Anyone waiting on the government to provide him or her with a white coler job is wasting his own time.
Even as a graduate, you need not wait for the government to earn a living for your self.
You can start up any small business gradually you can make it big while you still search for government job.
Waiting for government for provision is a total waste of time.
I have seen business billionaires who are graduate, without waiting for the government they started their own small scale business and today they are doing so well.

That's right, we can't wait for the government to give us jobs, we have to prove that a job getting from the government is not the only path to success.

We should have a mindset like this. We have to be able to start with a business or looking for income via the internet can be a good choice for those of us who want to take control of our own careers and finances.

My view is that the government must indeed have the responsibility to create a conducive business climate, provide training and support for citizens who want to start a business and also that the government must be able to create jobs.

I also think relying on being a government employee to solve our financial problems is unrealistic. We need to take initiative and take responsibility for our own careers and finances. Developing skills and seeking new business opportunities can help us achieve our desired financial and career goals. Government employment can provide benefits and job security, but relying solely on government to create job opportunities is not always realistic. So I think individuals have to be proactive and create their own employment opportunities through business or other means. This can be a risky challenge but with hard work and dedication it can be a rewarding experience.

Usually a job in a government agency is only enough to meet a person's needs in a month so that person will take a very long time to grow to become rich, unless his monthly salary is very large because he is placed in a certain position that is better with a bigger position. That is why most government employees in many countries still want to work independently to continue to increase their income in life even though they can also live without having to work anymore because they already have a monthly salary through government agencies.

Don't forget about other perks, like nice pension, free public transport, some free medical care etc. Don't know if it's in all countries like this, but I'm sure in most of them.

So, people who choose to work independently, they take that risk, imo. Not only they can lose their job any time, compared to the stability of working for the government, but they also knowingly refuse many other bonuses.

Yes, without government job we can survive, but it doesn't mean that that Government jobs are bad, or that people are getting the wrong education in the West. Dictatorships brainwash their people into thinking that the whole world is wrong and you can only survive by blindly following the "Great Leader". But it doesn't work actually, does it?

Yes you can survive without a government job but it is not advisable to leave your job or to not look for government job .

There are so many jobs available in the street but most are for skilled workers and educated ones. We have to a degree or better still get a skill that will make us to earn and create our own businesses for a better society.

Degree is like having another chance but being skilled is what most employers preferred. Here in my country, most employers require a degree but the salary is minimum so that doesn't change much with the reality these days. While the ones that haven't finished a degree but are skilled, they're earning more than those white-collar jobs. I am not discouraging people to stop their studies and just start working on. It's still good to have a degree but those that can't finish their degrees, they can learn skills and focus on it and that's what they have to offer for their employers and can earn better salaries.

Skill or experience plays a major role in human performance. A skilled worker is very much needed in a business organization. I think it's not just your country. It is the same everywhere in the world. But it is not only skills but education should also be adequately valued. Because I believe that a person finds fulfillment in the combination of skill and education. Both of the two things are very important. In our country a person who has both education and skills earns the good amount of money.

If you think you are doing it with out government support, you are wrong, in my opinion. It's government that provides you with protection from both external(those that might attack your country) and internal(those that might attack your business) enemies. It's thanks to the government you can buy the equipment without being scammed, and it's thanks to the government you can return it and take your money back if the quality is bad.

Yeah sounds good to hear that you are an entrepreneur and seems you do not need government job, even though the government doesn't directly interfere in your business, they indirectly facilitate and provide legal protection for entrepreneurs in generally including for you too. the government build protection law to guarantee you running your business. I don't see the government as a set of people who care about the well being of it citizens, they just have a way of taking more and bring less. If they have their way they'd even crest their name on every money note.
Greed and selfishness won't also let them create more skill acquisition for its citizens they rather use that money to send their children abroad.
If as an individual you say you'll wait for the government to provide job and other stuff needed  then you'll wait till you get old, is best to engage yourself in something positive to help your pocket grow financially.

It is wrong to expect the state to do many things for the people. The state creates the conditions up to a certain level, the rest is man's own labor. Both parties have their roles, and things can go wrong if one party fails to fulfill that role. Our working life should not be too dependent on the state, but we should not try to progress without certain rules. You say that one's own effort is valued and results are achieved. Creating jobs is the state's obligation to reduce unemployment in a country. The government must also facilitate its citizens who want to work abroad, from all the departure processes to the guarantee of getting a job after arriving at their destination. Not all are lucky from the jobs provided by the government and the government cannot guarantee 100% that there will be no more unemployment, you need to find solutions to solve employment problems without having to depend on the government.
Starting a personal business is one of the solutions you can do to survive, I think most people out there have made the same decision as you. if we have expertise in a certain field, I think we can survive as private workers or self-employed, and many have proven that their income can exceed jobs in government. we cannot rely on it, and for me by being self-employed we will be able to support the country's economy, even though in my country being a government employee is in great demand, especially for those who are fresh graduates. So governments not only play a role in creating justice, they are integral to the survival of the businesses we work for. I won't even deny this fact because after all the government also has a stake in the economic growth of its citizens. As you mentioned, even though we have our own business capitalized on personal budget, we still need the government and its help. Building permits, business permits and other things that we need from the government so that the business is legal.

So it is true that no matter how small the contribution and involvement of the government is in our business, we still need them. Even if some government policies are unprofitable, that is a different case.
