A players balance does not belongs to the player always. When a player is earning the balance from manipulation, abusing terms, abusing bonus, fixing match, arbitraging that is not appreciated by any sportsbook then the balance is not his, even the deposit they made can be confiscated by the sportsbook according to their terms.
In that case, the betting site should have the valid proof against the users. But Coinplay has made their final decision by saying this to the mediator In accordance with the rules of the service - we have the right to close the player's account if the player violates our rules, which was revealed by our Risk & Fraud department.
Coinplay representative hadn't provided the necessary evidence to the mediator team. While it was their last response in the forum for resolving the issue We meant to say that you should open a complaint on Askgamblers, where we both will provide the necessary details for them to review your case.
Coinplay representative hasn't acted professionally. They haven't said anything about this issue after that. In the meantime, they used some Bitcointalk account to oppose flag. And there was suspicious activity on those accounts which has been pointed out by Ratimov.

Please do not ever give a casino a pass because they returned a deposit and only kept player winnings.
I will suggest you not give a pass to a player too when you do not know if he was manipulating you, hiding information from you. You have no way to verify anything except trusting him. In this case it's obvious that Coinplay doesn't want to allocate resources to resolve this, so everything that you've said is on point, except this: Why would you defend the casino? And yes, that is what you're doing.
I would say that she's defending the general process on how we treat scam accusations, not the casino itself. It's good to talk these things trough and have different opinions, it will help with other scam accusations later on.

I did consider the response from the license provider. I consider it bullshit. In 5 + years I've never seen or even heard of curacao or a curacao master license helping a player or actually investigating. The only time I can think of anyone speaking up about any sort of dispute is when they defended 1xbit. (1xbit was ultimately forced into bankruptcy after breifly having it overruled, which was when curacao made that statement. Do you really think I am defending a specific casino? Yes. I already left negative feedback for Coinplay some time back (because of their whole conduct throughout the scam allegation) even though I am late posting in this thread, I wanted to highlight what you wrote because that is ultimately what forum members opinions most probably should be based on. In the end there should be no serious debate about what did or did not take place between the OP and Coinplay because after AskGamblers made their ruling that road is now closed. Anyway, since both parties agreed to take their claim and counter-claim to AskGamblers the common sense outcome would be to accept their judgement otherwise why agree to let AskGamblers evaluate the allegation. Coinplay have destroyed their reputation in this forum over a 0.291 BTC payout and the chances are they will never be able to repair the damage even if they return and pay the OP what he is owed. Will the flags and feedback be revised/removed by all those tagged? I've participated in many scam accusation threads.

Coinplay, I give you until Saturday to reverse your decision and pay me out my fair NBA winnings. Or to agree to hand over the case to an independent investigator such as Askgamblers or Ecogra (you can choose which one). If you do neither of these 2 options then a flag will be created and a complaint will be filed at the Curacao Antillephone license, which I know has the best reputation out of all 4 license providers in Curacao, and they will take my complaint seriously.

The fact that the scammers waited two years to find a loophole to dispute the complaint doesn't mean they've changed - quite the opposite. If they wanted to settle the matter, they would have simply paid the OP the money they stole. I don't care that they "acted according to their TOS" (plus they didn't provide any public evidence lol) we have our own community here and scammers like Coinplay will be red-flagged.

If they wanted to settle the matter, they would have simply paid the OP the money they stole. I don't care that they "acted according to their TOS" (plus they didn't provide any public evidence lol) we have our own community here and scammers like Coinplay will be red-flagged. I wasn't closely following and monitoring the case back then, so I unfortunately didn't have the old ToS that's being used in reference here. I tend to archive ToS of the cases I oversee in form of screenshot and archive.xx, but since I didn't oversee this case before, I don't have it. Not in any of the four devices I have/had, not on this and its three predecessor, nor any result when I tried to look for archieve of it on waybackmachine and archive.xx. With that said, if I may re-emphasize, did you read the whole thread here and AG? Because here, in that single post where I jump in, I highlight every point why this case being necromanced and retried to get the flag reconsidered: 1. Both parties enters a binding agreement that AG's ruling will be final 2. Previous intervention by AG that made AG close the case was because the lack of response instead of conclusive findings 3. The casino revamped and tried to clear their skeleton, thus reached AG to resolve the case, and give AG the proper evidence to get it conclusively closed 4. Though I don't have documented ToS to refer to what point breached, AG agreed that the casino works in line with the ToS applied [of which I assume was the one prior to the major overhaul] So, am I kidding? No. The casino and the player enters a binding agreement that AG's finding and ruling will be final. AG get the case reopened as per the casino's request, in their pursuit to clean their name, and the ADR agreed that the casino acting accordingly. I am giving the player a nudge, a chance to reach AG to contest this ruling, perhaps by giving his own evidence. Without that, though, insisting that the casino deserve a flag, when both entered a binding written agreement that the ADR's ruling will be final, and acting against it by supporting the flag against the casino [thus, affirming that it is true to the best of your knowledge that CoinPlay breach a written contract] is an error in judgment at worse [affirminng to your best knowledge] or an abuse of DT power at best.

Are you out of your mind? These are other people trying to clear the reputation of a brand that was involved in a scam. But that's not how it works. Don't write nonsense about the OP's responsibility, he already fulfilled his obligations and won the dispute. He wasn't obligated to re-litigate the matter with some new representatives of the scammers two years later. Without that, though, insisting that the casino deserve a flag, when both entered a binding written agreement that the ADR's ruling will be final, and acting against it by supporting the flag against the casino [thus, affirming that it is true to the best of your knowledge that CoinPlay breach a written contract] is an error in judgment at worse [affirminng to your best knowledge] or an abuse of DT power at best.

The three were covered by the ADR: both parties enters a written contract to rely on ADR's ruling, the ADR review the evidence and the statements and made the final call. Assuring... sorry, I mean to say reminding, me that they're stealing player's fund, despite the new final and conclusive statement by the ADR, that both parties entered under written contract, without giving any wiggle room, simply assuring... I mean reminding that any new representative, regardless the new representative is the new management buying the casino and trying to make ammends by being more transparent and spoken up compared to their predecessor, will face the same mark, that we can rest assured of it... is a fatal error in judgment by a DT, IMO. Especially when new evidences are given, where the third party made their conclusive call based on reviewed evidence [that previously was a simple call due to inaction]. holydarkness I see that you don't care so much and you have such a "neutral" position that you're ready to create walls of empty text to make the situation a little less clear-cut than it is now  But I can easily make one more summary: Coinplay received a red flag because they stole funds from a forum member two years ago. OP provided all the evidence here, on forum, a representative of Coinplay was also here, but they did not have a single argument to defend their theft. Therefore, Coinplay received a red flag for theft from forum participants. Additionally, a dispute was opened on the AG, where the casino baselessly accused the OP of violating the rules, but without any evidence, they lost that dispute as well. End of story
Now we have a whole new story: Coinplay has changed hands, and they're trying to whitewash a brand associated with a scam. How do they do it? Maybe they're paying off old debts? No, they're finding a loophole to close disputes. I recommend looking at their post from 2 years ago on AG and comparing it with their post from 2 months ago on AG hereTwo years ago they accused the OP of violating 3.8, 3.9, 4.1.7 points of the rules, now two years later they have found violations of a completely different point - 5.4  What is this if not fraudulent behavior? It looks like the "new" Coinplay team is just as scammers as the old one. Thank God we have our own community here, and even if the scammers from Coinplay found a loophole somewhere, that doesn't mean they'll be able to scam anyone here

I'm not going to change my opinion based on the ADR decision which has been made after two years. The Coinplay team did not act properly when they should have. I don't think it would be an abuse of DT power to continue supporting the flag. Now I want to see the proof publicly here on the forum in this case. However, I will reconsider my position if the OP accepts the decision of AskGamblers.

I'm not going to change my opinion based on the ADR decision which has been made after two years. The Coinplay team did not act properly when they should have. I don't think it would be an abuse of DT power to continue supporting the flag. Now I want to see the proof publicly here on the forum in this case. However, I will reconsider my position if the OP accepts the decision of AskGamblers. Thank you for acting and thinking like a proper DT, taking into account of the first party's opinion and further action to influence your call, rather than stamping outright and rest-assuring that regardless, a casino and their representative will receive the same treatment.
