I agree that no bet is a waste.  My reason behind is that every bet we have the chance to win.  Just like betting in lottery, our ticket has a chance to win the jackpot price no matter how small it is.  Thinking that a $0.5 bet can win more than $20k is a good reason enough to gamble such amount.  And I think it is worth to try than letting the chance or opportunity to hit a jackpot since $0.5  can't make us any poorer but hitting $20k+ is a life changer especially to a gambler from a developing country.

With the level of actual inflation I don't think 20.000 dollars is a life changing event even in developing countries.I agree with you that is better to have 20.000 dollars more rather than not but the chances to hit it with 0.5 dollars is almost nonexistent.I think that you can put that 0.5 dollar to good use and buy a national lottery ticket which would be nice rather than gamble it away in a very short amount of time in different casino games.

For the games of tonight though I don't think Inter and Porto to be sure bets as that is what the community is hinting at,bet at your own risk as Inter is well known in causing upsets.

Yes, it’s a reality that all bets, be it misplaced bets, have all the chances to give us life changing rewards. So it’s always worth the bets since you won’t waste your time and money in the first place if you only bet for nothing. Even random bets are still considered valuable, as they can still give us positive rewards when we least expect it. It’s all left to the gambler as to how he’ll find some bets that can give him higher chances of winning.

if you want to share your predictions for sports betting then you have to share your success on your past bets. a 4-5 game win sounds pretty good.
but I usually bet only on football matches. it also depends on the team playing. I would not bet on a team that has a 50:50 chance of winning.
when you share your predictions, maybe you can also share your reasons for placing your bets. it's like a small analysis of the two teams that competed.

You are welcome to drop any tip or speculation you want. I have seen people before who wanted to brag about their experience and alleged accuracy when came to bets, you on the other hand, advice us all to stick with you with a little amounts. So I personally appreciate your modesty.

Now, about whether or not a "bet is not a waste", one could argue that a smart bettor can learn from failure to sharp their intuition for the future and take note on statistics, however, nobody wants to lose a bet.

Everyone is free to post as long as forum members can benefit from it. But since it’s gambling, bettors should be more responsible to decide whether it can be good for them or not, but as long as you only bet on the amount you can afford to lose, I guess there’s no harm actually if we also try it out.

When it comes to “bet is not a waste”, I guess it depends on individual’s bet. If you based your bet from your own good analysis, then literally your bet comes with value, so you need to really pursue on your bet. But if you only hear or seen it from other people, and you can see that it’s far from your prediction, then definitely you may consider it a waste bet. It actually depends on individual’s preferences I think.

winning or losing in gambling is a natural thing and it is not a pointless thing. I mean, when we gamble responsibly, of course we will use the money we can afford to lose and don't mind if one day we lose the budget money for gambling.
because gambling for me is like a little luxury entertainment risking money to entertain myself.
so, we lose the money we can afford to lose but we are paid with our pleasure in gambling.

maybe there are gamblers who are skeptical of gambling after always losing at gambling and think gambling is futile, all because these gamblers see gambling as a place to multiply money. so that every money he lost he felt disappointed and thought it was useless in gambling.

What’s the difference of your pick to the website prediction being offered? I read the terms of use on the Terms of use website and they distribute it all without any subscription and as indicated that "All football forecasts provided by forebet are informational in nature, and each user uses the information from this site at his own reasonable discretion."

No bet is a waste indeed, but I think many gamblers would struggle to believe this, most especially those that are shallow minded, with every bet we place, we have two chances, either wining/making more money as profit, or losing/losing the capital we wagered on that bet.

Even in a situation where we lose our bets multiple times, one can only see the money lost as wasted if he or she failed to gamble responsibly, we all know that even outside gambling, making money requires investing/risking money, with that, there is no way more money are gonna come in.

Not intending to be harsh with you, but it's simple that you only choose low odds because the chance to win is greater.

But no matter how low an odds we can still lose.

I don't think a loss is a waste of cash because from my own understanding, I believe that if you loss today, tomorrow you will win. The money that you lost yesterday will be won back the next day or the next week, so it is just like the casino is saving your money for you and after awhile, they release some part for you.

It is not a waste if you fully understand the risk and if you fully accepted it, it can be a waste for the people who are only thinking how much money that they can make from betting than to think how much money they lose if their predictions did not happen. Gambling is not just about luck and skills, it is mainly about gambling psychology where a gambler should consider a lot of things before he wager his money.

There are only few gamblers who are ok and neutral even their prediction or bias did not happen, most of the gamblers nowadays are experiencing pain, regret, a lot of stress and some negative emotion because their bet loss. Do not become a gambler who experiencing negative emotion after a losing, be a type of gambler who are in neutral emotion and just risking amount of money that he can lost.

What you have explained is the same as don't think too much about what you gamble as you already know and decided that the amount of money you will spend in gambling is you can afford to lose it. If you win after you bet then it's good and if you lose then it's fine. It is like that if you ask me. If you use or base your bets on other's prediction then it won't be 100% sure win as you know that it is only a prediction though they did gather some information before deciding that result and share it to gamblers.

I actually do not understand on how "no bet is a waste" considering the risks that are involved with it. I mean, okay- you decide whether you want to bet or not but if you lose, the chances of you betting again (thereby increasing your losses) would increase. The natural response of a person is when they feel that they hit a loss, their initial reaction is to bet again.

I do think this kind of mindset supports addiction perse in a way that it gives false hope on every bet. As OP mentioned, there is this chance of winning (e.g. lotto winners who bet, etc.) but if you suddenly stop, then how would you recover all those losses that have incurred?

Even though every gambler doesn't use a site that can provide predictions correctly and precisely, in fact all bets are not in vain because even if gamblers lose in a bet they can take lessons and make research for the next bet so that they can better avoid the losses they can experience even though they are. each type of bet has a big risk and we don't know whether the end result of a bet can give us a win.
