Even though there are equal opportunities in the crypto space for both genders, there still is a disparity in the percentage of men and women in this space. I believe there are a good percentage women are in fashion, medicine, but I think there are less women in engineering, tech, and executive roles in business. For me I believe it’s a matter of interest, there are no gatekeepers in bitcoin, the knowledge is free and anyone can take advantage of the opportunities in the industry.
It's true, we should treat people equally. It's common among people that if you're a woman you can't do Bitcoin, although I've seen many women trading Bitcoin and they're good. But in terms of leadership, what we are used to seeing are men. Even though they are braver compared to women, they won't surrender right away. And they are also more technical than women. So as long as a woman becomes the CEO of the project especially in crypto, her charisma will not be noticed much. Others will say that the project will not last long.
Some women are not confident to become founders because of the way others think even though they deserve it. However, there are others who are very good at it, and it has been proven that women can do it too and became successful.

Here are some lists of female CEO's in crypto:
Quote
1. Gabriella M. Kusz, CEO, Global DCA
2. Lisa Loud, Co-Founder and CEO, FLUIDEFI
3. Tavonia Evans, Founder, GuapCoin
4. Leanne Holder, CEO, Giving to Services
5. Lisa Francoeur, Co-Founder, Crypto Tutors
6. Elizabeth Stark, CEO, Lightning Labs
7. Oluchi Enebeli, Founder, Web3Ladies

But we seldom ever discuss the efforts made by women who helped create the cryptocurrency sector. Is it because we don't care as much about them or because they are less important?
This single line from your post made me ignore the whole content. I don't see anything like this in this forum so far, where you find that fact that people here don't care about women. OP you want some attention from ladies from this forum, I hope you get some.

Best of luck.

I believe it’s a consequence of culture and not nature. Girls are not encouraged to be interested in technical and  confrontational roles because society doesn’t deem it feminine. In my country, parents already have a profession in mind for their children before they are born, boys are usually pushed to study medicine, engineering, computer science and the girls are encouraged to focus on art courses because society sees it as more “feminine”.

For a long time, we have only talked about great guys who have made significant contributions to the cryptocurrency industry and those who made history using cryptocurrencies like "BITCOIN."
Women are more sensitive when talking about money, so they don't really care about new product investments such as Bitcoin. When we look at the stock market, not many women invest or talk about stock prices, foreign currency, or something of the kind. Because of that, we can't see women being one of top the richest person in the world. and, I think Women are better suited to manage family finances than the world.

Not talking about women as much as men does not make us sexist, it simply implies that there are less women in the crypto industry than we'd like there to be.

I mean, take the Bitcoin Core leadership for example. I think there's only one female Core developer out of 20.

Bitcointalk's staff, AFAIK, also doesn't have any women (though if you can prove me wrong, please do so!).

Bitcoin is a digital currency, and since most women don't like taking chances that could result in financial loss, we don't expect them to trade the project. Based on the most recent facts, women believe that running the household, caring for the children, and helping the men are their top priorities. I've seen women take care of their homes and provide for their families as the breadwinners, but I've also seen most examples when women stay at home and take care of all the household duties without caring if they look for work or not, which is nonsensical.

I believe women's efforts are discussed less often because we still live in a world with a significant gender gap, which means fewer women are in the tech industry, fewer people believe that women can achieve something great or par with men, and women often play less prominent and more quiet (even if important) roles in various industries, including the crypto industry. That being said, of course there are women who are into cryptos and are knowledgeable about cryptos, and the matter of inclusion and highlighting of women isn't new to this industry either.
Aside from who women related to Binance mentioned in the link by the op, there's also He Yi, co-founder of Binance. Binance wrote an article about women's engagement in the crypto industry and mentioned He Yi there.

unfortunately the women's share is in the minority in the crypto world, and it can also be seen in this forum,(...)

Why "unfortunately"? I can't understand why some of you seem to be bothered by men and women making different choices.
You don't need anyone's permission to be part of the Bitcoin community or to participate in this forum. In fact, no one really knows (or cares) if you're a man or a woman. These options are equally open to both genders.
If women, in general, decide that's not really something they'd be interested in and they prefer to focus on other things instead - that's perfectly fine by me. I don't have a problem with it.

I personally don't think there's any kind of filtering based on the gender of a person that made something interesting.

If something great is made, it will be talked about. It doesn't matter what gender the person who did it happens to be. That's quite irrelevant.

This applies to any "label" you want to attach to a person. What really matters is what they do, not what they are.

I think this is some kind of bike-shedding in the sense that people talk about the properties of the human (race, gender, etc) which are easy to point out, instead of the actual topic which the commenter might know nothing about, therefore commenting about it might be an impossibility.

I only know a few of them, those who are closed may have some reasons.
But the forum does not differentiate between genders, everyone is the same. Those who contribute will be rewarded.

Some of my female friends also work in crypto and even become social managers in some crypto projects.
The forum provides a lot of knowledge for everyone, and some women utilize it to learn it quite well.

-snip-
It doesn't matter female or male in this forum. Even during registration for new members, there is no choice of the male or female gender.
This can be private and should not be known by others.

And when we assume someone on this forum is a man, but in fact, he is a woman, who knows?
Or Theymos might be a woman LOL.

Bitcoin Talk is a forum for everyone, everywhere, freedom of speech and discussion about Bitcoin. Bitcoin itself was created by Satoshi Nakamoto for everyone who want to have their own banks and privacy, anonymity priorities.

Male or female are all welcome to Bitcoin communities including Bitcoin Talk.

Registration information like genders can not be verified on a non-KYC forum like Bitcointalk.

This information is not required for registration and it is in customized options in user profile page only.

Will KYC now required be re-enforced in future?

I look to a future perspective, if bitcoin ever becomes a recognized currency all over the world and there will be a certified mass adoption, it will be a pity that women find themselves in the minority! this is my thought, obviously I don't criticize any woman if she doesn't believe in bitcoin, each of us is free to make our own choices

OP is bringing up an issue that he/she is probably stuck with, let's rephrase the question as to whether gender affects this market?
I'm not sure but what you're concerned about is really a matter of concern, an equal environment that I don't see as the OP is talking about, or maybe it's so normal that it doesn't matter who thinks that's a problem.
I have also heard about some sex education information in this market, but it is true that later on for me and many other programs that attract users with unclear information.

It doesn't matter whether you are male or female because of the fact that Bitcoin was created for all people. Let's not separate this kind of thing and there's really no useful context. Anyone can own Bitcoin, women, men, young and old all have the same position in holding Bitcoin. If we classify Bitcoin ownership only from gender then indirectly Bitcoin is won by male groups. But is that the point? But I really admit that the contribution of women in helping to improve blockchain technology is extraordinary. The list above shows us that women have equal rights in participating in a part of crypto adoption.

You're right man, I think it's not really good to make a fuss about women owning bitcoins and make it a big deal because after all what's important at this moment is we are supporting bitcoins and fighting against corrupted banks that have been bullying us from the past. No one should make separate praise regarding males and females because it will only create confusion and will make the other party discourage. The problem with this is the feminist movement will take this kind of post seriously, not only here but on other social media as well.

Adoption of Bitcoin is open to both sexes; Satoshi Nakamoto did not specifically mention using Bitcoin only by men in any of his writings. My neighbors participated in the market's crypto activities, and there was a chance to win bits of bitcoin. In the present period, it is extremely uncommon to see someone not interested in bitcoin. Regardless of a person's gender, owning Bitcoin is definitely a common occurrence in the market. I've observed ladies buying bitcoin and waiting in open trades. Given that we have access to the market, it is crucial that we manage our money and make wise investments.

True. Bitcoin is is equally made for everyone, so there is no male or female domination. As long as he/she is capable enough to invest and hold or trade bitcoin without immature decision, he/she will surely succeed in his/her bitcoin endeavor. However, it’s not bad at all if we also recognize the efforts made by women in the crypto industry, as they can also be like men that are risk takers and love to engage in technology and innovations.

unfortunately the women's share is in the minority in the crypto world, and it can also be seen in this forum,(...)

I wouldn't worry about that. If mass adoption happens, then women will certainly be on board. Women are a bit more cautious by nature and less trusting of new things, but once something gets popular and gains the approval of the mass population, they would become way less skeptical. We have already seen a massive influx of women into crypto when crypto broke into mainstream i.e. during the last bull-run.
Plus, at a level of mass adoption, we would likely have much more user-friendly bitcoin wallets, which would also help.

Adoption of Bitcoin is open to both sexes; Satoshi Nakamoto did not specifically mention using Bitcoin only by men in any of his writings.

Are you sure about that?

Decentralized Bitcoin that anyone can own from anywhere. Due to its decentralized nature, there is no central institution or authority that controls it. then everyone, including women, has the same opportunity to get involved in the Bitcoin network and benefit from their bitcoin investment.

Even though statistics show that the majority of Bitcoin holders are men, that doesn't mean that women aren't heavily involved. There are many women who use Bitcoin in the same way as men, but do not publish their activities publicly. This may be for reasons of their privacy or safety or out of fear.

I think with this technology it continues to evolve and more and more people, including women, are starting to get involved in cryptocurrencies. More and more opportunities are available for women to take advantage of this technology and become part of the Bitcoin community. although currently the percentage of women involved in Bitcoin is still relatively low compared to men, the trend is showing an increase. This is because more and more women are interested in learning about cryptocurrencies and the blockchain technology that is the foundation of Bitcoin.
