The government manages and controls everything about us, so sometimes we get annoyed with them. But their role in our society, our lives is undeniable. I don't think we can survive and can live well without an organization to lead and run us. Lions or wolves also need a leader to survive, what would we humans be like without a leader?
But there is a sad fact that current governments do not do their job well, they are greedy and selfish rather than thinking about the interests of all mankind. And I think that's going to get worse and worse, it's not going to be fixed anytime soon, and it's going to make our world even more chaotic.

We cannot avoid their actions and laws because we are under their jurisdiction, so what we want to do must be communicated to them. You are right that it is important to have a leader for the order of the constituency. But almost of the leaders are selfish so what is happening is that our country is getting poorer. Most of the leaders also want to expand their territories which causes trouble in the countries. So if we elect someone, it is the one who have the potentials to provide development  and peace to the country.

That is really good but its better if the leaders are more into people like they are listening to people like building roads, bridges as it can generate profit both people and government. Also they shouldn't be corrupt because that is really the problem starts because it should be used for development for the people and for the country. People should be first rather than the improvement of country like military and etc

I don't know how governments in developed countries treat people, but in 3rd world countries to say that the government is not corrupt is impossible. Because everyone is human, everyone has greed and wants a luxurious life. Many politicians always say nice things when they start running for office, but after achieving their goals, they never do what they say. They don't care about people and are only greedy for themselves. Honestly, I know the role of the government, and there is no way against them because they have all the power in their hands, but I no longer believe what they say.

You are right, because when the leader is like that, many projects will be built and many jobs will be given, above all, the country will gradually develop. Corruption is what makes the country poor, so if they put honest service in their hearts, the result will definitely be good. The people voted for them so they should serve the people honestly.

Many people blame the government too much when the government is deemed to have failed to fulfill what they want, we must realize that the government's burden is very heavy so we must think and act smartly to get a better job or income, especially now it's very easy to get any information because almost everyone is connected to the internet.

Having my own business without relying on jobs paid by the government is much better in my opinion. I agree that it can contribute to the economic growth of a country, but in some countries jobs provided by the government are the main target for graduates. But of course starting a business is always faced with the risk of failure which is likely to be the main thought of graduates so they tend to want to work in jobs provided by the government.

Regarding business development, it is possible for businessmen who have previously been successful with their old businesses. They do so easily because they have capital, while they may not be very influential if the new business in the end fail. Being the boss of your own business is far better than being dependent on the government, but not everyone has that for many reasons.

Let us be realistic to ourselves, is good to extreme to wait for government to make provision of every in a country, sometimes when we graduate from higher colleges we expected government to create employment opportunities but in some points government keep adamant of making employment be visible and available to the mass,  on my instinct I said without government employment man can survive, I started a popcorn 🍿 business which I managed alone but right now have workers under me which I'm paying and now planning to establish another business.

The challenge is that some governments are completely unsupportive; instead of adding physical education to the school curriculum so that it will be supportive before creating job opportunities for their graduates, they failed to do so, and as a result, citizens wait until the government creates employment opportunities for them. The best thing about the participation of private ventures to provide job opportunity is the responsibility and the maintenance. The services will be offered at an additional pay compared to the public sector. This is the scenario in the third world countries. Businesses always contribute to the economy, but the government's focus will be to grow specific private firms. This is kinda eating the public money and the private ventures profiting out of it.

But yes if you got into government you'll future is already secured and even your retirement.

In government jobs realistically you don't have big salaries  but you have alot of facilities like medical , education benefits,  transportation and stuff so you will have many perks . While there is nothing wrong with aspiring to work in the government, it is important to recognize that the government cannot provide jobs for everyone, and individuals should also be encouraged to develop entrepreneurial skills and pursue other avenues for employment and contribution to society.

We are required to have higher education even without expecting job opportunities from the government, see everyone is successful in entrepreneurship because they have higher education and are successful in building personal businesses, so expecting jobs from the government is only optional but entrepreneurship according to expertise will create new business opportunities and even you can open job vacancies for other people, so the educational factor is very influential to be more creative in getting personal job opportunities.

Society can't function without the government, and not all of the people have the privileged to be self-employed on something that pays well to put food in their table. There's a lot work that the government does, however it is true that they are mostly not solving major problems in different countries, that's why a lot of people suffer.

You can't say that people starve because they are lazy, not all of us has a good pay grade, for example, farmers here in my country are poor because the Government are not supporting them very well.
