I wonder what Manchester United lineup will be tomorrow. According to Fabrizio Romano, Ruben Amorim will not be fielding Bruno Fernandes, Maguire, De Ligt, Maguire and Kobbie Mainoo against Newcastle tomorrow. Amad and Mbuemo are also absent due to the AFCON so I’m wondering how they are going to hold their own against Bruno Guimarães and Joelinton tomorrow.

A very bad season for Manchester United they have slumped in the current League standings. The increasingly weak performance makes the team and players traumatized in every match, Against Newcastle this is an opportunity to change the formation or other changes to the team in order to secure a position in the English Premier League standings. How long will Manchester United remain in 7th place if they don't want to make changes then it will be difficult for them to win the match because the more the Premier League goes forward the tighter it is, including being tough for them when playing against Newcastle. Dos that are busy supporting manchester United i won't say anything but I hope they don't get surprised at the end of the day because sometimes we are always looking at the wrong direction when it comes to prediction we know that manchester United i've all the possible chances of winning against Newcastle but the same time we should not underestimate the capacity which newcastle also has and they might use that capacity to tackle all the attacks of Manchester United because if you should look at it manchester United do not even have strong attackers and the defenders are also weak which makes them even more vulnerable in their hands of Newcastle so this is exactly how everything is going so let's be guided so that we don't make wrong choices when it comes to the prediction of this game because all attention are going to Manchester United winning Newcastle.

What kind change Amorim needs to do in order to beat Newcastle? He has limited players avail at the bench, and some of these players ain't PL quality players. Hoping him to do rotation while he has no good quality players available make no sense.

I believe he will not perform with what he own at this moment. This is why beating Newcastle seems too good to be true. That's also my reason to go on Newcastle instead of them.

A home game means nothing without their full squad. So this obviously gives Newcastle so many advantages. Chelsea whose played 4 backs found it so difficult to stop Woltemade and friends. It makes me believe MU will do much worse than Chelsea did by using 3 backs only.

It the Boxing Day again and unfortunately we will seeing just one game today as the rest will be played during the weekend. Manchester United will be hosting Newcastle united and both teams are seeking nothing but a win today. Manchester United suffered a defeat last week when they played against Aston Villa, Newcastle also failed to get a win last weekend after going 2 goals up against Chelsea, so it nothing but a win for both side today.

One thing have been very certain in this fixture over the years, it always bring a lot of entertainment and bundles of goals and as a gamble I’m thinking to gamble on Both teams to score and also over 2.5. Of course Manchester United have a lot of players missing out but for the fact that they will be at home I think they Should at least be able to get a goal. Newcastle have never seen scoring to be a problem and with lot of Manchester United defenders missing out I think they should be able to get get a goal or 2.

Well it a late night match and I still have a lot of time to think it through on the best possible option in this match but right now I feel the BTTS and Over 2 is the right one.

I'm on the opposite side of this. Aston Villa have certainly improved compared with last season, but their squad is still far below the level usually associated with genuine title contenders. They don’t have talents comparable to Erling Haaland or Bukayo Saka. Their third place in the table represents only mathematical opportunity, but there is the big gap between that opportunity and the real quality and form needed to compete for the trophy in the end.

This is why what they are achieving is such a great one. Because they are not looking like a team that should be able to do this, and yet they are still doing it and that is great. I think we should be expecting a lot less from them normally but they did manage to do a great job of it and that is why I think tis quite clear that we are going to see them have some better players with time.

When you do better than expected, you get more money and use that for better players and do even better.

Now again the Semenyo deal is off and I can bet it is because of the salary structure. It's all due to the business model of Chelsea chairman Todd Boehly... He doesn't care about building a team that can win trophies. He is just filling this team with mostly average players. I'm afraid most of them are just like that now. 

There are of course talented youngsters too but the number of them isn't that many. Maresca is still doing a great work with this inadequate squad. But this needs to change for bigger successes. They need quality players. Just like they had in the past.

I will blame Salah for all these happening to him because when he was supposed to leave Liverpool with a bigger offer, he decided not to leave which I don't know his personal reasons but now, he is been benched for several matches which I believe the coach doesn't like him at all. The coach will soon be sacked soon due to their poor performances if the loses continues.

You're right, and I don't doubt it He had the opportunity to leave on a high note, Sometimes personal decisions lead us down the wrong path, and we pay dearly for it, But he has a unique talent he can go, I hope he goes to Saudi Arabian football the pay is very good, and players are highly valued there.

Staying in Liverpool when Salah had offers from Saudi Arabian clubs with good pays is not wrong for a highly placed statue player like Salah we have to put some other factors into consideration that might formed Salah decisions to remain in Liverpool such factors like
Salah is still the top player in Liverpool squad and with a lot of trophies in his list of accomplishments even lifting the champions league are part of the reason he may have remain in Liverpool, sometimes big players choose titles, stability and consistency over money, so we can't blame Salah decisions to remain in Liverpool outrightly.

I think it's right that Mohamed Salah rejected an offer from a Saudi Arabian club and chose to stay at Liverpool, as a move to the Saudi Arabian League would have derailed his career. By staying at Liverpool, Salah certainly wants to achieve something big in his career, and the closest he'll get to becoming a Liverpool legend after achieving extraordinary success. Furthermore, Salah certainly wants to honor Liverpool, as they have been instrumental in his career development and winning several major trophies.

The surprise thing is that Chelsea is now targeting Vitor Roque like what the hell is wrong with them? Don't they have a lot of strikers? So why a new striker? This is the reason why Maresca is getting upset with their management. They have done too many unnecessary signings. I know their main intention to develop young and cheap players. However, it's not what they must be doing.
Despite develop the young lads, they have also develop a winning club to ensure they can win any trophy, then it will pump the price of their players. Based on that I'm starting to think how their management is brainless. They don't sign needed player, but waste money for terrible signings.

Newcastle are doing fine going forward, but they have problems in defense — Burn, Livramento, and Trippier are all out for this match. I think the team that scores the first goal will win this game.

Brighton, while quite eye-catching, is sometimes a bit difficult to beat. Here, the key is for Arsenal to score first before conceding any goals from Brighton. It's definitely not going to be an easy match for Arsenal,  but believe they will win it. I think Arsenal has what it takes to win this game against Brighton. They are playing at home and that should also be an advantage for them. In the last 3 matches Arsenal has been creating a lot of chances, but they have scored just 4 goals, which I think they need to improve. The good thing is they are creating the chances, but they just need to find a way to finish it. Arsenal also know that they need to win this match if they want to stay on top of the league, so that should also be a motivation for the team. The team has got the mentality to go for the title,  so I think they should win this match and prepare for the next game.

I don't think Amorim's lineup against Newcastle will be much different from the one against Aston Villa. Bruno Fernandes is out due to injury, and youngster Jack Fletcher will likely replace him. Against Newcastle, Amorim will face a tough task, as Manchester United will be missing several key players. Newcastle's form has been inconsistent, but when facing big clubs, Newcastle always plays stronger. Therefore, it seems likely that Manchester United will lose again, especially given the players' poor mental state following the Aston Villa defeat, coupled with the loss of several key players.

Meanwhile, someone was talking about man United being the favourite yesterday, with a full level of confidence. I've not seen any type of tactical play from Amorim's repositioning yet, but the progess is visible and the team is better off than the previous seasons. I don't want to make up stories on what's actually true or not about a team's capabilities, but Newcastle won't be an easy opponent against United.
Today holds all the doubts, comparison and trust that we all give to each of these two teams;  if united loses, it pushes them one-step behind. Unless they're not interested in any top European competition next season, they keep their focus on the position in the league table.

On paper, Manchester United are still better than Newcastle this season. But as we know that they are often unpredictable with bad games, moreover they will also lose players who have been a mainstay in midfield, so this will be a challenge for Manchester United.

I agree that the possibility of this match playing with a draw score is very large, so maybe we will see them share points. On the other hand, the advantage for Manchester United is that they will play as the host, although actually this is not something that affects MU lately.

I think there is no clear favourite in the Manchester United - Newcastle match. Let's be honest. It will be a very difficult match for Amorim's players. Newcastle's placement shouldn't mislead anyone. Besides the gap is only 3 points.
