A wonderful display between both clubs today in Etihad. It was like a shock to City players and a disappointment to Pep when Chelsea got a late equalizer at the 90+3 minutes and walk home with a point. I have already given up on Chelsea before that goal came in.

I love the spirit in Chelsea today, they didn't give up till the game was over despite that they didn't perform well in the first half. City made a mistake to play a defensive game in the second half and gave Chelsea the chance to continue attacking.

Manchester City playing a defense game during second half was a mistake knowing fully well they don’t have any energy to play against Chelsea full time, just imagine they secured the point playing a defensive game actually the plan was scoring a goal then secure each spot. The bigger mistake was scoring just one goal when they had the opportunity to score beyond, it’s not so easy viewing Manchester City is not as good compared to previous time meanwhile Chelsea played a very poor game today yet viewing the match stats Chelsea managed to draw in terms of shots on target and other key stats.

The Manchester City vs Chelsea game hasn't been bad until now. Foden missed a big chance to score. Haaland has been out of form lately because of not being able to contribute to score for 2 games.

Maybe he would break this series by a nice performance today. Chelsea are still coachless. McFarlane is the interim manager for now. I thought this would have a bad affect on the club today but let's see...

The first half looked like it would end 1-0. Chelsea couldn't withstand City's onslaught, and Tijani Reijnders managed to score. He found space to shoot and was successful. Chelsea have given Arsenal another chance to take this title run to another level, 6pt extension and it seems like the gunners are having a free ride to stay at the top. Man City made a big mess of themselves today, leading since first half till the last minute, honestly this game is going to piss the citizens till they get it right. As it stands Arsenal have everything in their hands and they shouldn't mess this up like last season and the season before, now is go out there and win games, next stop is Liverpool, can they get a win and feel free from much pressure?

The pressure is always there. 6 points are still nothing, and it must be going like at least 9++ points to decrease the pressure. We saw how City was also 6+ points behind since the early season. However, the gap could be shorten and almost surpassed them. This gives them a lesson if what they can do to always win the rest of games. Never care how big the gap it is.

Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City all drew their matches today.

For Manchester United and Liverpool the draws were not very significant in my opinion, but for Manchester City the draw was very bad. They had also drawn their previous match, meaning they dropped 4 points in two games. As a result, the points gap with Arsenal, who are in the title race, has increased to 6.

Things have become easier for Arsenal, but I hope they don’t relax just because the gap has opened up and end up dropping points.

Arsenal are not lucky,  they have fought every way to get to this position, they will hosting Liverpool for the next Premier League fixture, if they can clearly remember, they lost the game to Liverpool and Anfield so this game at home should be alot more in their good graces,  they have to do all they can to win that game. Liverpool are not in their best form so far this season.  That late goal from Reed sealed a point for Fulham United. Things have not become easier for nobody, the league is just about to be thrilling.

Although they will play against Liverpool, the match will be in Arsenal home and Arsenal have no problem with injured players, their main players are ready for the match. I am sure Liverpool will have no chance to win, their performance is also still very doubtful during this season. I think it's also fair to say that the trend of having draws in 2026 by most of our EPL teams seems to be taking centre stage.. Arsenal will continue to face pressure from Man City and Aston Villa, even though they are currently 6 points ahead. The competition will continue because the journey to the end of the season is still very long. Arsenal were fortunate to secure full points in their last two matches, while their rivals were very consistent in securing draws. Man City had to settle for a draw in two consecutive matches after Chelsea refused to give up, Enzo Fernandez goal in the final minutes made Man City have to be satisfied with sharing the points with Chelsea.
I think this season will belong to Arsenal, the strong reason I say this is because Arsenal is the only team that is able to maintain its best performance, while other teams are still very easily dropping points.

Everything about Arsenal's luck is still going well. Hosting Liverpool in the next match is not a big obstacle because Arsenal is currently in an advantageous position after Manchester City and Chelsea drew, leaving them 6 points behind.

The 1-0 defeat at Anfield is a result that is still fresh in the memory. It was exactly the same as the result when they were defeated by Aston Villa at Villa Park.
Arsenal will certainly disregard the notion that Liverpool is in poor form this season, given their recent results, including their failure to win against Fulham yesterday.

What are you suggesting ? Are you suggesting that it was a match fixing ? Well you will not hear anything from Arsenal fans because it favors them today, sometimes this officials are supporters of some of the clubs which is why you see this errors in officiating games, and it’s a mess up things, because I don’t see a reason why a referee wouldn’t leave a game to play in a dangerous position which maybe it’s probably remaining just 5 seconds, so many things can happen in 5 seconds in football Everytime is important.

While it is globally famous that premier league games are quite easy to fix the games, and there were many reports from all around the world (while FA keeps denying of course), it is clear that we are not seeing one here. Not because the game ending wasn't bad, yes he did finish the game badly, he should have let them cross one more time before he ends, the possession wasn't over yet, but that alone isn't enough.

You look at the general game itself to make that type of deduction and all throughout the game he wasn't heavily relying on Arsenal, which is why I think this game wasn't fixed in a way that gave the end result anything. Sure maybe number of fouls or whatever, but not end result itself directly.

The pressure may not affect Arsenal too much at this stage, but if they can maintain their performance, their chances of winning the trophy will increase. For Man City, drawing two consecutive matches will push Arsenal into a favourable situation. But this draw will not affect them too negatively mentally because they tried to win and finally they did not lose. The pressure will be there until the trophy is won, especially for the big teams. If Arsenal cannot play as expected in the next matches, the responsibility will fall on Arteta but he is keeping active to put the team in a favourable position.

I largely agree with your sentiment that arsenal has been deserving of all their winnings so far, and the results they have gotten is what has reflected on their top position in the top of the English premier league chart, but if I where you I wouldn't be too confident on arsenal winning the league because arsenal are bottlers, they don't just know how to hold on to the top position until the final weeks of the season, and that is why they have lost four league title that they would have won.

So should I be too confident on them winning the title this season? No.
But is their a possibility that this season might be different? Yes.
But nothing is guaranteed as of yet because history is against them in their bid to claim the Epl title, unless they maintain the level of consistency they have shown since the start of the season to the very end.

Manchester city was in a better position than chelsea and their performance was also good. Also, manchester city's past record against Chelsea is also good. At the same time, this was city's home match. Considering all the statistics , Manchester city can be considered as the favorite. But even though city is the favorite, they could not win. The performance of Manchester city's attacking players was weak in this match as well. And if this trend continues, it will become more difficult for Manchester city to earn full points in the next matches. City is slowly moving away from the title.

Arsenal so far have played well and shown their strong mentality under expectation of their fans as well as pressure from other competitors from Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City and Aston Villa. The league already passed its 20th match day and it means Arsenal have less matches to play and complete this season with success and a title. They're counting down match by match till a last match in this season and lift a trophy, each match done means they are moving nearer to the finish line.

They don't need to get all wins convincingly as it is impossible and their task is like winning match by match as it is each piece toward their successful ending. Am so disappointed at my club , they have lost 4 points back to back. Game that they should have won they were not putting their best. Winning premier league title this year is over , now Arsenal are using 6 points to lead. And it doesn't look like they are going to lose any game soon. They are playing every game like a final. We have tried our best, maybe this season wasn't for us. Arsenal now have the opportunity to clinch the title now. They just need to keep winning their games, then they will finally hold what they have been chasing for year's.

Was scrolling through X this morning and found a surprising yet expected news, REUBEN AMORIM HAS BEEN SACKED!!! from Manchester United (Fabrizo Romano), he is no longer the head coach of Man United coming from the 1-1 draw against Leeds, it has been speculated that Darren Fletcher, the U-18 coach has been appointed interim manager pending there search for a replacement.

What do you guys think of this and how will this affect the future performance of Man United?

When Cristiano Ronaldo spoke to the press about Manchester United, he was right. Many good players and coaches leave that club, but as long as it remains under the same ownership, it will never return to being a great club capable of winning the Premier League. We've seen the Manchester City manager make controversial statements many times, but he's never been fired because the club owners respect him and his freedom. But if he were the Manchester United manager, he would have been fired immediately.
