You know in truth there are still other influencers who teach correctly in crypto trading according to my observation, and here in our local there are other influencers who teach a simple tutorial about trading.
Although I also don't deny that most people don't really detail what the right steps should be taken by a trader in the crypto space.

Yeah, there are decent influencers, but there are not a lot of them. And the saddest thing is that they have fewer followers usually. Anyway, there are more normies and indicated people than hardcore crypto holders and traders, and it's just like almost in any thing.

I have a lot of thank you to send to some crypto Influencers, they are the reasons why I learned to sniff the difference between a project and another, some things don't matter to me before, like how many holders a project has, how many coins are in circulation and especially the market cap of the projects, lol, all I used to care about is the chart but thanks to those videos I watched, many crypto influencers don't know much about crypto and some are doing it for money but not all of them, some have something good you can learn from them.

Well there could still be some. Not a crypto-influencer nor something I am promoting, but back when I was day trading I used to watch Crypto Jack to learn how to trade in Binance back then. Didn't really worked out for me in the end since I was emotionally exhausted.

Again going back, I would still take every crypto influencers words with a grain of salt. I ain't worshipping someone just because s/he has plenty of followers. It's way too much to just take followers as an indicator for the truthfulness.

You might need to take a step back there, mate. It is still better to "sniff" by your own instincts not because someone else told you to do so.

Op, your opinion are good but as long there are greedy investors who just want to make money quickly there will still be crypto influencers.

yes they can follow the influencers for their large sum of money with greedy behaviour but they forget about the thing that whenever they will face 2 or 3 losses so they will leave behind the idea of influencers. The person doesn't get experience until he face the thing but once a person faces bad or good outcomes then his final decisions will be the better one.

People can follow the wrong people but not for all the time when they know that the influencers are providing wrong information they will not follow the influencers because wrong people cannot persist longer as we don't know that influencers who gives us information are really trusted person or not so after knowing reality trusting is not easy.

I made a post about crypto influencers not that long ago talking about how people still trust them despite all the cringe and stupid stuff they post.
In the the last post, after reading your comments, I came to conclusion that most of the people who follow crypto influencers are:
1) Normies (or lazy people who don't want to do research and want to follow trend)
2) Bots
3) Bitcoin uneducated people

There's also a group of pragmatic traders who follow them i.e. to get early info on what shitcoin can pump soon, or to get a gist of what's the currently dominating mood, You might not like them, but if they have millions of views (probably not anymore though) then they do have an influence on the market and on shaping public's opinion.

ps I love the paradox of the vast majority of people not considering themselves to be "normies".

There are many online course and learning about Bitcoin can be accessed without need to pay anything because it's free. But most people don't want to learn because they only want to focus to make money and following the upcoming hype to buy a potential shitcoin. If people have spent their times to learn about Bitcoin, crypto influencers will fall day by day.

I think crypto influencers will not fall because there are a lot stupid people out there.
True. There are a lot of avenues now to learn in bitcoin, it’s just that people are lazy to make their efforts to learn. Instead, they chose to trust crypto influencers and expect quick profits like what these influencers have promised to them. They lose their capital in the end. If newbies will always have stupid mindset like this, and will always be motivated by greed, then it will only increase the number of crypto influencers around. That’s the reason why new investors should never be encourage to come in the market without having good education on what investment they plan to enter. Otherwise, crypto influencers will keep on benefiting from them.

Although to be fair, it is kinda expected that profits are going to happen when an influencer says it. It brings hype and therefore makes people to buy causing the demand to go high and... well you know what's next. Price increase.
People are just overdoing it causing for them to lose money. Just because something happens once does not mean it can happen again. I can still recall the times when Musk was like a hot topic in here. We still got some news from him somehow but the hype is just not there anymore.

In the long-term, it is just not worth it to be honest.

I am starting to think that there are social circles revolving around these like it is mass doing these kinds of pumping.

I think the third category is the most interesting one because I don't know how long it will exist considering what is happening with Bitcoin right now.
We can see that there are more and more programs about Bitcoin awareness and crypto education. More people are getting interested in what bitcoin/crypto actually is. And one of the signs of Bitcoin adoption is the promotion of Bitcoin education.

Yes , you are right. Actually most of the crypto influencer just wants to marketing that crypto currenceis. But they actually donot aware of that, maximum people who are working under them (influncer) they are not know about bitcoin properly. Even some are just hear the name of Bitcoin , but their knowledge is nothing.

I think in the next few years, influencers can lose their "influence" over uneducated people because they're gonna be fewer and fewer of these people on the internet. And I don't think that bots and normies are sustainable audiences so I think influencers will see a hard time soon.

I don't think influencers will see a hard time soon. Because , there are a lot of people who are working under a influncer. Most of them are uneducated , but still few of people there.

And overall, bitcoin education will decrease people's need for influencers simply because they will already have all the knowledge needed and all these Twitter posts about "PUMP IS COMING" will sound pretty stupid. And you shouldn't be the most educated person to see it.

"PUMP IS COMING" This word is really stupid.

So what do you think?
Will we finally see the fall of influencers or there still will be enough stupid people to follow their advice?

Crypto influencers have the ability to affect the way of thinking of persons in a specific trading region, motivate the public, and distribute the coins to interests best known to them.  I never placed my trust on influencers; some are trustworthy and legitimate, but the majority are only interested in popularity and generating profits. The easiest method to avoid further losses is to stick to one trading technique and to restrict most crypto influencers online since they might sway traders' mindsets into investing in a project that is a dump or lacks a solid roadmap.

And you shouldn't be the most educated person to see it. And it's pretty obvious that all these Twitter people post specifically for people who don't have a good knowledge about crypto because most of these posts are just basics and hype.

So what do you think?
Will we finally see the fall of influencers or there still will be enough stupid people to follow their advice?

Until now, most of the subscribers, fans and followers of some certain “influencers” that you’ve mentioned are uneducated, misinformed and has lack of understanding as they we’re just too prone of the “hype”.

As they are prone, they just simply go buy this and buy that without questioning at all, not having second opinions, no hesitancy and not doing their own research plus lack of proper risk management.

Some of my contacts until now are still having that mindset. As a result, they stumbled on the same stone not learning their lessons about the losses that they have suffered because of the “financial or investment advice” being made by the so-called “crypto influencers”.

But of course not all of them are like that. There are some who are realistic and more on education rather than hyping their subscribers. I respect them more than those influencers who are saying like “Bitcoin will go 100x next year, bla bla bla, etc.”.

influencers have a motive in every video they make!

they have a goal and that is increased branding on their account!

there are many examples that can be seen where there are many crypto influencers who actually have goals and motives in every video they make, including broadcast time, subscribers and referral links. they are no longer honest with it and everyone who listens should be more critical and careful in believing every sentence they issue.

And after all, these influencers make more people know about Bitcoin and adapted to it.
Honestly, we can't generalize all influencers a bad one because of 1 or two of them who did it wrong. We also have to appreciate some of them who are really helping the community to grow and spread information about crypto. They will not be going to fall but instead, we gonna expect them to grow and multiply because known personalities on social media can be a medium for such things, developers will hire them and promote their projects.

We’re not yet in a full bull market. These scammers, grifters and charlatans only surface during bull markets where they can push shitcoins on gullible noobs and shill their promo codes for exchange signups etc.

Crypto influencers exist to make money and unfortunately there will again be lots of opportunities for them again in the next bull market.

Crypto influencers exist to make money and unfortunately there will again be lots of opportunities for them again in the next bull market.
Not only that, I also think that one major factor contributing to the fall of crypto influencers is the increasing regulatory scrutiny of the cryptocurrency industry. Governments around the world have become increasingly concerned about the potential for cryptocurrencies to be used for money laundering and other illegal activities. This has led to the introduction of new regulations that place greater restrictions on crypto exchanges and other related businesses.

the rise of scams and fraudulent activities in the crypto space has also contributed to the fall of crypto influencers. Many of these influencers have been associated with projects or initiatives that turned out tobe fraudulent, leading to a loss of credibility and trust among their followers.

I agree with your thoughts that bitcoin education will have a big impact on how people feel about cryptocurrencies and people's tendency to follow crypto influencers. With the emergence of more and more training programs for bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, people will have a better understanding of how this market works and what opportunities it can provide.
However, I don't think crypto influencers will cease to exist entirely. Even if people have enough knowledge to make their own decisions, they may still seek the opinion of experts in the field. Ultimately, it is important that people use their common sense and not rely solely on the opinions of others, even if they are crypto influencers.

So what do you think?
Will we finally see the fall of influencers or there still will be enough stupid people to follow their advice?
Whether we like it or not cryptocurrency influencers are here to stay. What we would see in the next fews years are well educated and informed influencers or should I call them Bitcoin educators. I call it the rise of the well-rounded crypto influencers.

The rise of these influencers will not make the scam influencers automatically disappear. No, they will still be there but their influence

Crypto influencers exist to make money and unfortunately there will again be lots of opportunities for them again in the next bull market.

Why not? It's an easy way to make money, Right? It's freaking easy to be a crypto influencer. You don't have to research before you say something to your audience. You grab news from a news website and cover the same thing without verifying anything. Everyone wants to be a crypto influencer these days. Who wants to miss easy money? You can easily use your followers to earn vast amounts of money. Their followers follow whatever they say, and that's why hackers hack those influencers' Twitter accounts and make posts like Send me 1 Bitcoin, and you will get 2 Bitcoin in an hour. These things worked for hackers multiple times.

People are getting smarter. But, every day, new people come into Bitcoin/Crypto market, and they don't know where to start. The first thing they do is follow those Crypto Influencers on social media and begin to hear what they say. Those influencers' posts are like "Top five coins that will be 100x in next bull run".

Conmen exist as long as there are people who can be conned. They just changed how they call themselves and right now they call themselves "influencers" and time will come when they will fall but they will just call themselves something else. The good thing is there are always people who expose these conmen, scammers, and/or influencers which is evidenced by the numerous exposés by civilians on courts of public opinion like Youtube, or people who were scammed and went to judicial courts to get justice.

And it's not really conducive in Bitcoin discussions to call people who went looking for advice in good faith about crypto "stupid." They already paid for their naivety by being led to fraudulent information about crypto, hopefully, they get smart about the next time.

I believe it is advisable to educate oneself before investing in Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is a complex and rapidly evolving technology that can be difficult to understand for those who are not familiar with it. This is the reason why people often fall for the deception of cryptocurrency influencers, believing a cryptocurrency influencer without doing your own research can have several downsides. The so called Cryptocurrency influencers do not always have your best interests in mind and may promote certain coins or investments that may not be in your best interest. They may also share false or misleading information about the market or specific coins, which could lead to poor investment decisions. The most annoying thing about them is that they never face consequences for their false and misleading information.

When I was still a novice in the crypto world, I was following one of these crypto influencers on Instagram who was always posting some flashy lifestyle. He told me about investing on a platform he recommended and I decided to give it a go since I was trying to double my money. I did the initial investment, I gained some profit and decided to invest BIG to get higher profit but that was where I shot myself in the foot. I wasn’t able to withdraw my money for weeks, I complained to the ‘crypto influencer’, all he told me was to pay more to get my profit out. I couldn’t believe my ears, I knew I wasn’t getting my money back the moment I heard that. Immediately I reported to the police and FBI but they could’t provide any help so I went online in search of how I could withdraw my money from the fraud website. I eventually came across someone who spoke highly of Vaultech Asset Recovery Team stating that they assisted him in recovering some money he lost to a defi company. I spoke to them through thevaultechteam @ yahoo . com, provided every proof of payment I sent to the fraud company and they facilitated the withdrawal of my money which was successfully done. Not everybody has been lucky to get their money back from a situation like that but if you’ve been a victim of lost assets through any means, this team can help you out.

When we say Bitcoin education, the first thing that came to my mind is; What is Bitcoin and what is its function but maybe the topic about influencers and how they affect the coin is only just a bonus when the basic intermediate and advanced lessons are done.

Although any individual can learn on their own because the internet is now everywhere. Having a teacher or a mentor via the training program is still different. It gives them an advantage and the chance for them to find a wrong information is going to be lessened. The only con is, some of them are not totally free. Not all influencers are giving false information so it's not wrong to follow some of them.
