Yes, a friend told me about your site and that i should give it a try. Also he sent me the btc to try it. You cant prove that me as a person made more then 1 account on your site.

I don't buy you just open multiple Gmail accounts and use a VPN we can see the IPS dude just stop lying

Show me the login logs. And if me and my friend played from the same computer i will admit that you are right. Until then you are just scamming me.

The IP is not going to match because you are using a VPN if you look up these IPS on google they are reported as SPAM etc

You can see same behavior of changing ips

If you didnt clarify that 200% bonus applies per person.
Since opening several accounts is allowed, yes?
And you added extra steps to ensure a safety threshold

The bonus amount must be wagered 50 times before a withdrawal / payout.

The maximum bet allowed when using Bonus Money is five ($5) per bet.

The real question here is , how much did he deposit ? And how much bonus did you give him ? 100 ? 500 ? 1000 ?

We do have in our terms and conditions no multiple accounts he broke that rule to get again a 200% welcome bonus

The first time BCR312 won $1581 and we paid it we are happy to pay anyone who win fair and square

we paid BCR312 to bc1qd30hjnhkwqcpn36jf52gvencp9203a9sngt208 and he used that same wallet to fund a new account BCR316

Well in that case I guess it not so clear. But definitely a person who joins an online gambling site expects a ceratin degree of freedom to play with accounts and such.
Who doasent have several accounts on various websites?

My opinion is , if he is profited and brake rules then take his money. If he lost money atleast return some of it.

Like when Im going to register on some big shiny gambling site, the last thing on my mind is the administrator coming and taking the bonus money or anything like that.

Hi well yes but we all know online casinos don't like multiple accounts from the same person try to do the same thing on other sites and you would see they are going to also disable the account this is not new also in our terms and conditions is clearly state NO MULTIPLE ACOUNTS because we are KYC free.

He was also profitable with the second account

Here is the proof
thanks for this! quite rare to see a gambling site post the evidence they've got against a gambler accusing them of scam. sadly, I have a feeling OP will be more careful when trying to exploit gambling sites. I wouldn't be surprised if he registered again on your site but with an entirely different set of addresses to use.

Yes, sadly this was the only way we could really show all the members that we weren't lying, we are new and we don't want any drama on our site.

Bonus abuse is a big no-go for all online casinos. It's called a Welcome Bonus for a reason. They welcome you as a person the first time you arrive. They give you a 1st deposit bonus only the first time you deposit. A 2nd deposit bonus when you deposit a second time, etc. You can't be welcomed 10 times and receive 10 1st deposit bonuses. That's cheating and should be punished. A slap on the wrist isn't enough. That's just an invitation to try it again. Harsher punishments are needed.

Compare it to what happens on the streets.
If you drive a red light 100 km/h and the police give you a $20 ticket, you aren't going to take it seriously. When you lose your license for a few months and get a hefty fine, you'll be more careful next time.

You are the only scammer here, so better just shut up and stop embarrassing yourself anymore you cheating lying scumbag.
Everyone can see that you just wanted to get free money with abusing, cheating and using multiple accounts.

Many casinos are under attack of scammers like Cudy89, but please dont confuse them with normal bitcointalk members.

Well depends if the speed limit is over 100 km/h in that area. Then its just a red light not speeding.

I will generosly giving you a benefit of doubt that you're engaging on the topic and the metaphor given instead of replying out of topic. The situation that should be emphasized is not the 100kmh, speed limit, or red light, it's the giving a 20$ fine versus revoking your license.

If he gained profit, caught breaking the rules, and got his money confiscated, and then if he lose them he'll get refunded, it's like giving a slap on the wrist, or a 20$ fine by the analogy. Hell, I personally think it's giving him free candy for having an audacity. What you suggested, returning what's lost from his cheating, is like giving him encouragement to repeat the abusive behavior. What does he has to lose? He caught cheating and his lost money is being refunded. Treat him like that and he'll repeat it. Hence the license being revoked.

You understand now?

No, luckily not. I never had something as severe as that happen to me nor did I cause it and got away. Wink

Remember, it's traffic lights and crossroads. You don't drive at those speeds in those conditions. But enough with the traffic symbolism.
I think OP tried to cheat, and I don't buy his story that his "friend" sent him some BTC from the same casino and told him to play there. Whether or not his cheating attempt was financially worth it, doesn't matter. Hopefully it will be a wakeup call to play fairly from now on, or he will just change it up a bit and continue in the same way.

Here is the proof
You guys are lucky with this scammer. That was fortunate that you guys checked the wallet connection. Sometimes those scammers use more tricky ways. Just imagine he used a mixer and sent his coins to Betcrypto. Even if you have backlog data where you can detect multiple accounts, you wouldn't be able to publicly show such data to prove that you guys are not lying. Scammers often create scam accusations against casinos when they are guilty of cheating and abusing bonuses. They want the community in their favor. Unfortunately, many of us believe them, and they support their flag.

Casinos don't have a chance to prove their claims because they cannot reveal everything on the forum due to security reasons. If you reveal how you detect them, the same scammer will get back to you, bypassing the method you use to catch them. We often see players come up with made-up stories like their father, mother, sister, or brother playing on those casinos and not having multiple accounts. It's their parents and their friends. Good to see you guys handled this matter in a good way.
