Already started Venom last May of this year and currently minted 12 NFTs up to date.

But I have to admit that in all of the tasks I have done using my mobile phone, the bridging part is the difficult one as Metamask cannot even recognize the sign-in or so. However, no problem if it’s on the desktop as a browser extension.

The rest using my mobile phone are just fine.

Venom is a layer 1 project. Normally Layer 1 projects will launch a token with the mainnet launch. Also, Layer 1 projects will target the testnet users to give  an airdrop or sale

I have to agree with you on that. However, there might be some few exceptions like Linea.

Those who have participated in the 9-week Linea Voyage testnet campaign on Galxe are being given commemorative NFTs based on their leaderboard rankings.

Those NFTs can be a either a “golden ticket” or an “ultimate passport” to qualify for a potential airdrop from other projects who are using the Linea mainnet.

Linea Swap is one example where they are having that promo for those who have participated in the testnet event of Linea Voyage.

Hi, I just want to share this with you. I hope this will match to this because of talking about another altcoin.

Venom is another layer 0 blockchain fully controlled by Abu dhabi financial authorities. Venom architecture is based on Threaded Virtual Machine aka TVM. Also, venom is joined with Iceberg Capital with 1 billion Doller investment.

So right now, they have testnet. So, there is a very good potential that they will reward to their early testnet users. Also, venom is already listed on CMC.

To do the TestNet tasks you need to download the venom wallet to your browser and complete some tasks. If you complete each task correctly at the end you can mint free NFT. So, they have 8 Tasks right now and there will be more few tasks coming asap.

Note in bridging task you will need some bnb or ftm. I recommend you to choose ftm cuz fees around 0.1$ in ftm chain.

While there is no official announcement from the team, there is no guarantee that there will be an airdrop based on the results of work in the test network. It is possible that participation in the testnet will be an additional criterion for airdrop, after the main network and its testing are launched.

Also seen this announcement. Hope that they filter all bots that joined this campaign or testnet since many are probably do multi accounts or dummys to gain more tokens. I think the tokens are locked right? Atleast if the rewards are locked hope that real users get it not the farmers.

There has been a lot of negative news around Venom lately, which was related to the dark past of the company's management. Nevertheless, the team continued to work on the project, announcing new quests for its early users. Therefore, it was a surprise for me to learn that a snapshot was taken. So in any case, I will be glad to receive an airdrop, regardless of its size. But if they continue their quests on the main network, I will not participate in them, as there is a risk of losing my money.

I have used venom test net and it looks like an average layer 2 to me. I think i want to put it below average, as my experience was not that good with venom as it was not as fast as manta or matic. But its a free opportunity for the community to earn some free money and i think no one denies or doesn't like free money. Lets hope it won't be another starknet.

The Layer 2 blockchain is a blockchain deployed on top of the main blockchain, for example, Polygon is deployed on the Ethereum blockchain. The Venom blockchain is not a Layer 2, since it is a basic one and, accordingly, is a Layer 1 blockchain, such as, for example, Solana.

Venom's good news came sooner than I thought, the pool allocation for this competition was 10,000,000 Venoms and as for the initial community incentive it was different to this?

If you have not been active in the venov blockchain, then you definitely do not have the right to receive an airdrop. It does not happen that someone receives an airdrop from Venom and does not claim the 19-20 NFT that the participants received during the test period.

Well, Unfortunately, I did not participate in this project airdrop activity as I was not aware of it before on the same time it is not my unfortunate as well haha as there may be more and more opportunities on the way for me. Some of my friends have participated in the Venome airdrop and they are expecting a good amount of profit from it. The above photo is a screenshot of the Venom tokenmetrics and it includes vesting schedule for various recipient. So yes, airdrop participants stand to receive only about 10% of their allocations at the TGE while the remaining 90% remains vested to be released at a later day. It should help to manage selling pressure when trading goes live.

I wanted to point out that the idea that token price will immediately take a nosedive simply because airdrop participants got 100% unlocked at TGE doesn't always hold true. It's the same way back in the day people said the same about bounty hunters. As long as there is sufficient liquidity at the other side, sell pressure can be managed. For instance, see projects like Starknet, Celestia or Jupiter? That's right.

FYI, I wasn't too involved in Venom so my allocation might be among the lowest. My reply above is general and not based on my expectation of venom alone.

The best way to reward the community members who have been supporting the club is through offering 100% unlocked tokens during TGE, and it's not giving tokens that will be vesting for 90 months + 6 months locked. What the hell is that, my friend? Do you call giving a 7 years vested token a great way to reward the community?

No way to call it a. good way to reward the community. I'm unsure if the project will still be alive until all of the vested tokens are fully distributed. I strongly disagree with you in this.

It's only a way for the developers to show how incompetent they are in deciding everything. There have been so many dramas happened to this project.

Look at how early backers got 48 months vested while airdrop 90 months which is crazy as fuck. Im talking about the fact here. Foundation tokens have less time than airdrop rewards. This is not right to reward your loyal supporter.

I tried to be part of this project by participating in the airdrop. I once stopped carrying out my duties and felt disappointed because there was an issue of returning all investor funds. but it seems now the project is back to life and getting closer to listing because several exchanges such as MEXC and gate.io already support the VENOM network.

I don't see any hype about this project till now except the testnet airdrop incentive. I saw they they have announced an airdrop pool for okx users and there is no info about rest of the community that they will get any airdrop or not. Testnet users are really disappointed as most of them thinking about doing the task and collecting all of these nft they will get some rewards which is pretty much uncertain till now.

Well, I don't know how that will eventually end but I can tell you too that I didn't complete all the testnet activities. I minted about six NFTs and then the whole thing became cumbersome and I stopped. Venom was a project I followed since 2023. I was able to send my OKX UID and the Venom address from that exchange. If the project was restricting those who didn't do all tasks, I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to send those addresses.

I do think maybe they will compensate those who minted something and not reward only those who completed the whole task. By the way, not many people even participated in the testnet.
