After Man City's 4-1 win over Dortmund yesterday, Erling Haaland broke a new Champions League record. He's now the first player in history to score in five consecutive Champions League matches for three different teams. He has done so for RB Salzburg and Borussia Dortmund and repeated that yesterday for Man City.
But enough about obscure records, Man City played a really good game, both offensively and defensively, controlled the situation on the pitch, and earned a well-deserved 3 points, which places them in 4th place in the UCL table.

In another UCL game played by English clubs yesterday, Newcastle defeated Athletic Bilbao 2-0, and Chelsea, despite taking an early lead, only drew 2-2 against Azerbaijani Qarabag.
Not the best performance by Chelsea, but they shouldn't have any problems advancing to the play-off stage.

Gradually I think Pep Guardiola and his Manchester City team are coming back better hopefully we see them put performances like this into consistency and we will say they are fully back. Having Halaand on this great form you can actually win any team any game they want. Good game by Thomas Tottenham, they are one of the clubs who I don’t actually rate that high regardless of what they do due to their lack of consistency,.

As for the Chelsea game it was really poor that I would say it was the world champions that should be happy to take a point off this game because Qarabag deserved to win if they had been more clinical

Arsenal will have to keep up with their good performance, any slight mistake from Arsenal, I won’t be surprise that Manchester City will be taking the first position from Arsenal. I was thinking maybe Liverpool will be winning the premier league this season, but their performance has been so poor, even weak teams are winning Liverpool easily, and if Liverpool cant improve their defense, I don’t think their performance will improve so much.

I've seen that many people are rooting for Arsenal, and it wouldn't be bad if they could make a real effort and win this Premier League But as you say, I also see City doing very well now, despite having gone through some very bad times. Regarding Liverpool, I don't understand it, it's something that impresses me They're the defending champions and they're not showing anything They're really playing very badly, especially their defense. I think that the departure of TAA and Luchito dismantled them.

It's no surprise that this Norwegian striker is a deadly goal machine for opposing defenses, making his goal-scoring consistency undeniable. In the match against Borussia Dortmund, Erling Haaland's former club before his move to Manchester City, Haaland scored a goal that led Manchester City to a landslide victory. What was particularly impressive was Foden's performance, scoring two goals, one in the first half and one in the second.

It's good to get humble, there was nothing Manchester City and their coach didn't do all the season they lifted the Premier League, Haaland is always rude, there was a time he became an object Arsenal don't want to see for disrespecting Micheal Arteta, it's going to be a wonderful payback if only Arsenal can win this season trophy and then recreate that thing he did last 2 seasons, this shows that nothing last forever because they are still trying to look for form.

I don't know exact place wher  Chelsea belongs to this season but they are better than Manchester united. The opportunity they had this season, if Manchester United had the same opportunity like Chelsea, they would have flip this coin and either be at Manchester City back or following Arsenal. It's not like Manchester United don't want to it's just looking like they don't have the opportunity to do that anymore, if Chelsea can allow United to have their players, you are going to see wonders.

It good you acknowledged that Arsenal would need to win the trophy before they could get their revenge on Manchester City, and I'm pretty sure they careless about any revenge at this point cause their major focus would be on maintaining consistency for a very longer match weeks so they'll be at more advantage to winning the league and in a safe position when other bigger teams gets back in form and try to close the gap.

  They've really impressed me this season and I hope their good effort gets rewarded with a trophy at the end of the season, as for Chelsea I don't know if I'll blame the manager or players but I just hope they try to be consistent too and maintain a top four position  since I'm not very sure of winning the trophy this season, I don't think they're there yet.

Chelsea's opponent in the 4th Champions League match is the weakest compared to Manchester City and Newcastle United. However, Chelsea is the only team that has been unable to win the match. Chelsea's performance is still inconsistent, sometimes good and sometimes bad. Therefore, many Chelsea fans want their coach, Enzo Maresca, to be replaced, and this issue is still strongly affecting the Chelsea team. If the poor results continue, it is not impossible that Enzo Maresca will be fired.

Honestly speaking, too much dependence on a single player is not good, since it makes the team very easy to tamed, but the question here is that who will have a clinical striker like Erling halaand and not depends on his goals?

The guy is really good bro, and all top teams has that one player that has the capacity to win games single handedly, so pep guardiola depending on the goals of Erling halaand is actually not a new thing in the world of football. If he is not available or no longer their, they will adapt and seek for solutions, but since he is present for now, it's not a crime to depend heavily on him because he is earning quite a lot at Manchester city, but he is worth every penny that is being spent on his high salary.

I'm more like team Liverpool now. At least I don't wait for them to lose although I know how difficult this match is.    Because they looked better in their last 2 fixtures. They won by not conceding which is the biggest improvement.

Arne Slot will need to focus on defending Haaland strongly. He just scores in almost every match this season. If they defend well then they can secure some points at Etihad.

Liverpool performed better in their last two games, but their game against City is not gonna be an easy game. Their wins in the last two games don't guarantee their win against City caused by they will fight tougher opponent who is returning back to the right way.
I'd like to see City to beat them caused by three points really needed in order to catch up Arsenal in the trophy competition.

Manchester City is gradually getting back to the Manchester City that we use to know in the past because, this last weekend they won by 3:1 and winning convincingly by 4:1 against a team like Dortmund is a good one am really impressed by the performance of city this night because I was expecting a tough game from Manchester City because Dortmund is one team that is not a small team when it comes to the champions League.


Seven goals in two matches is a prove that Manchester City is getting back to what they used to be in the last Three seasons ago. Let's see how Manchester City will fare in the rest of the season especially in the premier League because, they have not been that fantastic this season.

Manchester City are still battling with inconsistency this season, and i will not allow Manchester City last 2 matches results make me believe Manchester City are gradually getting back to the Manchester City we knew in the past 5 seasons because this is not the first time Manchester City won their matches with plenty of goals. I will wait till Manchester City play 18 Premier League matches this season, and if they win most of their matches and remain in a good position, then i will agree with you that Manchester City are gradually getting back to the Manchester City that won the treble.

 you are saying the truth, Arsenal is really big on their momentum as we speak and if they can just continue to remain consistent with the level at which they are going they might actually pull it off this season because the Manchester City guys are very smart guys and they are one team in which you cannot relax around because if there is one very good thing they know.how to do is how they can easily bounce back even after a rough patch. I wanted to mention few things about Liverpool but they are not on top of their form right now and need to work hard to be able to regain their past glory which look fainted now.

Arsenal really have a lot to do because the reason why they are not seeing much challenges now is because the top teams are struggling to locate their best form and they are gradually coming up. Despite their point gap against Manchester City I don't feel comfortable for them because with the Way Manchester City are coming up now they are unstoppable, my fear with their performance is that, they are used to this kind of behaviour especially against Arsenal, they normally come from behind and overtake Arsenal but for this season I think it will be very difficult to do that this time around. I will be very happy for Arsenal to win this trophy this season.

Manchester City against Liverpool is one of that kind of games were you can bet and feel confident and have good odds backing a big team, the main problem is in reality you are in a 50/50 best case scenario, but well is gonna be fun to see which team ends up winning, for me Manchester City can win this one since Liverpool is not in his best shape despite winning against Real Madrid for Champions.

This is definitely the star match of week 11 and it's also very difficult to predict who will win the match. I will definitely avoid it while placing my bet or will just go for goals. Manchester City seems to be finding some form lately and Haaland is in a fine scoring form too, while Liverpool on the other hand has had a ups and down period lately, although they won against Real Madrid in the Champions league, but I still don't think they are back to their best form yet. This is a big game and as I mentioned is very difficult to predict and they are also both title contenders and will not want to loses more ground on Arsenal,  so this will make this a very competitive and interesting match to watch.

Arsenal have an away game against Sunderland tomorrow. Do you think this will be a game they will lose points? They are having their best season in the recent years so it makes it harder to believe they would get a bad result in this game either.  

Sunderland have just promoted to the Premier League but they are in top 4 after 10 weeks. That's absolutely impressive! But I don't think they will be able to resist Arsenal for 90 minutes long. When it comes to scoring, their job is difficult again considering how strong Arsenal's defense is.

It's a decent bet (although I'm certainly rooting for a draw to further extend Arsenal's lead), as a City win is priced at 1.94, while BTTS is at 1.46. Essentially, there's a small premium for a "multiple bet" within a single game. It's actually hard to imagine Liverpool losing without scoring a single goal, so if you believe City will win, this is a very good bet. I don't think City are good enough to continue their winning streak, especially when Liverpool are their next opponent, so I wouldn't make that bet.
