This image literally reminds the frustration of Pep Guradiola in one of his games and today we saw that same reaction from Mikel Arteta. I want to say that both teams played so well in the game. The game was not one sided, the press came from Chelsea and Arsenal and i rarely could predict who will win the game even while watching it. Although my guess was right in the end. A very fair result for the two derby teams sharing the points. But more advantage to Chelsea as they will be in the third position above Arsenal in 4th because of goal difference.

The exciting game was shown by both teams by sharing points already considering the intensity of the attacks was very balanced. Many opportunities failed to be made into goals especially in the final minutes, Chelsea held a draw and this 1 point put them in 3rd place in the standings at least having an advantage in the number of goals from Arsenal.

Chelsea is also an interesting team, they drew in today's and last week's matches this season. They are not in a bad place in the league standings, and they blocked Arsenal's path with today's match result. While Manchester City lost points, it was a match Arsenal should have won, but I can say that I am not surprised that they lost points.

One of the most Interesting matches of today, both Arsenal and Chelsea men were superb in their performance and they showed equal strength which led to both teams locking of horns at the end of the game. Neto did increadibly well on the side of Chelsea, whereas Havatz was fantastic with his performance on the Arsenal side getting the first goal which was countws as offside and later got the account opening goal which put them lead until the equalising goal from Neto.

Things are not looking good for Pep Guardiola. This was Man City's 4th loss in a row.
It started with an EFL cup loss to Tottenham (2-1), followed by a league game loss to Bournemouth (2-1), then came the loss in the Champions League to Sporting (4-1) and now the loss to Brighton (2-1).
This is not what you would expect from a team that is considered to be one of (if not the) best in the world. We can't blame it entirely on bad luck. I wouldn't say they play badly, but something's not quite clicking in that team recently. I'm not sure what it is though, but hopefully Guardiola would be able to make necessary adjustments and will fix that.

City's next game is against Tottenham. They'll have a chance to take revenge for that EFL cup loss. Hopefully the home advantage will help them to break that losing streak.

City are experiencing a tough time due to injuries, that doesn’t mean that they are out of the title race. So far, only Liverpool have taken advantage of the situation plaguing Manchester City. Arsenal are also facing their own challenges with injuries and recoveries which leaves only Liverpool and Chelsea with the possibility of moving forward in the league. Arne Slot looks good but I doubt he can win the Premier League at his first go.

Thanks to Arne Slot's incredible tactical approaches and managerial style, Liverpool have been the best performing team in the English Premier League this season. I love the fact that Liverpool are taking full advantages of Manchester City shortcomings this season and leading the table and if you ask me, I think the Merseyside club is very likely to win the English top flight this season.
The other top big clubs in the league are also experiencing poor start to the season and if Liverpool can continue to get impressive results from their games, then I think they'll continue to extend their lead at the top of the league table.

I was thinking that Liverpool will not be a serious force to reckon with this season but seeing how that have manage to remain relevant in both their premiership and champions league makes me believe they will likely go home with one or both of those trophies; it is a possibility and the chances are high. At the moment, the clubs that would have been a threat to them like Manchester City and Arsenal are both struggling with one problem or the other. Although the season is still very long but there is the possibilities that Liverpool will win the league. They have been able to win certain matches we expected them to lose like the one against Brighton.

I was thinking the same thing, it was expected that Liverpool would struggle post Jürgen Klopp. I didn’t expect Arne Slot to adapt to the Premier League so quickly and take charge of the log. The Premier League is not a easy league to play in and most managers take a season or two before they getting the hang of it. In my opinion, Liverpool should focus on one competition if they want to increase their chances of winning any silverware this season. I would be very impressed if Arne Slot wins a trophy in his first season for Liverpool.

I also concur that the probability of a team becoming a champion seems to be increasing, while the power teams will stand to benefit if there are no issues of hurting of their key players. In regards too to Manchester United, despite the number of triumphs that the team has, more is required to lift the spirits and accomplishments of the club. There is always cause for acknowledging, especially when consecutive wins and supply of excellent displaying in each match brings us back to the right track of the actual glories.

Manchester United started to recover after Erik Ten Hag left the team.Manchester United hosted Leicester City at home and defeated their opponent 3-0 and managed to get 3 points.They didn't play very well but I think they are slowly showing signs of recovery.They will want to finish the league at least in the top 5.

I think MU played well last night, Their movement looked freely to find a defender gap, especially Amad Diallo who has several times threatened on the penalty box. he seems to have found how to improve his performance. Because in the last 2 matches, he shows if he's a player who deserves to be a starter. he was also good at assisting ball to Bruno when he faced a Leicester defender last night, His assist with his back foot was very deceptive and pretty classy. But, because he is still young, so he is quite selfish to give an assist to Rushford when he is not guarding Leicester City in the last minute 1st half.

But, all performances MU last night, showed us if they are coming back on the track.

Yes both teams played well but both teams wasted their chances. If you watched the match, you must know how many times Arsenal had very good chances but failed to score.
And Chelsea had a quick counter-attack but there were some players who were a little selfish not wanting to pass the ball to other players immediately and ended up failing. Several times Palmer had an empty space but other players like Jackson didn't want to give the ball to Palmer and wanted to execute the ball to score but that was a bad thing.
Seeing the picture, Arteta was actually really disappointed because it was the last chance in the last minute but failed to score.

It is always fun to see Mikel Arteta’s performance on the sidelines. He is always doing something that gets talked about after the game, if Arsenal are losing you can expect Arteta to leave his technical area lol. Taking Manchester United off? The recent victories they've had are not good enough though to see them into the top four. They have to win the next fixtures in this month and in the month of December.
Take a good look at the point gap and I feel like even if they're not so food, they can still sit amongst the first four clubs from now to.the end of this year. As a United Stan, I will.not want to see my arch rivals ( Liverpool )win the Premier League competition.

Manchester United has entered a new era, they are winning games convincingly. Imagine where the club would have been if they had fired Erik Ten Hag at the end of last season. Funny how Ruud van Nistelrooy had the same players as Erik Ten Hag but United all of a sudden are looking like they have a fire in them to win games. The players we thought were bad are actually doing better under Ruud. If Ruben Amorim can keep the momentum going, Manchester United may finish in a good spot this season.

Manchester United may be starting to return to good form. Manchester United have gone undefeated in the number of matches they have played since the sacking of their former manager and it was Manchester United's first Premier League match after the new manager took over and here they came away with a big win. As a Manchester United fan I am certainly happy for such a performance from Manchester United. But their great performance is not over yet. Since they had a poor performance at the beginning of the season, they need to perform well from now on and maintain the consistency of this good performance so that at the end of the day they can be in a good position in the Premier League points table.

i have seen lots of posts and takes concerning liverpool and their blistering start to the current premier league campaign and also noticed that all the praises sung has been about Slot and rightfully so,but lets not also forget to give jurgen klopp his own share of praise cause this is still a team almost completely in his image.the playing style might have been tweaked a little but they still almost play like klopps liverpool.klopp might be gone but he left a very functional team for his successor to take over and although slott should be praised for exceeding expectations some praises should also be reserved for klopp.

Edu Gaspar's resignation happened a week ago. Nothing has happened to Arsenal after he left so far. I think his resignation is good for Arsenal. He joined Arsenal in 2019. He spent 800 million to sign new players. yet, Arsenal still struggles to win major trophies.

There's nothing to feel regret from missed Gaspar. i believe he has already found a plan that clicked with his future. Just let him go.

I did not have the opportunity of watching the last night game, but from the highlights I later watched, and all I've read online about the match. It's no-brainer that Manchester united is coming back on track again, the new coach is doing an incredible job in seeing that the players are all and always at their best when on the pitch, it's commendable though.

But like I was saying on the other thread, it's too early to jump into any conclusions, lets what them play a few more games and see if they will still maintain a good performance, specially with the tougher clubs like Liverpool who are currently leading the premier league table,  Manchester city, Arsenal and the likes, Manchester united beating all of this clubs or perhaps, holding them to a draw indeed will show that they are back on track again.

By the way, it is interesting to see the total points on EPL standings. Specifically the total points of the teams in 3rd place to 9th place. Their total points are 19-18 points which enables for the change in their positions at any time. This also indicates that EPL is very competitive, the EPL teams have quite equal strength.

What is certain is that this season every team is developing rapidly, not only giant teams like Chelsea who have risen from the slump but Nottingham Forest, Brighton, and Aston Villa have shown that they can also challenge giant teams. Man City existence is in a threatened situation if they continue to lose points. As for Liverpool the 2024/2025 season is theirs in the Premier League.

I don't think Arsenal's inability to defeat Chelsea have anything to do with the resignation of Edu Gasper, enough of the blame game. Arsenal played so well and if not that their first goal was disallowed as offside, they would have probably won the match. Although Chelsea had more shots on goal because Palmer was definitely on fire yesterday. I think what is happening with Arsenal is normal for them, they always have a period they start declining, just that it came so early this season unlike other seasons that they would have still been pushing to win the title by this time.
