You are the second person reporting the potential use of AL bots in their chat room and this is something that will not go down well with a lot of members here in the forum because we prefer to interact with full human representatives rather than seeing a hot making random replies.

yeah, it's sad to see a new website just adding a Chat Box to make their website look like many people playing there but they are just a BOT. just like you said it will be good if the chatbox just had real people chatting with support or other people.

I really do not commend any deposits yet as I see some sketchy activities on that casino plus OP Has  dissapeared upon officially opening the thread here. If you are to.make deposit,do that with funds you can afford to loose. I still have some doubt about this casino which I not really clear with. can you explain why it seems you implement a Chatbot that just chats with each other? because I have been watching the chat for 3~5 minutes and it's strange because I try to ask there but no one answer me but when I saw someone else ask there then instantly in a few seconds someone answer it.

Nice catch, I'm monitoring the chat for a minute and it seems that they are all bots as all of them are with the same username "*incognito*". Some of them even talk non senses thing such as "have you tried the other games in nowdice such as the sports betting?" Is this site having sports betting?   But most chat are about "good" feedback for the site. Anyway, I also say your message "hey" but no one answered your greeting  
If these incognito users in chat are all bots, high possibility that the users who are listed under the bets tab are all bots as well. Means that it can be fake users and fake bets to make the site looks active. Sorry to say but if it is true, it give really bad first impression already. One more important thing, is this game even provably fair?

What I can see here is a simple and proper interface for dice  Looks like you still have a lot of work to do, but personally, I don't like the UI, mostly blue, it makes it hard for me to distinguish, I think it should distribute the alternating white more reasonably

oh, it's really strange, when I choose to deposit, no payment form shows up, it's still loading with processing text, I have been waiting for a long time but nothing has changed, I think it might be a payment side problem.
