I don’t understand why people are simply stretching this award since Amorim wins, I don’t understand why this Arteta is even be pushed ahead for the trophy, many are making it to look like he was robbed but he wasn’t because the winner has stats that is same with his and therefore made he too a qualified winner. Also people need to understand that it is a voting system and Manchester United have more fans base than Arsenal so that alone tells why he won it ahead of Arteta,

Liverpool Again were brutally defeated yet again by Manchester City it was another poor performance by the Reds and this takes them further away form the tittle, 8 points gap now between them and Arsenal, I think slot needs to find solution to his team back fast or he might be put into pressure too if they continue

To be fair, Manchester United performance have improved this past couple of weeks. The players are giving their all to the team but Amorim’s poor discussions and substitution choices is what’s holding this team back. I don’t understand how he won Manager of the month over Mikel Arteta.

Amorin is worthy of the coach of the month title for October. With Manchester United's performance soaring and them being undefeated with 3 consecutive wins, and Manchester United's performance being more impressive than Arsenal's, who have been very consistent since the first match of the season, and with the goal difference between Arsenal and Manchester United being better and higher for Manchester United (Manchester United +5 compared to Arsenal +4.

To make matters worse, Liverpool made good signings for the attack, but the players in that position simply aren't scoring goals. Since Liverpool sold some of their best strikers, this has condemned the team to failure. This isn't the manager's fault; it's just bad luck. Something similar happened to Manchester City when they declined. So I believe that in the next transfer window the manager will correct this.

Yeah I agree. You pointed out the key areas where Liverpool are lacking but I wouldn’t dumb it down to bad luck. I think Arne Slot has to take the responsibility for the signings he made and how he’s playing them in the team. Liverpool fans won’t admit it but I’m sure they miss TAA today with the way Doku was running circles around Bradley.

So, Liverpool team hasn't got any better. I was shocked when I returned home to see on the TV that Manchester city totally humiliated Liverpool even without a red card. When I saw the score line, I thought that a Liverpool player was actually red carded but it wasn't so.

What is actually wrong with Liverpool and when are they going to recover. This is actually a big blow. Just look at Liverpool that started in a good note more than every other team this season. They are now very bad. It's just unfortunate and saddening.

That was expected, they used all their weapons against Real Madrid and forgot that there was Manchester City over the weekend  
Honestly, Liverpool have been far from consistent this season and might continue being like that till it ends

Things seem to be shaping up quite nicely, now. Do you now believe the Title Race might once again be between Manchester City and Arsenal? I do hope this time round, Arsenal do not slip up like they did before.

What a disappointing performance from Liverpool though I was expecting this win from Manchester City but not with this margin like Manchester City took it upon themselves and actually took it personal also hmm despite Liverpool's position in the league table now trust me they are going no where, I think they should just focus more on the UEFA Champions League that they're quite doing well let it don't be that their attention will be divided because there's absolutely nothing for them in the English premier League this season even the top four spot I don't think they can.

I also think so because it shouldn't have been ruled offside, but sometimes refereeing decisions are hard to believe, and the goal further demotivated the Liverpool players, making them play even worse. Pep Guardiola is truly astute in exploring Liverpool's weaknesses, so we can see how one Doku can trouble the Liverpool defense. Manchester City's performance was quite impressive, and I saw this team as nearly perfect in that match. Although I had previously predicted a draw, Manchester City completely destroyed Liverpool, as we saw Arne Slot's men struggle to keep up with Manchester City play.

Great game for Doku and Man City's midfielders dominated the middle throughout the entire game. Haaland can't stop scoring, while Liverpool doesn't have a central striker showing similar performance. Ekitike and Isak are a huge disappointment. Florian Wirtz got ridiculed by Manchester City fans. Salah seems pretty much done with Liverpool. This is yet another match, where he was neutralized by the defenders.
Maybe Manchester City is ready to return as a big competitor for winning the Premier League. Arsenal is showing a mediocre performance, despite being at the top of the ranking.

Yes Manchester United have improved, we can agree on that for sure. As for who deserved to be manager of the month I still think Mikel Arteta should have won the award. Manchester United may have scored more goals but is that really more important than keeping a clean sheet? The only thing I can think of is United winning Liverpool at home, it was a record for Amorim because United haven’t won Liverpool at Anfield in almost a decade but then again Liverpool was on a losing streak at that time.

Good to see this response coming from the Gunners. Not that we need your validations, but it feels great to read some good comments and feedbacks like this. The photos explains everything why Ruben Amorim deserves it more. Maybe they didn't pay attention to the cleans but the sides faced likewise goal difference gathered. After being able to restore a little confidence when playing well and defeating Real Madrid in the Champions League, they now have to lose with a fairly heavy score after Manchester City finished them off with a score of 3 goals without reply. This is not just a defeat, because they also cannot create many opportunities.

You are right, the players Liverpool brought in at the beginning of this season have not been able to show anything good and contribute to the game from Liverpool. The defense side that they should pay attention to has also not been able to work well until now so they are very easy to concede.

You need to watch the replay of the match so that you can see for yourself how Liverpool was beaten hands down with able to score a single goal. I think this is more than being humiliated because their was no reverse attack to score which was disappointing how the Liverpool team has fallen to this extend. I hope to see improvement in their next matches.

You are right to an extent that his plan worked out because they won, but I don't feel that much that their winning was about plan, what makes them won the game convincingly was that they wanted it more, they won almost all the second ball in the game, and were even more better in possession, so they were all round better than Liverpool yesterday.

Maybe Manchester City is ready to return as a big competitor for winning the Premier League.

With their performance so far, without a doubt they are now a top contender for the title.

Arsenal is showing a mediocre performance, despite being at the top of the ranking.

I wouldn't say that for now, because it's too early to put it that way, I just think that their game against Sunderland is one of those hard days with a buggy team, no need to look too much into it.

Honestly I totally agree wit you, No one would have predicted the league to be like this a couple of weeks back, Liverpool are opposite of themselves right now and that had raise a few eye browns. The big question remains what exactly is going wrong, the quality is there, almost the squad that turn the league apart last season, for sure they lost a couple of players but they replaced them perfectly. Well I think maybe Slot is not exactly good as we all think he was. Having his squad and not being able to come up with solutions, that unacceptable.

After match week 11 arsenal ramains favorites to win the league, though they draw against sunderland have put them in a very bad position and it look like they would have to fight very hard from now if they want to win the league.

Big actions coming after international break and I bet the table would in a very different shape before the next international break.

Arsenal's drawing with Sunderland was a help for Manchester City to get closer this week. However if we look at the big picture, I would still say Arsenal are clear favourites for the title. Let's see... There is still a long way ahead.

Yeah I was also not satisfied with their effort anyway even though they were able to win games one by one at the beginning. Because if you watched those ones you must already know that they were winning by last minute goals or so generally. 

After a while this problem got bigger and here we are now! Arne Slot must still have some credit left from his last season title in the league. But I still can't be sure whether the board would keep him if Liverpool finish the league at a bad position like out of top 4.

Liverpool F.C. has suffered a series of defeats in their last few Premier League matches. A 1-0 win against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League failed to lift the team's morale. Liverpool played well in Matchday 11 of the Premier League last night, but failed to contain Erling Haaland's attack at the Etihad Stadium. Manchester City F.C. put in a brilliant performance in front of thousands of fans. Arne Slot must be able to combine the potential of Hugo Ekitiké with Alexander Isak to truly capitalize on their potential to win matches and maintain their current position in the standings. I've seen Liverpool's midfielders become the mainstays in scoring goals in several matches.

What else would he explain if not that this team is in a downtime. They are underperforming for now and thats it. They will definitely come out of it, but we don't know yet. Every team goes through it sometimes. Manchester city suffered it too all through out last season, and gradually, they are snapping out of it. It took them time, but certainly they are coming out.

I think only things can be done now. One which is the board has to give Ane Slot time. He needs time to do better. And on the other hand, if they can't give him time, then sack and bring in someone else. That's just it.

But I would suggest they give him time. Maybe, they would come back faster than Manchester city lasted.

First off, I want to say a big congratulations to Pep Guardiola for winning his 1000th game with Manchester City, I believe his players did it for him to make him proud of himself for reaching that milestone and being successful along the way, it's not easy and not all coaches can achieve what Pep Guardiola has achieved all through his stay in the league.

 It was a real humiliation indeed and I'm beginning to doubt  if Slot would be able to defend the title, this is the second time he's losing to a team in Manchester and it's not something the fans would be happy about cause of the strong rivalry against teams from that side, it's very disappointing and Slot has to fix things quickly.
