You can save or deposit your money in the bank but keeping money in the bank is not called investment. Because if you keep money in the bank there is no possibility of your money increasing or decreasing even though you will be given some interest monthly based on the money. But in the case of Bitcoin it is completely different investing in Bitcoin has the potential to grow as well as the potential to lose money. And we can consider Bitcoin as a good investment medium.  Investing in Bitcoins is wiser than keeping money in the bank because investing in Bitcoins has great potential for growth, although investing in Bitcoins is somewhat risky but risks must be taken to achieve success.

Its a hard choice cause first of all. Bitcoin is somehow an investment on my opinion and leaving your money on the bank isnt comparable on bitcoin as investment. Bitcoin is highly volatile and the risk associated with it is very high and has cosiderable tisk apetite while in bank its not that much. Why? Cause how often a fiat currency price move far or low beyond its price? Onlt the value of it changes based on inflation. So if you are planning to invest and want more. I think you knew which have more chance of winning.

I actually wouldn't mind having both, but with how much a bank can give you versus how much Bitcoin could give you in terms of profit, I'd rather take the risk and focus my money more on Bitcoin. Secondly, fiat is fast losing value. What you can earn from your bank investments could easily be made worthless by the inflation rate.

First, Banks aren't an investment platforms. Though some banks are being listed on stock exchanges, the bank itself isn't an investment platform, but they act as a storage of your money so that they can protect your money. That's the problem right now. Many people really thought that it would be better to put your money in the banks, and just let it stay there for the sake of safety, but little did they know that the value of their money is slowly going down because of inflation. They don't know this because of lack of financial literacy, and the banks are taking advantage of it.

Second, helped millions of people? Well, maybe some people got some help with the banks, but that's their to cover up what they really are doing. They are profiting on your own money thru lending it 10x (fractional reserve banking). Just imagine this. You're being fooled by the banks, you store your money there knowing that they can keep it safe, and on the other hand, they are lending out your money to other borrowers, and getting profit from it, while you the depositor loses money thru inflation. What a shame these banks are doing to most of the people out there.

Well, I guess old people are the ones who taught that putting your money in the banks is the way to go. For us new generation, putting it in the banks is a no-no (or at least for me). Even though I have this hate feeling for banks, I'm still using them right now as a storage of my emergency funds (kind of ironic).

If I would choose between the two, it would be Bitcoin. Higher upside returns, higher profit, and I'm happier instead of putting my money into banks where yes they are giving interest on a yearly basis, but the inflation is very high that it covers that interest, so in the end you lose some value of your money. Bitcoin is more risky, but I would take the risk because I know what I'm doing already.

There's no such investment in banks, you're only save your money and you pay them since they hold your money, that's. If you think bank deposit interest rate can grow your money and it's already cover the monthly fees, well it's true, but you also need to calculate the inflation rate in your country, which mean your interest rate is only used to pay the inflation rate, so you're not earn anything.

Bitcoin doesn't offer interest, it's Proof Of Work coin, not Proof Of Stake where you can use it to stake your coin and earn interest rate. Bitcoin is secure and not risky, as long as you can accept the risk.

I prefer to keep mine in Bitcoins because indirectly, it will be a long term investment that can pay off big. I've seen how to invest in a bank. It won't give us a big advantage even if we hope to get a small profit. It's a bit difficult.

Currently I cannot rely on the banking system.  Our country's banking systems have become very risky, banks are just cheating people, looting corruption is more in banks now. When it comes to savings, I would think of a bank or keeping money in a safe. But with bitcoin's volatility, I don't think it's appropriate to call it savings. So I usually don't like to compare banking and bitcoin. Furthermore, whether banking or bitcoin has its pros and cons, and my point is never to put all your assets in one place, never to put all your eggs in one basket. Diversity is something I always think about.
The money for investment I will deposit in bitcoin and the savings I will bank or keep in my safe. We need to diversify and allocate assets properly to both ensure safety and bring our best interests.

People who invest in bitcoin mostly hate banks, and they come to it because they hate the centralized system and the bank's control. It's because most of countries don't allow their citizens to use Bitcoin as currency, if Bitcoin is accepted as legal tender and all stores are accepting Bitcoin payment, I believe people will abandon fiat.

Ask yourself, you have a lot Bitcoin and no store accept Bitcoin payment, how you can buy foods and pay bills with Bitcoin? it's impossible, this mean you're forced to convert your coins to fiat.

I will prefer my money to be in BTC than bank because, investing in BTC will bring me massive profits when the price move higher in a way it will help me to improve financially in the society compared to bank that will be fighting for their interest and the end you will get small profit that cannot help you to recharge your phone. I will advise you to invest in BTC but let the price decrease down before you can invest and there is a reward you will get from the investment that will make you to always choose decentralized investment than centralized investment.

As Bitcoin is yet to recieve global adoptions and acceptance, we can't be done with the banks as we need them for our transaction in our business or purchasing of glocery and other business so we need both Bitcoin and banks for now. The banks shoudn't be used for investment since we have a better option with Bitcoin. Banks only make their partners rich and give us very small interest.

I received money from the bank because of my salary in my main job. I use the bank just like you, to collect the salary and money that I use to transact legally in my country. During this time I kept money in the bank as the main job salary. In fact, I am always charged every month. So there are no investments in profitable banks at the moment. Given the recent commotion about multiple banks collapsing that makes customer funds inaccessible and probably loss. I doubt Bitcoin is more risky than the bank. Bitcoin price grows on an astronomical level ever since it was created while banks is plummeting as the inflation rises since they are using fiat that has unlimited supply.

Bitcoin is only risky if you didn’t know how to hold during bear season but if you are just a solid holder. You wouldn’t even feel that risk since the price keeps growing long term. All activities related to finance are not free from risks. now our task is to find ways to minimize it all. meaning that we invest and save by having to be safe and comfortable.
