You may add your referral link in PROFILE page. There you get an option to add WEBSITE link. Just put your desired link there and it'll be shown in your profile page. If you share your link via on that sites referral share button, it'll be shown up on twitter.

Sorry bt, dis is only a part to it and I get it that, you aren't speaking of the overall bonus systems but, referrer bonus often works in times where you have the gamblers to have input his or her referrer codes.
