But there is also an option when inherently fraudulent casinos first recruit customers, players and work normally for some time, pay the money they have won, return unused money from deposits.  Including during this normal period of work, referral links are also valid.  And, let's say you sent such a link to your friend or even relative.  He followed it, played, you received the bonuses provided by the referral link. 
But after a while the casino disappears, it becomes clear that it was a fraudulent scheme.

What you said is possible but unlikely. A good casino where you've been playing for years will remain a good casino for years to come. as strange as it may seem, when people get into the business of earning money with referrals they don't put the earnings they get with their referrals to play at the casino, that's because people have already realized that they won't get much profit, if you look at the guys from the youtube or twitch channels they keep talking about gambling, they get a lot of referrals, they even show that they play in the casinos, but in fact many of them don't play much with their pocket money, what they are doing is simply disclosing casinos and show people the steps to create an account and how to deposit, play and withdraw

I guess from all you've said so far, you partially agree with me that they're in some form waste of time because most times the process to claim these bonuses are almost impossible  and since my interest was more on the gambling referral programs, you'll agree with me that it seems rely impossible to claim referral bonuses of most casinos and this because their terms are very difficult  and since the casino itself  is in business,  they wouldn't want to make any of this terms light as they also believe  that their customers are smart and alot of people would want to take advantage  of  it and run them down.

Most times I don't have to blame the casinos because most gamblers who go for this bonuses don't even have the patience to read the terms and conditions before going for it because if they do, then they would have understood  that it wasn't going to be an easy task.
Nevertheless, I would prefer that the casinos make this terms very fair and not extremely against  the player.
