pitting. But in the remaining part of the race Norris drove really great.    After being on podium 15 times finally Norris also managed to win a race. By the way Verstappen made a mistake at a turn and the bollard he smashed caused a damage on his underfloor. This also affected Verstappen's pace after it. But I'm not saying this to underestimate Norris' victory of course.

Verstappen is only human and he can mistakes sometimes  
Norris is one of the youngest top F1 drivers being 25 years old, so this is going to be very big motivation for him to continue with good results.
83 points is not far behind Leclerc and Perez and I am expecting him to try and take one of top positions in the end of season, But Sainz is there also.

Sometimes Verstappen really makes us forget that he is also a human being lol. Joking aside he is really the driver with the least number of errors on the grid now. He is a driver that every team would like to sign. But he would always prefer a winner team. There have been Mercedes rumours for him but I don't think he would go there in the circumstances. But after the end of the 2025 season who knows what he will do with a change in balances.

The most resounding fall after two rounds is for Saint-loup, who loses 6 places. The previous bubble achieves the goal of entering the Top 10. Sometimes these upgrades don't exactly give what is expected. That is because the other rivals also close the gap by making some improvements. We will see how it goes this time. Most likely they won't show their true upgrades in the practice as the driver concentration is not 100% in practice sessions yet it can be spotted if these upgrades have worked well or not,a glimpse of added performance can be spotted also in the practice sessions.Finally for the races we are getting back in Europe where surprise results are bound to happen and I think we already started them before coming to Europe during Miami race.There McLaren won so if in Imola Ferrari happens to win this means the 2024 season is going to be a great one to watch once again yet I don't think Redbull would be staying doing nothing and just watching other cars get better,I am sure they have their package upgrades too.

Yeah guys i was refering to the fact in the last few season Ferrari always claim to have super upgrades to be fighting on top or whatever but ended up always bieng not so good at that was my reference to them. I really want to see Ferrari again fighting ina s erious way and yes they are making some progress trought this years and seems to be a solid one, but is very small and slow for a big team like them.

Yes, he always aims the top no matter what which I like in Verstappen the most. I'm also confident about Verstappen to get more concentrated in Imola. The mistake he made in Miami cost him a lot.

And yes, the Imola Grand Prix has been held for 3 times so far and the last 2 wins belong to Verstappen.    The other winner in 2020 was Hamilton while Mercedes were having their best days.

In another thread the user Distraction has already written about it with a reference to the new Ferrari updates for Imola, I always look forward to the Imola Grand Prix, a classic race track really oldschool, difficult to overtake but a mistake can end in the gravel. It's always nice to watch, even if some people think Imola is a boring circuit.

Domenicali gave an interview today before the next race in Imola and basically said without saying it that Imola will probably leave Formula One again from 2026.
He said it's not modern enough and there are many other countries and the US (other tracks) that could take its place.
Ok, formula one is increasingly American but at this rate in 10 years half the races will be in the States.

My expectations get bigger from Ferrari in time. Especially from the 2025 season. Not only because of Hamilton's joining but also because of the possibility that Adrian Newey signs for Ferrari. We all know how incredible his designs are.

I do agree that it's exciting to see this kind of news with F1 knowing that it's going to change the tide or the narrative of the next season.


Focusing on the season now, I think Max could still take home the win if he doesn't make mistakes but I know that Mercedes and Ferrari are bringing upgrades to the GP, we will see how it will turn out. I'm excited how it will turn out. ^[1]

Albon has signed a new contract with Williams and will be unusually very long until 2028.

I don't think I've ever seen such a long extension for a contract, certainly the driver must be very happy or not have much confidence in his qualities to be stuck in a medium-low level team for so many years.,

I think this is because Albon was at Redbull once and there he made many mistakes to be replaced by Gasly within a season,for me that was a bad judgement from Redbull as surely the qualities of Albon can be seen,he always beats his team mate in qualifying and am not talking about the actual team mate who is not that great of a driver,even great drivers he usually has managed to beat them,also sometimes against Verstappen if I remember correctly,so this is a guy that F1 and the teams (except Williams) has done wrong to him,that is why he rewards Williams with such a long term contract and surely he is expecting something good from Williams when the new regulations come.Williams is not winning since the times of Montoya and Ralf Schumacher.

It's not yet decided, right? It's really an interesting lineup if it will change. They are all capable drivers as long as they have the right fit for the car. Sainz is still in question. I'm interested where he will go next.
