By all means, if you passed the verification process and your kyc is successful I don't think the casino has any more right to withhold your withdrawal, where there will be a problem in a situation where some of your KYC steps are unsuccessful there could nail you with that but since you said you managed to pass all the KYC process and they refused you access to the $8,000 withdrawal.

you can't accuse the site as a scam one if you have no valid proof about such allegations. as you said, ask the site why such rejection? you need to look at this from the side of the site as well. the ToS is in place for everyone's consumption. they have ToS for no reason. it is the common basis if there will be problems arising from the casino.

ToCs are usually generic garbage that is often unlawful, i.e. casinos' would waive themselves of any responsibilities and restrict players' legal rights. And one of the standard practice is that almost all would grant themselves the right to change their ToCs at any time, meaning whatever you agreed in there, could turn meaningless.

Point is, ToCs do not supersede the law. From the legal point of view, the site is bound to comply with the laws of the jurisdictions they provide their services in. But in practice, if the site is registered in some exotic country, taking any legal action is virtually impossible.

I agree on the point that we need more information on the casino's KYC poilicy so we could better help the OP. It's unfortunate that he only posted this topic and never replied to any comment.

It's probably common among those who submit information for KYC that their documentations are readable by any scanners. Casinos don't need to specifically mention that it should be of high resolution but it's not a bad idea to include that in the terms.

Hey mate I think you are right a lot of comments have been from a wrong perception of ops' point of view and questions,  this is the reason why we are having this misunderstanding and from the look of things only those who actually read comments can discuss the question on the topic but then hey this is gambling board, sometimes anything goes on.

i have encountered a similar problem like this once from my friend too. when he first registered his account, they didn't asked anything like personal information and such, but during the withdrawal once he won something big enough he was asked something like reverification. well, i don't know much but in his case he went through verification and successfully finished it and had his money given to him.

True that it does not supersede the law but in times of dispute such as fund confiscation and account banning, a player won't have any say if the casino practiced what they have on their written terms and conditions.  It is the agreement of the Casino and players and any action that breaks that is called a breach of contract and there is always legal action on that.  It also gives the right to casinos to implement their agreed authority over the account and funds of players.  If we have not missed the previous news, there is some cases where the company is favored as the owner of their customers' fund because these customers agreed on the terms presented by the company.
