I tried to access the casino to see for myself, but seems my country is not among the list of accepted and permitted countries on this casino, although I will still try again to see if I can meet up an blame my internet connection for being the reason I couldn't access the casino, it possible because I read a few Comments from other users who are from the same local as me, so that means likely my connection is bad.
Did you get the "you are unable to access" page? because that's what I get if I try to access the website from one of the prohibited countries so I would assume that's royal stars casino geo-blocking unsupported countries.
Otherwise, yeah perhaps it's your ISP. I suggest changing your DNS settings as some ISPs only block websites at domain level so it could work. Though, it would be better to tell us what error you're getting if it doesn't work.
