Yes, we should find jobs on our own, not depend on others or expect someone to give us a job. But to say the government doesn't provide us with jobs is not true, because the businesses you are working for are all licensed and run by the government. The government has taken advantage of relations through diplomacy, creating conditions for foreign investors to invest in the country, thereby creating indirect jobs for people. Without the government, no company or corporation would be allowed to build and operate in our country. So governments not only play a role in creating justice, they are integral to the survival of the businesses we work for. Although they have inappropriate policies that make us unhappy, it must be admitted that we cannot survive without them.

I won't even deny this fact because after all the government also has a stake in the economic growth of its citizens. As you mentioned, even though we have our own business capitalized on personal budget, we still need the government and its help. Building permits, business permits and other things that we need from the government so that the business is legal.

So it is true that no matter how small the contribution and involvement of the government is in our business, we still need them. Even if some government policies are unprofitable, that is a different case.

Many people are always arrogant when they can find jobs on their own or start their own businesses without government help. The facilities and salaries provided by the government to its employees are always very limited because all government employees' salaries have been measured based on their rank and the position in which they work. So every employee will not get a salary that is more than what has been set unless there is an increase which, before it is given, an announcement will be made in advance through the official media.

If you want to do business go for it no one is stopping you but know the pros and cons of everything before moving on that path.

Actually doing business will not produce pros and cons, but rather create competition with other people when the lines and services are the same. So what needs to be understood here is how to compete quite healthily and how to provide better service than others so that the business has the potential to last a long time and can also be more advanced. When talking about job we cant really rely on government as we can really found jobs from private sector but again government has laws that can make everything fair because without it for sure you have very low salary and you cant also say that they increase it as there are no regulations on it. Completely agree with your point of view, I live and grow up in a country where most people think that jobs related to the state apparatus enjoy great benefits. But honestly, after I grew up, went to school and worked, I realized the mistake of job judgment from people around can sometimes be said to be imposed on the future of the next generation, making it difficult to expand the possibilities self growth. It can be said that the current economic context is difficult and changing. Most Government jobs does not give room to intellectual development, creative thinking, etc. So I will gladly suggest that one has to go out from his/her comfort zone and get what can make him or her a productive thinker and an example of such is the Bitcoin trading. but there is no guarantee that you will be 100% successful in business and investing, and if you get a job in the government, you will also have a chance to earn more money. Every profession and industry has the opportunity to advance and, importantly, your own ability.  Business is easy to get rich, but not everyone can do it, and most office jobs don't pay too well, but not without people getting rich by working in the office or government.  it all depends on your ability and mindset.

You don't have to wait till the government provide you with job before you can get independent of yourself, one need to employ himself, learn trades, makes sales, create values, render service and engage in any legal means of getting money, not everyone working under government were successful in life, we have a number if entrepreneurs being successful in life after they have learnt to be independent in whatever they do.

It will be better if we don't rely on the government because doing so today will leave you with nothing. Working for the government is just another way to make ends meet because you will eventually retire from it, but if you build yourself another job there are thousands of graduates in some countries who are unemployed, so it will be better if we don't rely on the government.

Let us be realistic to ourselves, is good to extreme to wait for government to make provision of every in a country, sometimes when we graduate from higher colleges we expected government to create employment opportunities but in some points government keep adamant of making employment be visible and available to the mass,  on my instinct I said without government employment man can survive, I started a popcorn 🍿 business which I managed alone but right now have workers under me which I'm paying and now planning to establish another business.

Actually, it depends sometimes the government is the reason why the country fails in its service and providing the community needs those wrong decisions people will suffer, but if good management handles the country it a small population those are just reflections of the number of services like jobs that they can provide, of course it will depends on the skills and capability of the person to come up with this. Not as always are suitable for a work and skilled like others. Every good management create an opportunity. But not as always comes up with this kind of government.
