Well, the problem is - these addicted gamblers will not know that they are indeed a gambling addict while in the process. It would be later they realize they are excessively gambling out of their normal allocated time and budget. I agree, there's  the adrenaline rush that we can get once we continue to play and when we win there's this kind of feeling that we cannot stop. I felt that as well even now there will some time that I continue to play after I already withdraw my winning because I can't stop the feeling but I am still trying to stop this because I know in the long run it will not be a good thing for me.
