There's nothing wrong with making another club your favorite because that's your right to place your hopes on it. I would say PSG's main strength this  season is that they have an  experienced coach like Luis Enrique. So  despite having a mediocre squad, PSG team's performance is quite good. However  PSG's performance in the  Champions League has been erratic. And whether they can qualify for the round of 16 is not certain.

Now the PSG  team is in a good rhythm. They have been  able to continue their good performance  consistently in Ligue 1 matches. PSG will play against Newcastle and Dortmund in the next  two Champions League matches.  A win at home against Newcastle  would almost guarantee PSG qualification for the knockout rounds. But I  don't consider this team as favorite for Champions  League title. The team is completely dependent on Mbappe's performance.
