Yes I am with you here. I saw the game Galatasaray-Bayern Munich and if they repeat that game exactly like that a dozen of times, Galatasaray wins it 80% of the time I think. They had far superior chances and dominated the game really for 70 minutes, it was crazy to watch. But they defeated themselves because if you don't turn those opportunities into goals, it is almost inevitable to lose the game against Bayern Munich eventually. They could have had a lead of maybe 2-0 or on a lucky day 3-0. I think if they scored the first goal, Bayern Munich might have collapsed in that game.

Group A stats, Bayern Munich ranked first, Galatasaray sitting second, while Manchester United 4th and Copenhagen sits bottom with just a point. Galatasaray losing 3-1 at the Türk Telekom Stadı was pure humiliation, given their best performance but having unexpected results was not the plan. The Bavarians came prepared and deserved good points after netting three goals against the home team. Galatasaray failed to convert most of their chances to goals, they maintained constant pressure but netting goals against their visitors, was denied.

When I saw Manchester United's current position in the group, it baffled me a lot that Manchester's performance has declined to the point that it struggling to retain the fourth position and smaller clubs like Bayern Munich and the rest are pointing up their strong foot in this season,  I hope that what happened to Manchester United in the last season won't repeat itself in this season and also hoping that we may see a significant improvement from how the coach decide to use his new players to better position the club for the time ahead.

I know that the next round may be extremely difficult for Manchester United to be able to make some noticeable significant results if they fail to make that record in the current rounds,  it's easier to build up points at that early stage of the premier league than when the league have gone far.

Bayern and Galatasaray doesn't have much much record in the past, most likely none but the recent match they just played was awesome. Galatasaray display maturity but their dominant cam around the end of the match which was already late to make good use of the chances but I think the reason why the game change was because Bayern already had their way into their net and since it was Galatasaray home game, I expect them to react that way to try to cover for shame that will happen after the match, they should have done so in the beginning of the match and not towards the ending.

I have a slightly different opinion from yours. I believe that PSG and Newcastle will be the next two teams to advance. You are not the only one who doubt the future of Man United in UCL this season. Man United only won 1 match from 3 matches, they got 2 losses. When they were defeated by Bayern Munich, it can be understandable. But it doesn't make sense when they were defeated by Galatasaray, too. In the latest match, Man United also only could win with a single goal against Copenhagen. Man United performance looks very unconvincingly. They are experiencing a a serious problem.

However, it is not impossible that Man United can improve their performance. I still expect that Man United can qualify for the next round. I think Man United is possible to finish as the runner up of Group A.
