Yes, bantamweight has been a comfortable division for the most Filipino boxers except Manny Pacquiao as he managed to go up as far as welterweight division, and still brought his speed and power with him. It's not that Astrolabio is underestimating Moloney because of his defeat against Rodriguez and Inoue, they just view it as their own advantage because they have more fights to refer and to see which points they should consider to increase their winning chance compared to Moloney's position because his opponent, Astrolabio, have losses much earlier in his career so it will be hard for them to consider that as there will be some improvements along the years that have passed.
