While Chelsea led 0 - 1 over Burnley in the first half, Neto header opened the scoring. Burnley defense made things difficult for Chelsea, who failed to capitalize on several opportunities. However Chelsea dominated the game overall and needed additional goals in the second half to secure the win, as Burnley counterattacks could have led to goals. 

It seems that Chelsea is going to have more goals to their name. Burnley defence did their best but there was only 1 man throttling at the front. Chelsea clearly dominated the match as expected and if Burnley has refused to be clinical this second half, Chelsea is going to get more goals of of them as expected.

City being favourites is not a surprise, they are the better team and they are going for the title. Doesn't mean City will win, doesn't even mean City will get the title, it just means they have a lot more to lose if they do not get the win here. Newcastle on the other hand looks like not a great team already, and if they lose, it would be expected result for them and nobody will question why they lost, because we all know that they would lose, that is what is expected from this game.

City has a lot more to lose in this game, so they will play a lot better than Newcastle. Another point, unless Newcastle starts to change in this game suddenly, we are seeing a team that is doing terrible, so everyone expects them to be terrible again.

Newcastle is already in dire straits, and we've all seen their performance in recent weeks. There's no way they'll earn a point against a strong team like City, so this match is one of the best options for betting. I think City will win this match quite easily and continue to sprint ahead of Arsenal.

Chelsea also started the match well, scoring in the first half against Burnley, so they're likely to pick up three points as well

The game lack action both teams create less chances in the first half, but the quality of players in the Chelsea risk makes the difference, a brilliant cross from Jamie gittens that find the head of Pedro Neto was enough to find the back of the net and give Chelsea the lead before half times mark, we expect to see a better performance from both teams,

Chelsea dominated the first half but they need to be more careful with the way they allow their midfield to be dominated by Burnley. They really need to do more this second half, Burnley shouldn't be a team to give them much troubles winning. They need the whole 3 points from this match and more goals too to their name. I don't like the substitution Maresca just did by removing James and putting Badshille. It's obvious he's up for a defensive game. I think the person who should go off is E. Fernandez. Anyways let's watch how the rest of the match goes.

Chelsea are indeed quite difficult to attack, from several opportunities there are only two that lead to Dubravka so far, indicating that Burnley has a fairly solid defense to hold Chelsea, although in the end it can still be pressed and Chelsea get the opening goal in the first half.

This second half looks much more difficult as it is, I'm afraid it will end in a draw, where Burnley can keep up with Chelsea, this will be a perfect failure for me.

Chelsea are only lucky in this first half that the Burnley strikers lacks creativity, else they would've been down by a goal. Those two clear chances attributed by their carelessness isn't worth it. E. Fernandez impact isn't felt in the match at all, more like he's still feeling the impact of his knee injury and so the Chelsea midfield is far from working. A. Santos is doing very fine defensively for a midfielder but Enzo ineffectiveness is weakening the midfield and hence they're only relying on the wingers to move the ball forward. I also feel that Garnacho should be introduced so that the left wing would come alive to some extent. Gittens isn't giving the defenders much pressure there that can allow the center to open up and get penetrated. It's still Chelsea leading by a goal, I hope they do better in the second half.

No doubt Burnley have had some nice opportunities which they failed to convert to goals, so I agree with you that luck was on the side of the Blues. But that does not mean that Chelsea does not deserve the current score of the match because they dominated the match as the match statistics can confirm. They also scored a very clean goal that may even serve as the best goal of the week, so Chelsea are doing well. I don't just like the fact that they could only score one goal in this match when time have gone to 80 minutes, any mistake will make the match slide into a draw.

The match is still the same from 37 minutes when the goal was scored, both teams are unable to score another. Time is already elapsing and your prediction of 2-1 is not likely to happen, Burnley has made very less shots on target while Chelsea have more than them, either the scores ends like this or Burnley in the last minutes score 1 to make the match a tie.

There is often a situation where the first goal in the 80' minute is not a safe situation for the Chelsea scorer, even if the ball slips it can end in a draw, situations like that happen very often in the football league.

Almost into the 90th minute Burnley had not seen anything meaningful, this was most likely a match between Burnley vs. Chelsea will end 0-1 but we'll see the final result, I'm also worried because I put the score on Chelsea, hopefully I don't draw and I'm lucky.

Yes, Chelsea scored a goal in the 90+ minute so 0-2 Chelsea won by 2 scores, safe, There's no doubt Chelsea can be applauded.

The first half of the match has ended with Chelsea leading 1-0 against Burnley. Despite Chelsea dominating the match, the result does not do Chelsea justice. Burnley's defence is challenging Chelsea and trying to break them down with counter-attacks.

However, Burnley were unsuccessful in their attempts and were trailing 1-0 in the first half. The second half will not be easy for Chelsea, I always like counter-attacks, even against Chelsea.

Finally the match ended in a victory, Chelsea won against bunley 0-2. The match was quite tough for me Chelsea because bunley defense was strong,so the goals we wasn't scored easily. I am also impressed to see that Chelsea are moving forward without Cole palmer. Chelsea must not depends on Cole Palmer before they will win against any team. However, bunley has a poor Form this season,so I was expecting  Chelsea to score more than two goals against them.

The close total goals of this match is predictable after they started because Burnley was playing backward and Kyle Walker and his defense didn't want to see Chelsea doing there canter attack, that is why Chelsea will be in possession on normal corners of the pitch but doesn't hold it long on the presence of Burnley defenders, but Chelsea navigation was good and the match was completed in 2:0. Do to how I like there table I had to see were there winning has moved them to and I saw Chelsea is the second but at the end of today they might not be the second but the third because Manchester City is going to be there.

Chelsea winning by 2 goals is a great start for the Premier League after the International break.
Hopefully this will have the other top teams to do the same as there are still Liverpool and Manchester City left to play for today. So they should match the blues performance on the pitch too.
That is if their players can stay healthy through out the match and not get injured.

Finally the match ended in a victory, Chelsea won against bunley 0-2. The match was quite tough for me Chelsea because bunley defense was strong,so the goals we wasn't scored easily. I am also impressed to see that Chelsea are moving forward without Cole palmer. Chelsea must not depends on Cole Palmer before they will win against any team. However, bunley has a poor Form this season,so I was expecting  Chelsea to score more than two goals against them.

In the end we saw Chelsea win 2- 0. Enzo was able to score in the last minute of the match. After the international break we saw Chelsea perform quite well. The overall performance of the team was stable. The second place in the points table  is now occupied by chelsea. If Manchester city cannot win their next match, the second place in the table will be occupied by Chelsea.

But for chelsea, their next  two matches are very important. They will face Barcelona in the champions league. And in the Premier League, Chelsea will play against arsena l, who are at the top of the  table. Both matches are very important for chelsea. If chelsea wants to fight for the Premier League title, they have to win against Arsenal.

All thanks to Enzo Fernandez for still making my ticket running, I had picked Chelsea to win and ov 1.5 in my ticket and after the first goal before first half, I was relieved and thinking that in the second half more goals would come. My anxiety started again when the game was still at that 1 - 0 and time was fast running. When the goal came in, I was so relieved and happy.

I'm so happy too, they won it effortlessly as expected, Burnley players didn't stand a chance cause Chelsea really dominate althrough, it's so nice to come back stronger from the international break and I love that the defence was solid, we didn't make silly errors that would ruin the cleansheet. Those younger players were impressive, from their performance you can tell that they're really improving I just hope they maintain it till all our key players are back.

 Seems Enzo couldn't wait to recover from injury, he's one player I love so much cause he always stands out when he's needed mostly, nice to see him add to the score sheet, that second goal was really need to seal the victory it helped weakened the morale of Burnley players  and they couldn't use the late minutes of the match to their advantage.

The score increased in the 88th minute, Chelsea added points to 2-0, this match was quite exciting, Enzo Fernandes added another goal, now positively won and they will get 3 full points this week with an extraordinary achievement I think, Chelsea has hope to return to a more competitive position, they now have 23 points, just waiting for the results of the Manchester city match, if City loses then Chelsea is officially in second place in the standings this week.

Chelsea did well against Burnley at least without Caicedo, Audrey Santos made sure we didn't miss Caicedo and I'm happy about that. Initially I was not happy with the changes that saw J.Pedro off but Gusto find up for that position nicely. Guiu is good for mounting pressure on defense, he's strong and determined and it payed off with an assist to E. Fernandez. I love the fact that Chelsea sits on the second position even though it's temporary as we await the outcome of the match between Newcastle United and Manchester City. I predict Manchester City to win that match, but we'll surely allow 90 minutes to decide that.

It was a beauty seeing that the game ended with a 2 goal difference and a clean sheet for the goalkeeper. Chelsea have found themselves just behind Arsenal with a 3 points difference. The man of the match award to Audrey Santos was clearly deserved. The dude gave me joy in particular in that match, he was always where he should be and defended clinically without even picking up a card in the match. I believe he'll develop to Caicedo's replacement with time. I thank Guiu for the assist, his physicality dominated the defender and there was an opening to the perfect assist that came the second goal. Congratulations to them. 3 points well deserved.
