I disagree entirely. Physical casinos are dying and people aren't going to go back. How many ways can you reinvent casino games that would make it any more attractive to a prospective gambler than already exists -- not much. The physical casinos had monopolies on the industry because the overhead on operating these physical locations are too high. Digital casinos don't have that large of an overhead nor do they need to comply with so many regulations so it's only that much more attractive.

Player side, me personally, I don't particularly care much for the experience of a physical casino. It's not that important to me.
I also think along those lines, extremely luxurious casinos could still thrive as they can attract the richest and offer them incredible service and a great experience, however I think the casinos aimed to the middle class are bound to eventually disappear, Las Vegas could thrive since gambling was basically banned everywhere on the US and anyone that wanted to gamble legally had to go there to get that experience, but now gambling is everywhere and you can even do so from your home with your smartphone, so I do not think those casino can survive with their current business model.

What middle class? There is no middle class left. Not in the US, not in the rest of the world. Actually there are only 2 types of players in gambling. 1) The rich, 2) The poor. There isn't anything between. The big casinos want to attract the rich people and the others are getting the poor. Poor people are also the perfect addicts because they don't have anything to lose other than what they got as a paycheck that month and every new month is a chance to get rich. So they will be playing forever till they die and 99.99% of them die poor.
You are right that the middle class is disappearing at an alarming rate, however they are maintaining the illusion they still exist by getting debt and making expensive travels to places like Las Vegas and putting it on their credit cards, however my point is that even that is about to disappear and when that happens all of those casinos aiming to get those type of clients will simply disappear too as there will not be enough people to sustain them.

We're talking Monopoly bucks here, folks. Winning at the casino feels like a triumph, but it's just numbers on screens. Crypto has its edge: top-notch security, hush-hush privacy, decentralized power. Plus, boasting bets in Bitcoin or Ethereum? Undeniably rad.

Yet fiat's got the charm. Stability, universal acceptance, a tried-and-true history. Betting with dollars, euros, or hometown currency? Timeless cool. The choice is yours: embrace the crypto frontier or stick with fiat tradition. Just remember to have fun and not take it too seriously!
So, you think Fiat has got the charm, how about the transaction confirmation time? And transaction fees? Especially if you are gambling from a foreign country and using your debit or credit card to load your account, there are international currency conversion charges and whatnot, sum all that up and you would be able to play a whole session with that money if you were using cryptocurrencies.

Cryptocurrencies are fast, more secure, and way cheaper in terms of fees and taxes, and most importantly, there is no one sitting at a computer watching you transact your money into the casino and then taking them out from there.

It's only going to get bigger and bigger too..I mean we are just touching the very TIP of the online gambling industry.  Here in the United States laws around gambling have become much more relaxed, especially in states like my own, Illinois, where gambling has been legalized across the board..however even here for many online casinos you have to initially set up your account using the casinos IP address.  Then you can bet anywhere, but must set up the account at the casino to start.  Before long this will no longer be a requirement for casinos across the country, which will only had to this explosion.  Then the rest of the world will follow the western world before long as follow suit...again, just the tip is where we are right now.

With everything going digital, yes it's gonna get bigger. When our government launched the digital wallet for our local currency, local casinos are also launching their version of online casinos. After months of it, we already heard people lost their fortune over online gambling.

Thats one manifestation that online gambling is really getting bigger and there is no sign of it going slow while influencers promote casinos as well.

this is really also a problem as it will attract more newbies to gamble that is why there are a lot of people that educating other people by teaching them the risk towards gambler and other are having free consultation or mental support through online to those who are addicted to gambling. I hope that you government will also like have program for those addicted to gambling and not just focusing to on regulating those casinos

If you look carefully at the rapid development of gambling and the scant development of assistance to gamblers, their rehabilitation, as well as preventive measures aimed at explaining the principles of gambling to schoolchildren and students, you can conclude that the governments of many countries just pretend to care about the population. In reality they care only about taxes coming into the treasury and the laws which they adopt in most cases are aimed not at protection of the unprotected population, but at their own benefit.

The stats is only just beginning,  with the look of things I'm sure the usage of online gambling will continue to rise most especially now that everyone knows the good aspect and how beneficial it could be to use online gambling platform.
Although,  most people were really skeptical at first but had no other choice but to start using it because of covid-19 restriction of movement.

It would be really interesting to see what this numbers would look like in five years; if there will be a downward trend or if it will continue in this same upward movement.
Online gambling has been the latest norm nowadays since people find it more convenient and even more profitable knowing there are wide varieties of games that online gambling can offer which means that will also increase the chance of making profits. So I’m quite certain that more people will develop interest in online gambling that will boost its adoption and continue to create an upward trend.

This is actually situational because there are really places on the world or countries which had been banning all forms of gambling or simply been prohibited.

North Korea
Japan
Singapore

Dont know if this one is on both physical or online betting but for  sure there are countries which both banned  these things. Gambling industry
isnt the only source on where they could be able to extract out that TAX but well its not shocking into those places on where
they do heavily rely on this industry considering on how much money could really be generated into this  matter.

I beg to differ about Japan, it's not really banned there. As you can see, there are many Japanese that like to gamble. Just like this video, it shows a life of a Japanese casino worker so that means, that Japan isn't really banning gambling there. There could be some conditions but it's not actually stopped nor banned there.

The rise in online gambling market started during the covid 19 lockdown and since then, gamblers have discovered the ease that comes with gambling online since it is less stressful and privacy oriented since one can easily play those game both on mobile and desktop and this is what has lead to the increase in demand for online casinos.

The market is becoming big and highly competitive for casinos, since almost all the traffic is now directed at online casinos the market have become lucrative and highly demanding for casino operators and this is one of the biggest markets in the cryptocurrency space and the gambling industry in general.

i can say, the pandemic really did contribute in the popularity of online casinos and so with crypto casinos. this is one of the few industries which benefitted the crisis in a positive way. as people were stuck in their homes, they looked for some entertainment that they can access, and they found online gambling. this i believe happened especially for gamblers already.
and as we looked in the forum, most good paying campaigns are under these casinos, which means, they are earning good income as they can afford to pay these people to promote their site.

Yes, the lockdown has opened players' eyes to online cryptocurrency casinos, since their offers a wide range of unrestricted services compared to land-based casinos, things are changing right now and traditional casino is gradually becoming insolent with some of them now shifting attention by upgrading to online service to better the lots in the market, the rate of competition also have placed player at an advantage against the casino even though their system is designed to favour the house with a high house edge that makes it hard for gamblers to beat them to it.

but in general, online crypto casinos have come to stay, and they're reshaping the face of doing things in the gambling industry today.

Yes, this is why i did mention if this list does include out online or offline betting because some of those countries arent really that totally banning out gambling which its true that the
list or article should be at least updated because it is really that somewhat misleading if you wont really be making some indept research. Just like on what you had mentioned about
those countries are mostly muslim countries then we do know that gambling is really that prohibited.

According to the Quran, Muslims are forbidden to gamble. However, there are casinos in countries where Islam is the predominant religion, and there are numerous other countries throughout the world with casinos that focus their marketing strategies on attracting gamers from Muslim-majority countries.

In the past gambling platforms used to start from the scratch with small investment. This means they've very limited number of games and from there slowly add more games and keep on reinvesting what they've made out of the business. Now things were different as the competence is quite high. This had made casino business owners to be millionaires, only then they were able to stand against the leading platforms. The gambling industry have grown big over time, and the online gambling have given access for all levels of people to experience gambling.

This is actually situational because there are really places on the world or countries which had been banning all forms of gambling or simply been prohibited.

United Arab Emirates
Brunei
Cambodia
North Korea
Japan
Singapore
....
https://www.lawyer-monthly.com/2018/02/10-countries-where-gambling-is-completely-illegal/

It's somehow just publicity that these countries still have gambling as far as I know. Even China which bans gambling sets up a place for gamblers like Las Vegas. Cambodia has a lot of casinos and so is Singapore. What can be illegal today may not be illegal in a few decades.

They are doing this because they know people will still gamble in hiding. There is always a big guy somewhat above the law who will make money out of gambling. The government will be happy to accommodate them and tax the activity. And with online gambling, they can't stop it.

Online gambling have grown so big in a very short period of time, I believe that the Covid lockdown played a significant role in this success for online gambling platforms, now many new online gambling platforms are appearing, there are millions of people that are ready to signup today on an online gambling platform.

There needs to be a way for people to be educated about online gambling, because the more people get involved with online gambling, the more bad news we will hear, and many more people will become victims of their own choices.

A person who takes gambling seriously will develop some type of addiction and from there will begin to plan how to make a certain amount of money from gambling, so it's important not to take gambling seriously.

It's crazy to me that I've never seen a gambling platform warn players about gambling responsibly. It's not good for business, I guess.

According to the articles shared, sports betting will have the highest market gain in the next few years.
What do you think?

I have not really tested how massive the winnings of slot games can be, but speaking of sports, it's a game that a few people I know have gambled on and has made them some huge amounts of money like $10k, $5k, $3k, $1k, and $500, respectively. I myself am a fan of football, so I gamble more often on football, basket ball, and tennis. It makes me have a little win, although sometimes it's huge but not very huge. I think that casinos are expanding every day, as there are always new people that come into the gambling industry for gambling business. In the past five years, the gambling industry has not had the same volume of value that was recorded last year, and as the year keeps going by, that's how It will continue to grow.

I think gambling platforms have warned players to be able to gamble responsibly but many gamblers cannot do this and instead become greedy just to chase previous wins. This makes them addicted to gambling in the future because they don't make clear boundaries in gambling. We have seen many people who eventually get addicted to gambling, losing a lot of money and everything.

But if we can be responsible with gambling, we won't become addicted to gambling and won't lose much money either. We must realize that gambling is part of entertainment and nothing more.

Gambling also needs to do financial management. without doing management as you said, some gamblers will become greedy when they don't get the main win and use all their money for gambling bets. this will even harm themselves and make them even more addicted to continue gambling and want big wins.

Few of the beginners can be responsible with their gambling. just want instant wins and Jackpots that will never be obtained.

There are other gambling platform that has features that they will prevent addictions like you need to activate not sure what is the exact name of it but i think it was "responsible gambling" which if when you enable it there are algorithm that will stop your best or basically forced you to stop on that day, i know there are loop holes on it but still it is a good initiative from the platforms to try to hinder the addictions of a gambler, but if you are really addicted to it you will really find ways to counter it.

I don't understand why a casino would aim to get customers or gamblers from a certain class and why won't they aim to get gamblers from every class. A small casino would also want to have rich gamblers use their platform and getting them would obviously be their first priority since that brings in more profits and more opportunities for them to grow.

So what casinos basically want is people that have money with them, whether they are rich or poor or from the middle class, they don't care. All they need is someone sitting on a table or in front of a pc or having a smartphone, placing bets on one of the games, because that is what keeps their business running.

It's business, so they want to cater to as much patron as they can get, as long as you are in legal age you can play online and offline and that is the main reason why the market for gambling is so big right now because majority of the population are into it because of internet and mobile phones. Even those who are in middle to lower class, you can find them having 2 or even more cell phones to boot. So I wouldn't be surprise if that family is also into gambling as the proliferation is all over the world right now.

Cryptocurrencies are fast, more secure, and way cheaper in terms of fees and taxes, and most importantly, there is no one sitting at a computer watching you transact your money into the casino and then taking them out from there.
Today, crypto gambling has become more popular than fiat gambling. I think the main reason for this is the opportunity to gamble anonymously. Although KYC has been made mandatory on some platforms. But if anyone wants, he will have the opportunity to use his crypto safely. Moreover, transactions using crypto are very easy and 100% secure. And crypto gambling platforms are growing fast due to these few things. A gambler can benefit from all aspects of using crypto. The massive development of gambling platforms today is made possible by the use of this cryptocurrency.
