You are very right, it is commonly said that all work and no play makes jack a dull boy, most of us work hard everyday to earn or make money, so i personally believe that its not out of place for us to some times, spend some of that money on something that make us happy, happiness is an important part of being alive and if anyone finds that pleasure and happiness in gambling, i personally support that such person should do it from time to time.

Great point you made here mate,  because an addict,  no matter the efforts of the external persons he/she will always do what he finds pleasure in,  I use to have a friend back then as an undergraduate student, who was addicted to gambling and as a student he was always running out of funds despite being the highest monthly incentive from family earner sometime he will use his school fees to gamble and when he becomes so depressing for him,  he will come out and seek for help to avoid gambling sometimes he will take positive steps toward recovering,  but along the line, he will slide back into his addictions again.

This made us to realize that he as an individual wasn't ready to get out of the mess situation he was in,  because when gambling without limit,  it then means that he can gamble everything away such an individual won't have anything to his name.

I will give an example of a responsibility that we must fulfill. When they are addicted to gambling, and they have some money to pay for their children's education. Human being is a higher level of animal with a lot of reasoning and conscience. Humans have the ability to re-examine their characters and see if they will have to change some aspect of it. So I am always surprised when someone is gradually going into addiction without knowing about it. If someone is a gambler and your gambling left the level you started it and enters into another level, at least you have to understand that things are no longer the way it used to be and readjust yourself. I am surprised that some people will just be going through the lane of addiction until they are no longer able to come back to normality.

Don't know how people call gambling a passion when they get addicted and lose lot a of money. With everything in life, if we do it excessively, they usually contribute to getting good results. Hard work always pays off, but if you are doing excessive gambling, you are most likely more on the losing side.
